Or collect a clean slurry of yeast for your next batch. Ball lock adapters thread into the side ports, so you can flush the jar with CO\u003csub\u003e2\u003c\/sub\u003e, connect an oxygenation or carbonation stone, or add hops and other ingredients without letting oxygen in.
