Cool Brewing Insulated Fermentation Bag
The Cool Brewing Fermentation Cooler is a great way to lower fermentation temperatures, while keeping costs low as well. This insulated fermentation bag is designed to hold a 5, 6, or 6.5 gal fermenter along with airlock while fermenting. By simply adding in bottles of ice from the freezer, you can see a 30° F drop in the bag from ambient temperatures. Not only will your customers produce better beer, but they will be less constrained to seasonal temperature changes. Aside from working great to cool ferments during the summer, it functions just as well as a heated fermentation chamber during the colder months. Pair the Cool Brewing Insulated Fermention Bag with a Fermwrap and temperature controller for precise heating control. The Cool Brewing Bag has recently been further improved with the following updates: Thicker Insulation. This not only helps maintain cooler temperatures better, but also makes the cooler more rigid to stand up better on its own. A thicker internal liner. This helps keep the cooler even more durable as well as helping with temperature control. A heavier duty zipper. Specifically designed to accommodate thicker insulation and liner for improved durability. Inner Dimensions: 20.5" D x 25.5" H

AEB Ball Lock Keg | Corny Keg | 2.5 gal.
High quality Italian made ball-lock, cornelius style kegs with rubber top and bottom made by AEB in Italy. The rubber tops are cool because they provide two handles and are easier to stack. These are brand new premium made kegs. The difference between Italian made and Chinese made kegs is in the craftsmanship. These are best quality kegs available. Quality is important because your beer may sit in these kegs for months. If bacteria gets into a bad weld they are going to very hard to kill. Sanitizer may not be able to get into small pockets to kill the bacteria. Kegs are 15" tall, x 8.25" diameter and weigh 7.5 pounds. This makes them approximately half the size of a 5 gallon keg. They fit pretty much everywhere from coolers to backpacks. These type of kegs are often referred to as corny or Cornelius kegs (the brand who made them originally) or soda kegs because in the past these style of kegs were made to hold soda syrup. Max working pressure of 130 PSI.

Diffusion Stone - 2 Micron w/ Flare Threads
New! Easier to Sanitize Design This innovative design was the result of customer feedback about the difficulty of santizing our traditional barbed stone when tubing was attached. We added threads instead of a barb and now you can use the fittings you see at the bottom of this page to connect and disconnect your tubing. This allows you to place the carb stone by itself directly in a pot of boiling water to sanitize. Easy. 316 Stainless 1/2" diameter. Stone is 1" in length. Overall length is 1 7/8" To Sanitize To properly sanitize your stones, we recommend you run it in a sanitized solution for 5 minutes. If the stone becomes clogged we recommend boiling the stone for 1-3 minutes to help break down anything within it. Important Notes You do not want to touch the stainless stone portion with your hands. The oils on your fingers can actually clog the small pores in the stone. The stone does not come with the barb fitting or flare nut - those will have to be purchased on their own. See the Related Items below. The 2 Micron size is more commonly used for aeration or oxygenation pre fermentation, but can be used to carbonate beer. If you wish to use an aquarium style Aeration Pump to pump air through this stone we recommend a "deep water" type for aquariums, as these will have the necessary PSI to force the air through the stone and into the wort. If you are looking for a ready to use package check out Complete Aeration System. Thank You!

CellarScience® HAZY Dry Yeast | New England Ale | Premium Beer Yeast
Due to high demand, the 500 g is currently out of stock. Be the first to receive your items by placing a pre-order today. We will automatically ship this to you when we receive more inventory. The ideal strain for fermenting expressive New England IPAs or Hazy Pale Ales. Produces a well-balanced tropical fruity ester profile and leaves beer with a hazy appearance. Every batch is PCR tested to ensure contamination free yeast. Dosage: One sachet is enough to treat a 5–6 gallon batch. When calculating for larger batches, use at a rate of 2–3 grams per gallon of wort. We recommend rounding up by one full sachet rather than measuring out the yeast exactly. Direct Pitch or Rehydrate: HAZY yeast is designed to be sprinkled directly onto the surface of your wort with no oxygenation required in the initial fermentation. Our aerobic growth process makes this possible by creating dry yeast with high viability and high sterol levels. HAZY yeast is pre-loaded with essential nutrients to ensure a successful, complete fermentation. While not required, some brewers prefer to rehydrate yeast. To hydrate yeast, first, sanitize the yeast brick and scissors. Use 10 grams of sterilized tap water between 85-95°F (29-35°C) mixed with 0.25 grams of FermStart per gram of yeast. Sprinkle yeast on the water. Allow the slurry to stand undisturbed for 20 minutes, then swirl. Use small amounts of wort to adjust to within 10°F (6°C) of wort temperature before pitching. Ferment between 62-75°F (17-24°C). Optimum Fermentation Temp: 62-75°F Flocculation: Medium-Low Alochol Tolerance: 11-12% ABV Attenuation: 75-80% Similar Strains: WLP066, WY1318 Gluten-free

Attenuation: 75-82% Flocculation: Medium-High Alcohol Tolerance: 15% ABV Optimum Fermentation Temp: 68-95°F Cell Count: 225 Billion Please Note: When choosing an ice pack option beware that the liquid yeast will not arrive cold even when shipped together. Ice packs and insulated mailing options are designed to keep the yeast colder for longer during shipment, but they will not ensure that your yeast arrives cold. Brown Soft Belgian Candi Sugar (Brun Fonce)
Use this soft candi sugar in all of your Belgian beers to impart a wonderfully soft and well-rounded flavor that you have never had in your beers before! A by-product of the rock candi and candi syrup making processes, soft sugar is made up of tiny crystals of beet sugar that have been removed from the syrup by way of a centrifuge. These crystals have a more intense flavor than the traditional sugar rocks American brewers are used to seeing. Use this sugar as a direct replacement for those out-dated rocks! This is the same candi sugar used by the famous Rochefort brewery in Belgium.
