It delivers rapid fermentation with a short lag phase, robust attenuation, and a clean body balanced for traditional spirit character. AG‑2 offers high tolerance to glucose, ethanol, temperature, and fermentation stress, allowing excellent maltotriose and dextrin utilization. Ideal for hybrid whiskey projects, turbo fermentations, and grain-based spirits.

Rehydration Instructions
Rehydrate in 5–10× its weight in lukewarm water or diluted mash (approx. 22–30 °C / 72–86 °F) for 7–15 minutes. Gently stir, rest another 10–15 minutes, then pitch.
