    A very light Malt Extract, made from 100% 2-row, that has a very light color and a pleasant malty, grain flavor. A great option for any style of beer, but is particularly well suited for blondes, Pale Ales, IPA's and anything that you want as light as possible. If you are making a darker beer, steep dark specialty grains to obtain desired color and caramelized or roasty flavor. 

    Packaged in oxygen barrier bags that don't allow oxidation to occur.
