Benefits can include increased structure and mouthfeel, color stabilization, stability, anti-oxidative qualities, and overall complexity. Tannins can reduce vegetal/herbaceous characteristics and perceived astringency. New Liquid Oak Tannins produced by Toasted Oak Inc. are water based, French Oak Tannin concentrates, designed to easily integrate smooth and flavorful oak character into a wine, without the cost or hassle of traditional oak barrels. While powdered tannins are similarly cost effective, there will be some loss of flavor and texture due to the high temperatures necessary to evaporate all liquid out. Liquid Oak Tannins are the perfect balance of oak barrel flavor, and pure tannin cost. Aside from the beneficial flavor impact of these products, they are also easier to add to the wine and assure even dilution. These Liquid Oak Tannins are for red and white wines. Please do bench trials carefully when considering their use in white wines. Additions may cause filterability(and stability) changes. Do not exceed 30% of normal red wine dosing for white wines. Fruit Enhancer Plus has more proanthocyanidic tannin components to emphasize a ripe berry character and a fruity, aromatic style. It has to be carefully dosed as it will have a strong influence on the existing character of the wine. Works best on red wine to accentuate a ripe berry character (Black Cherry character). A 4 oz bottle of Fruit Enhancer Plus will treat 125 gallons of wine with a low dosage, or 47 gallons at a high dosage. With the Torpedo Buoy™ floating dip tube with filter, you'll be pouring the clearest beer possible from first pint to last! As your beer sits at low temperatures, more and more haze particles settle out to the bottom of the keg. This means the clearest beer in the keg is always at the top. The Buoy™ uses a stainless float to position the silicone dip tube just 1" below the surface of the beer. The Filter helps keep your dip tube clear of any solids or hops ensuring a clear line. It also helps to keep the dip tube well submerged below the liquid line to avoid issues where the dip tube might get out of position and suck CO2 from the headspace. Torpedo Keg Pressure Pack - CO2 Regulator & Quick Disconnect (QD)
Everything you need to pressurize your keg on the go. Comes with a mini regulator, CO2 cartridge, and quick disconnect. A portable mini-regulator with all the features of a full sized regulator! Perfect for parties and gatherings where you don’t want to haul around a large canister and hoses. A lot of great features packed into a very small package. The regulator has a range of .5-1.5 bars (7-21 psi). This means that, unlike KEG950 that shoots in CO2 at fixed pressure, the mini-reg allows you to precisely dial in pressure and keep it there. It utilizes a disposable 74 gram CO2 cartridge, which is the largest size that can be shipped full. This is a two stage mini-regulator, meaning that it takes the pressure down from 800psi (cartridge pressure) to a lower pressure and then to your set pressure of around 10psi. Two stage regulators are the only way to have consistent pressure. One 74 gram cartridge will typically dispense one 5 gallon keg. The mini CO2 regulator does not have an internal check valve. To add a check valve, use the regulator with KEG741. Please note: due to air shipping restrictions, this product is only eligible for ground shipment within the contiguous United States.
