Hop Bong Pressure Pack for Kegmenter Fermentation Kegs | 4" Tri-Clamp
Due to high demand, this item is currently out of stock. Be the first to receive your items by placing a pre-order today. We will automatically ship this to you when we receive more inventory. Oxygen-Free Dry Hopping: Designed to allow dry hopping without exposing the batch to oxygen. Customizable with Accessories: Features undrilled ports for optional accessories such as the Temp Twister Cooling Coil and Thermowell, enhancing functionality and convenience. Improved WiFi Reading: The plastic lid improves KegLand RAPT Pill WiFi reading, ensuring better connectivity. Compatible with all Kegmenter Fermentation Kegs with 4" Tri-Clamp ferrule. The Hop Bong is a versatile pressurizable tri-clamp accessory, capable of not only dry hopping oxygen purged hops into fermenters, but also as an inline carbonation/oxygenation accessory. Load up the Hop Bong, flush it with CO2, purge out oxygen with the handy PRV on top, then simply open the Butterfly Valve to inject your beer with a 6 oz payload of dry hops. This kit includes the 4" T.C. Pressure Lid to fit the tri-clamp ferule on Kegmenter Fermentation Kegs. The plastic lid also allows for improved KegLand RAPT Pill WiFi reading compared to the Kegmenter fully encasing the Pill in stainless steel. Due to the large 4" tri-clamp diameter, it is difficult to get higher pressures without leaking. Therefore we suggest using this up to 21 psi. The included Yellow PRV for the Pressure Lid is rated to 17 psi. The 3 Pieces of the Hop Bong Pressure Pack: Pressure Kit The Pressure Kit includes two Ball Lock Caps for Gas & Liquid. The Liquid cap can be paired with the optional Floating Dip Tube and Filter Attachment. These pieces allow you to pressure transfer finished beer out of the fermenter into kegs or a bottling bucket, or you can carbonate and serve beer directly from the Kegmenter. Tri-Clamp Pressure Lid Replacing the standard lid with the Tri-Clamp Pressure Lid provides you with a 2" T.C. port at the top of your fermenter. This will give you an opening to add dry hops or other additions without needing to remove the entire lid. Take off the butterfly valve to add your yeast pitch, and when you're ready to add flavoring additions when fermentation is complete, drop them in oxygen-free via the Hop Bong. PCO1881 threaded ports are there for your Ball Lock Caps, as well as undrilled ports for an optional Thermowell and/or Temp Twister cooling coil. Hop Bong Load up the Hop Bong and add CO2 to purge your hop charge of oxygen. This kit comes with a third Ball Lock Cap to introduce CO2 directly to the Hop Bong, as well as a pull ring PRV to release pressure and purge oxygen. Once you've flushed your hop charge with CO2, open the butterfly valve to inject your beer with up to 6 oz of hop pellets. Hop Pellet Capacity: 150–180g (5.2–6.3 oz) Kit Includes: Kegmenter 4" T.C. Pressure Lid 2" Hop Bong 2" Butterfly Valve Red PRV & PCO1881 Cap Combo Yellow PRV Yellow Ball Lock Cap (2) Red Ball Lock Caps (3) 2" Tri-Clamps (3) 2" Silicone T.C. Gaskets Optional Accessories: Floating Dip Tube (FE115A) Filter Attachment (KEG657) Available Kegmenters: 7.6 Gallon (FE582) 13.2 Gallon (FE584) 15.3 Gallon (FE581) 1 bbl (FE585) KegLand Part Number: KB23665 Warning: Always depressurize your system COMPLETELY before removing fittings from your fermenter.

Rather than purchasing the parts separately, Gen 3 and Gen 4 BrewZillas can be upgraded with one of these sight glass kits. KegLand Part Number: KL33817

Cannular Pro Visy Chuck | Suits 202 CDLE/CDL Ends
Easily switch your Cannular Bench Top Canning Machine between B64 and CDLE ends without changing rollers Specifically designed for use with Visy/CDLE (Ardagh) can ends Hardened stainless steel construction, machined to tight tolerances for consistent seaming This chuck allows the Cannular Bench Top Canning Machine to be used with Visy/CDLE ends. Instead of changing the rolls, simply swap the chuck, make minor adjustments to the rolls and table height, and you can quickly seam CDLE ends. Most aluminum can bodies are manufactured to the 202 standard. Two primary manufacturers produce lids for these 202 cans. The B64 is the standard lid used on most of the 500ml and 330ml cans we offer. Both 202 can designs are also compatible with other CDLE ends, should you wish to use your own. About Can End Manufacturers Two major competitors produce aluminum beverage can lids: Ardagh Group (a European company) primarily supplies CDL-type ends, and Ball (an American company) mainly supplies B64 and other end types. CDL and B64 are the dominant end types for 202 can bodies. B64 ends are commonly used in America, while CDL ends are more prevalent in Europe. About CDLE Ends CDLE ends are the primary type sold by Visy, as they license the technology from Ardagh Group. While some may refer to them as CDL ends, the correct technical name is CDLE. This should not be confused with the CDLE's predecessor, CDL+. Specifications: Hardened stainless steel construction Machined to 20-micron tolerance Fits 19mm drive shaft Tightened with a 3mm Allen key KegLand Part Number: KL14670

Tri-Clamp Pressure Lid for Kegmenter Fermentation Keg | 4" x 2" T.C.
Upgrade your Kegmenter Fermentation Keg with this 4" Tri-Clamp Lid from KegLand. Add yeast, hops or even take samples from a wine thief from the top and not have to remove the entire lid. This particular lid was designed to address the growing desire to dry hop without exposing the batch to oxygen from opening the lid. By using this lid in conjunction with the FermZilla 2" Butterfly Valve and Hop Bong Kit, you will be able to purge CO2 into the tube and expel all the oxygen inside it and dump freely into the vessel. The lid features closed ports that can be drilled out to install optional accessories like the Temp Twister Cooling Coil and a Thermowell. The plastic lid also allows for improved KegLand RAPT Pill WiFi reading compared to the Kegmenter fully encasing the Pill in stainless steel. Due to the large 4" Tri-Clamp diameter, it is difficult to get higher pressures without leaking, therefore we suggest using the lid up to 21 psi. If you do not already own any of the Hop Bong fittings listed below, the Kegmenter Hop Bong Pressure Pack is also available as a complete kit. Features: (2) PCO1881 Male Ports Recommended for use with Red (Gas In) & Yellow (Bev Out) Ball Lock Caps PRV Port This should only be used with a Red 35 psi PRV or the Yellow 17 psi PRV. 2" T.C. Ferrule 4" T.C. Ferrule Undrilled Ports (for optional accessories): Thermowell Port (see below for FermZilla Thermowell kit) (2) Temp Twister Ports Please Note: Temp Twister will need to be bent on a 20° Angle in order to fit on the curved lid and align vertically in the tank. Hop Bong To use the Pressure Lid with the 2" Hop Bong, we recommend the following fittings if you do not have them already: 2 x Red Ball Lock Cap (FE13) 1 x Yellow Ball Lock Cap (FE146) 1 x 4" Tri-Clamp, 3 Segment Clamp (H734) 1 x 4" Tri-Clamp Seal (FF401) 3 x 2" Tri-Clamp (FF20) 3 x 2" Tri-Clamp Seal (FF201) 1 x 2" Butterfly Valve (FE198) 1 x 2" Hop Bong (FE202) 1 x 2" Hop Bong Cap (FE204) 1 x PCO1881 PRV Cap (KG523) 1 x Red 35 psi PRV (FE101C) Please note: The last product photo is an example image of what the lid looks like fully fitted out with the Hop Bong and other accessories that are not included with the lid.

KOMOS® Deluxe Kegerator | Stainless Steel Exterior | Fan Cooled Stainless Tower | Digital Thermostat | Casters | Regulator | Fits 1 Half Barrel Keg or 4 Corny Kegs
Due to high demand, some of these items are currently out of stock but available for pre-order. Please check status notes below when selecting a size option to see if it is In Stock or tagged as PreBook. We will automatically ship this to you when we receive more inventory. What makes KOMOS Kegerators better than the rest? Designed to hold up to FOUR 5-gallon ball lock corny kegs (see below for full list of what fits) Serve ice cold beer even in the warmest environments thanks to highly-efficient refrigeration components Stainless steel forward-sealing faucets offer a huge upgrade over common chrome plated brass taps Choose from the classic stainless model faucet or the upgraded stainless flow control model Faucets mount to a high-quality stainless steel tower, rather than a cheap chrome plated tower Interior fan diverts cold air up into the tower to keep your beer lines cold and reduce foaming EVABarrier double walled draft tubing protects your beer against oxidation Duotight push-to-connect fittings make assembly a breeze Included KOMOS Dual Gauge CO2 Regulator maintains consistent pressure and is easily adjusted The KOMOS® Deluxe Kegerator model features an eye-catching stainless steel exterior and upgraded stainless steel drip tray The KOMOS Kegerator offers a stunning set of features that clearly separate this unit as the most modern kegerator on the market. With more interior space than other models, the KOMOS Kegerator is designed to fit up to four 5-gallon Slimline Torpedo kegs or Pepsi-style Ball Lock Corny kegs. Whether you choose the single, double, triple, or quad tap configuration, you'll receive stainless steel forward-sealing faucets in either classic or flow control model. Stainless faucets are a huge upgrade over the chrome-plated brass faucets commonly included with other kegerators, and you'll quickly recognize the quality of a forward-sealing beer faucet compared to the standard taps seen at your local tavern or in-law's mancave. Rather than a chrome plated tower, the NukaTap faucets are mounted to a stainless steel tower that remains cool before, during, and after each pour thanks to a tower fan diverter that recirculates cold air within the kegerator and blows it up into the tower to keep your beer lines cold and reduce foaming. From keg to faucet, your beer will pass through EVABarrier draft lines, a premium double-walled tubing designed to protect against beer oxidation. And with Duotight push-to-connect fittings, you'll have your lines connected in a snap with no need to force the tubing over barb fittings or fiddle with hose clamps. Other features you'll love about the KOMOS Kegerator include its highly-efficient cooling capacity so you'll be serving ice cold beer even in the warmest temperatures, extra wide temperature range from 26–82°F, dual gas inlets at the back, aluminum internal floor, rolling casters, and the included KOMOS Dual Gauge CO2 regulator. The most eye-catching difference between the KOMOS unit and other kegerators is definitely the capacity. This is the first kegerator we have offered that comes with a quadruple tap tower option, and that’s all thanks to the redesigned interior. Most kegerators position the compressor on the right or left side of the inside floor, making one side shallower than the other. KOMOS positions the compressor in the middle so both sides of the interior have an equal depth. This seemingly small detail allows the unit to hold up to four 5-gallon Slimline Torpedo or Ball Lock Corny kegs. Dual gas line inlets are absolutely clutch if you want to serve beverages at two different pressures or use two different types of gas. Both inlets are just over 3/4" in diameter and feature PCO 1881 threads. This threading allows you to use the plastic Carbonation Ball Lock Cap (FE13) as a quick connect option for your gas lines. Upgraded condenser, evaporator, and insulation make this unit highly efficient, yet quiet, so you can serve ice cold beer in even the warmest temperatures. The unique internal fan provides excellent air circulation, pulling cold air from below the evaporator and blowing it back over the top of your kegs and up into the tower to chill your draft lines. Extra Wide Temperature Range is Perfect for Homebrewers The KOMOS kegerator is tailored to a homebrewer's needs. Take, for example, the extended range digital controller with an adjustable temperature range from 26 - 82°F. This allows homebrewers to use as fermentation chamber and is something that other kegerators don't do. Although the unit does not provide heating, the extended range allows you to program the internal temperature at say an ale fermentation temp of 68°F and will provide cooling whenever the temp rises above that set point. With the insulation provided by the kegerator, heating should rarely be needed, but you can always place a low wattage heat wrap inside the unit if ever needed. The digital controller always displays the temperature and is easily adjusted from the front of the kegerator with the door closed. It's pretty nice. Forward-sealing Stainless Faucets and Towers All KOMOS kegerators come with NukaTap stainless steel forward-sealing faucets and a stainless steel draft tower. Forward-sealing means that while in the closed position the faucet will keep beer in it instead of draining out. This keeps the internal parts from getting sticky and reduces the chance of off flavors transferring to your beer while you pour. Most other kegerators on the market will only include the cheapest, standard chrome-plated beer faucets that you'd find at any dive bar. KOMOS kegerators include not only a faucet that features superior pour technology, but made from stainless steel which won't corrode over years of use. Choose from the classic forward-sealing faucet model or the upgraded flow control model that allows you to dial in the flow rate of the beverage you're dispensing. The flow control faucet is a great option for users that often switch between beer styles with different carbonation levels. No need to rebalance your lines or play with your regulator settings. Instantly make adjustments as you pour to dial in the flow rate. This is also a super convenient feature for when you want to grab a quick growler on your way out. By dialing back the flow rate, you can gently fill your growler so CO2 stays in solution and your beer doesn't pour flat when it comes time to share. Click here to learn more about the Classic and Flow Control faucet models. Duotight Fittings & EVABarrier Draft Tubing Duotight and EVABarrier have revolutionized how you connect draft line, and our kegerators come standard with both. We love Duotight push-in fittings for their quick connection, reliable seal, and versatility. Setting up and connecting draft line has never been easier -- no more hose clamps or heating water to soften tubing! Each kegerator comes with Duotight fittings for the tower shanks, regulator, and for splitting gas lines (double & triple tap only). We recommend adding Duotight fittings to use for your keg connections as well. Depending on whether you'll be serving from homebrew kegs or commercial sanke kegs, you'll need two DUO106 or two DUO104 per line. EVABarrier tubing has been engineered with protection in mind and is both PVC-free and BPA-free. This double walled tubing offers superior protection against oxidation, CO2 loss, and microbial growth. EVA tubing is the future of draft line for professional applications, and now your kegerator will feature the same first-class tubing. KOMOS Regulator The included high-quality KOMOS CO2 regulator maintains consistent pressure and features a blow-off PRV with pull ring for safety and to relieve pressure, rubber coated gauges, and a hand knob for easy adjustment. Many kegerator brands will include the cheapest regulator they can find, and while these regulators may work OK out of the box, they will eventually show signs of pressure creep which can lead to foamy beer and other issues with your draft system. Rather than have you rely on a regulator that is "just OK", KOMOS kegerators include their own premium dual gauge regulator with highly accurate precision diaphragm and heavy-duty steel gauges. Included with your kegerator package is a Duotight fitting that attaches to the regulator for an easy, solid, push-to-connect connection with your gas line. Added Features One of the unique features on a kegerator in this price range is the tower fan, which blows cold air up into your tower to reduce foaming issues. They also come standard with the KOMOS dual gauge CO2 regulator, which is super beefy and consistent in delivering accurate pressures. Most Chinese-made regulators experience creep where the pressure increases over time. The KOMOS regulator is by far the best CO2 regulator we have seen made in China. The countertop drip tray couldn't be easier to keep clean. Built-in drip trays look cool, but they're a pain to keep clean. Before long they get pretty disgusting with dried, spilled beer -- attracting fruit flies and becoming a haven for mold and bacteria to grow. They'll often overflow the reservoir inside the kegerator causing a huge mess. Our kegerator's tray is designed to be removed and easily washed. Best Value & Backed by MoreBeer! We've looked around, and when you factor in fast and free shipping, you are getting the very best value on a kegerator in the USA. Plus, you're getting MoreBeer! service if something happens in shipment. We double box the unit with foam pads and have very little shipping damage. Replacement Lid O-Ring for FermZilla
Replacement Lid O-Ring for FermZilla. Fits all models and sizes of FermZilla fermenters. If you are experiencing leaking from the top lid section, this slightly thicker O-Ring will aid in resolving said leaking. To perform a leak test, please remember to have the unit free of any liquid as that will absorb CO2. It is also important to remember not to overtighten the stainless steel handles that may have come with your FermZilla. Over-tightening will cause the opening to warp and not seal. The handles should be able to freely rotate around the neck with little resistance. KegLand Part Number: KL22262

NukaTap® Mini Beer Faucet Assembly Kit | Flow Control Ball Lock Quick Disconnect (QD) | Duotight Adapter | Self Closing Spring
The ultimate portable draft faucet! Compact & lightweight with all the advantages of a standard NukaTap forward sealing faucet Includes NukaTap Mini, Flow Control Ball Lock QD, Duotight Adapter, and Self Closing Spring Forward-sealing design prevents beer residue from gumming up the faucet Reduced first pour foam due to low thermal mass and conductivity Perfect for mobile draft, mini kegs, sampling from fermenters, and can even be installed on your kegerator or keezer Mini Design – Ideal Flow Rate for Small Systems Most conventional beer faucets are designed with 3/8" diameter spouts so you can pour a pint in just over 10 seconds. This type of flow rate is great for high turnover bars and commercial venues but isn't necessary or even desirable for all applications. For compact portable systems and home draft systems, a slower flow rate is easier to control and further reduces foaming issues due to the low liquid volume stored in the body of the faucet. The NukaTap Mini is also more ideal for pouring smaller doses. For example, cocktails where 5-8 oz of liquid is dispensed is difficult to control with a high flow rate tap. For portable systems, the NukaTap Mini with the Flow Control Ball Lock QD & Duotight Adapter assembly is small enough to literally put in your pocket, making it ideal for mini keg setups that you want to be portable or that you want to easily fit inside a domestic fridge where space is tight. Forward Sealing Forward sealing faucets are absolutely the way to go when it comes to beer taps. Old legacy taps still exist in the industry that are simply poorly designed. The issue with rear sealing faucets is that beer dries up on the internal piston. Aside from being unsanitary, as more and more beer dries up in these components the faucet can almost glue completely shut causing damaged seals or broken handles (this is particularly the case if it's left for some time to dry out with beer inside). These older legacy designs still exist probably due to poor education. The forward sealing designs do not have this problem and the tap drains out completely with no beer drying up on the mechanical moving parts in the same way. This makes the tap more sanitary and reduces maintenance. In many instances the price is similar so there is no reason to use a poorly designed rear sealing faucet. All NukaTap faucets are forward sealing. Laminar Flow Just like the NukaTap SS and NukaTap FC, the NukaTap Mini has been designed with laminar flow in mind. Laminar flow is critical for a beer tap as it means you will pour the beer with minimal foaming and a substantial reduction in wastage. Think about how many times a beer faucet opens and closes in its lifetime. 1,000 or maybe 10,000 times? Laminar flow saves wasted beer in excessive foam and the better laminar flow easily pays for itself in a reduction in lost beer. To use poorer designed faucets is essentially flushing money down the sink. Extensive modeling has been done on the NukaTap design to improve laminar flow. Integrated Seals That Are Indestructible and More Sanitary Unlike other designs, the NukaTap Mini body is made from Polyketone (POK) making it strong, robust, and able to be autoclaved. The seals are also over-molded from Santoprene® making them hard wearing so they will literally last for the lifetime of the tap without the need for replacement. Santoprene® and POK both have excellent resistance to chemicals such as caustic soda, peroxide, phosphoric acid, lactic acid, citric acid, acetic acid, and all common chemicals sold and used in the beverage industry. The seals internally are over-molded meaning no fissures or cracks exist for bacteria, crud, or yeast to hide. Superior First Pour Foam Due to Low Thermal Mass and Conductivity First pour foam is an issue caused by a warm tap body. For most faucets to pour well it's important to dispense enough beer to cool the tap body down to reach maximum performance. In addition to this the conductivity of the tab body also makes this worse so insulative materials simply work better than conductive materials. The NukaTap mini not only has very low thermal mass but is also highly insulative being made mostly from Santoprene® and POK. The combination of these two factors in conjunction with superior laminar flow makes for the lowest "first pour foam" effect out of any tap ever produced. Long Shank Alternative Most conventional beer faucets require a large 3/4" hole to be drilled through the side of your refrigerator, keezer, or cold box wall. Traditional long shanks also generally have a large volume of liquid that sits inside the wall unrefrigerated which is not ideal. New long shank alternatives developed for the NukaTap Mini are designed to suit any wall thickness and greatly reduces the stagnant beer sitting in the shank itself. For walls up to 2.7" thick, these wall mount shank kits include three screws, however if the wall is thicker, you can also use 6 small wood screws or something similar and attach three screws from the front and 3 from the back allowing you to go into any wall type. Another advantage of this new design is the tap will never accidentally rotate. Typically, other long shank beer taps rely on the hex nut on the shank to be done up tight enough to prevent rotation but if the wall compresses (often the case with foam walls) the tap is allowed to rotate. This new design has three fixing points making it impossible for the tap to rotate accidentally as the interlocking teeth behind the collet allow you to set the angle and then do up the collet to fix the tap permanently in that position.

KegLand T.C. Breakdown Brewing Pump Head | MKII Pump Head Upgrade Kit | Stainless Steel | 3" Tri-Clamp x 1.5" T.C. Ports
Upgrade your MKII Magnetic Drive Pump with a stainless steel pump head that quickly & easily installs via 3" tri-clamp T.C. connection allows the pump head to be oriented at any angle in a full 360-degrees Pull ring PRV at the pump outlet makes it easy to purge air and prime the pump before each use Inline flow path for smooth integration into your brewery while keeping your tubing lines tidy Stainless steel head with 1.5" T.C. ports to attach your preferred 1.5" tri-clamp fittings Upgrade your MKII Magnetic Drive Pump with a stainless steel inline pump head! The TC Breakdown Brewing Pump Head provides several advantages over the standard MKII pump head, first and foremost being it's made of stainless steel instead of plastic. This allows for much easier installment of fittings without the risk of breaking off the plastic inlet or outlet. It will also convert the pump head from "Center Inlet" to "Inline" flow path which can make it much easier to integrate into your brewery and keep your brewing hoses tidy. At the outlet of the pump, there is a very handy pull ring PRV that allows you to bleed liquor or wort from the pump head to release trapped air and prime the pump. But what some MKII users might find most exciting about this upgrade kit is that it converts the pump head connection to 3" tri-clamp! Not only do you have a full 360-degrees to orient the pump head any which way, cleaning the pump after use has never been easier—just pop off the tri-clamp, wash out the pump head, and clamp back on. This upgrade kit is only compatible with the 25-Watt MKII pump (PMP50). It will not fit the larger 65-Watt MKII or the Blichmann Engineering RipTide pump. If you don't already own the 25-Watt MKII, you can purchase it with the T.C. pump head already installed here. Tri-Clamp Pump Head The T.C. pump head can be removed quickly and easily using the 3" tri-clamp. This means no drivers or power drills are needed to back out the six Phillips head screws that mount the pump head on the standard version of the MKII. Whip the head off in a flash to clear out spent grain, hop material, or clear a blockage. Attaching the pump head with a tri-clamp also allows the head to be rotated at any angle in a full 360-degrees. This makes it easy to configure the plumbing to your unique brewery setup. Inline Design An "inline" pump head simply means the input and output are on a straight horizontal line with one another which can make it easier to integrate into your brewery setup. If you're using a 3-vessel horizontal system, the inline pump head will make it easier to keep your hoses neat and tidy compared to pumps heads with a center inlet. PRV Purge Valve The corny keg style PRV will make priming the pump a breeze. Simply let bleed the pump head to purge air out before turning the pump on and you'll avoid any cavitation issues. The PRV also acts as a safety so you do not over pressurize your pump head or brewery system. 304 Stainless Steel The entire pump head is made from 304 grade stainless steel so it's highly resistant to chemicals, heat, and physical abuse. The 1.5" tri-clamp ports can be used to attach barbs, quick disconnects, camlocks, or any 1.5" tri-clamp fittings you prefer. KegLand Part Number: KL36924

KegLand Cold Plate | 2 Lines
The KegLand Aluminum Cast Cold Plate features an impressive thermal mass with excellent heat absorption characteristics. High conductivity aluminum alloy aids the heat transfer as your beverage travels through the internal stainless steel lines. Inlets and outlets come with standard 1/4" male flare thread so you can easily attach swivel nuts and barbs or Duotight adapters. Performance Characteristics: With 68°F ambient beer temp, flow rate through the cold plate of 10oz/10 seconds, and 70% coverage of ice in contact with the cold plate, you will be able to reduce the temperature of the liquid as it exits the cold plate to below 39°F with a single pass. If your beer is warmer than 82°F, we would recommend either slowing your flow rate through the cold plate or alternatively loop the two beverage lines together so the liquid passes through the cold plate twice. Specs: Aluminum cast 18 ft. internal lines made from 304 stainless steel 1/4" male flare connections 15" L x 10" W x 1" Thick (2.75" tall at inlet/outlet) Pre-drilled mounting holes Recommended serving pressure - 20-30 psi KegLand Part Number: KL04701
