Vanilla Beans
Vanilla beans have been used for years by various breweries to impart a different and unique flavor to their beers. These Bourbon Vanilla Beans from Madagascar are fresh and ready to be used in whatever beer you like, unlike the dry beans you typically see in grocery stores. To use, simply cut the bean lengthwise and add to your Secondary or Keg. Remove when the Vanilla flavor is at the desired strength. 1-2 beans are fine for a slight Vanilla flavor, but some adventurous brewers will push the limits and add the third bean. This would typically be done in an Oatmeal Stout or a similarly heavy beer.

White Labs Clarity Ferm
An easy way to eliminate chill haze in your finished beer is to add one vial of Clarity Ferm to your fermenter prior to the onset of fermentation. Use 1 vial per 5 -7 gallon batch. For the beer geek (but still simplified!): Chill haze is caused in your fermenter during aging when polyphenols and polypetides bond together. Clarity ferm cleaves polypetides (a protein fraction) so they cannot bond with polyphenols (tannin). This product is also known as Brewer's Clarex. There are also discussions and testing being done with this product, finding that it reduces gluten levels in beer. Gluten is the protein that Gluten-Intolerant (Coeliac) folks need to avoid or greatly reduce consumption of. Always consult a Doctor first before use in this application. Features: An enzyme that is effective at preventing chill haze Increases shelf-life and product consistency Does not alter beer flavor or aroma Has no effect on head retention Can produce gluten-reduced* beers made with barley (*The majority of beers test below 10ppm gluten when used in the correct dosage) Shelf life is 6 months. Duotight In-Line Regulator | Built-In Pressure Gauge | 0-60 PSI | Liquid & Gas Compatible | 8 mm Duotight
The Duotight In-Line Regulator works with both gas and liquid. Easily adjust the flow can be adjusted with the yellow adjustment knob. 8 mm Duotight fittings at both inlet and outlet make this unit perfect for use with EVABarrier 8 mm OD tubing (D1717 or D1718). Features an integrated pressure gauge so you can quickly and easily dial in your pressure setting. The analog gauge is removable and can be swapped out with a gauge of a different pressure range or it can be swapped out for the Digital Mini Pressure Gauge. Stepping Down Pressure The ideal regulation scenario occurs when the inline regulator steps down the output pressure to at least 10 PSI less than the inlet pressure. For example, if the inlet pressure is 30 PSI, the regulator effectively manages a range from 0–20 PSI on the output side ensuring optimal performance and stability. Ideal regulation scenario (10 PSI less than inlet pressure) Example of 30 PSI inlet translating to 0–20 PSI output Specifications: Made from food grade acetal Stainless screws Easily disassembles for cleaning 8mm (5/16") Duotight fittings at both ends Interchangeable pressure gauge Gauge reads from 0-60 psi Made with quality EPDM seals Wall mountable WARNING: Do not exceed gauge pressure. Exceeding the pressure range will damage the gauge. Kegland Part number: KL15035

Stainless Steel Pressure Kit for FermZilla
Unlock the FermZilla's true potential with the FermZilla Pressure Kit. This will enable fermenting under pressure, carbonating, and serving without ever needing to move beer out of the fermenter. The kit inlcudes two stainless female threaded ball lock fittings with barbs, which thread onto the existing openings atop the FermZilla's lid. A silicone dip tube with stainless steel float work as the beverage out, allowing only the clearest beer from top of the tank to be dispensed. The Pressure Kit will turn the FermZilla into a true unitank! The silicone dip tube is 31" long. It will work perfectly as is for the 55L FermZilla. For the 27L model we recommend cutting the dip tube shorter to remove unwanted slack. With the optional Floating Dip Tube Filter, you can prevent hop material and other solids from ever entering the dip tube. Especially handy when you're pulling samples mid-fermentation! Key Features: Ferment beer under pressure to reduce ester and fusel alcohol production Always draw clear beer with the floating dip tube Keg beer that has already been carbonated Use CO2 to push beer into a keg or through a filter into a keg Eliminate kegging altogether by carbonating and serving directly from the FermZilla Installation Note: For best performance, ensure there is not an excess amount of slack when the silicone dip tube is installed and shorten it if needed. With the floating dip tube installed on your empty FermZilla, you ideally want the dip tube to hang freely with just enough length for the end of the dup tube to touch the bottom of the tank. Please note: pressure kit does not include the lid pictured in the example photo. The ball locks and floating dip tube are installed on the FermZilla's existing lid.

AEB Ball Lock Keg | Corny Keg | 2.5 gal.
High quality Italian made ball-lock, cornelius style kegs with rubber top and bottom made by AEB in Italy. The rubber tops are cool because they provide two handles and are easier to stack. These are brand new premium made kegs. The difference between Italian made and Chinese made kegs is in the craftsmanship. These are best quality kegs available. Quality is important because your beer may sit in these kegs for months. If bacteria gets into a bad weld they are going to very hard to kill. Sanitizer may not be able to get into small pockets to kill the bacteria. Kegs are 15" tall, x 8.25" diameter and weigh 7.5 pounds. This makes them approximately half the size of a 5 gallon keg. They fit pretty much everywhere from coolers to backpacks. These type of kegs are often referred to as corny or Cornelius kegs (the brand who made them originally) or soda kegs because in the past these style of kegs were made to hold soda syrup. Max working pressure of 130 PSI.
