Premium Homebrew and Kegging Starter Kit
Everything that comes with our Premium kit plus our Kegging Starter Kit Skip the bottling process and serve your very first home brewed beer on draft! Includes the best-selling 5-gallon Torpedo Keg — a huge upgrade over standard ball lock Cornelius kegs Brand new 5 lb CO2 cylinder can be filled at your local homebrew shop or welding supply store Step-by-Step instructions included for both brewing and kegging/carbonating your finished beer Why dip your toes in the water when you can take a running start and cannonball right into the world of homebrewing? With the Premium Homebrew and Kegging Starter Kit you can skip the bottling-induced headaches and go straight to kegging your first batch. Get everything included in two of our most popular kits at an even better value! Starting with the brewing equipment, you'll receive everything that comes with our top-shelf Premium Homebrew Starter kit (BRKIT30). This includes a massive 8.5 gallon stainless steel brewing kettle, 7 gallon Fermonster fermenter, copper wort chiller, American Pale Ale ingredient kit, and all the time tested brewing equipment you need to make beer at home. The large volume kettle allows for Full-Boil brews, which can have lighter color and better hop flavors. No need to fuss with a funnel or siphon thanks to the included kettle spigot, which can be used to safely and easily transfer liquid from your kettle to your Fermonster fermenter. The Fermonster is the perfect vessel for your first batch, and the 7 gallon capacity means you won't have to upgrade down the road when you want to brew beer styles that foam a lot during fermentation. Several of the most popular upgrades for new homebrewers include a larger kettle, a larger fermenter, and a wort chiller. With this kit you can check off those boxes on Day 1! Brewing is a labor of love. But few love the labor of bottling their finished brew. Luckily for you, everything from the 5 gallon Torpedo Homebrew Kegging kit (KEG410) is also included. When your brew buddies swap bottling horror stories, just listen and nod your head politely. We won't tell anyone that you skipped the bottling stage entirely! This system is comprised of absolutely everything you need to dispense your homebrew on draft. The dual gauge regulator will tell you the pressure in the keg, as well as how much CO2 is left in the tank. Comes with an aluminum CO2 tank that will never rust. 5 feet of 3/16" ID beer line, ideal for draft systems, so your beer drops to the correct pressure and does not excessively foam in the glass. Last but not least, this system features the 5 gallon Torpedo Keg, an all stainless ball lock keg with a commercial style. These kegs are stackable and feature rolled handles that make transport a breeze. The Fermonster Fermenter - A Huge Upgrade Over Standard Buckets or Glass "Carboy" Water Bottles Unlike buckets or glass carboys, the Fermonster fermenter was designed for brewing beer. It is made from tough, clear, virgin grade PET plastic so you can see the magic of fermentation. Unlike glass it will never break and shatter if dropped. It represents a huge upgrade over traditional buckets because these fermenters are much less likely to get scratched. Scratches can hold bacteria that can cause off flavors in the beer. The Fermonster comes with a built-in spigot that eliminates a long time issue in homebrewing of having to start a siphon to transfer your beer to the bottling bucket after fermentation is over. The large 4" lid allows for easily adding yeast, hops, or other additions. We also really love the molded-in level markers that tell you exactly when you have reached your desired volume. We Don't Skimp on Cleaning and Sanitizing Proper cleaning and sanitizing is one of the core tenants of making great beer. Some starter kits utilize an all-in-one cleaner/sanitizer that does neither job well. We’ve included the best-selling sanitizer for brewing, Star San. We also include Craftmeister oxygen-based cleaning tablets that make cleaning your Fermonster Fermenter a breeze. Other Upgrades That Make Brewing Easier We’ve also made a few items standard that really make the brew day easier including a thermometer for temperature monitoring and a hydrometer with testing jar for measuring sugar levels. Our reusable mesh bags allow for the easy removal of spent grain and hops at the end of the boil. The included stainless spoon is a really nice upgrade over plastic when you are stirring boiling liquids. Easy, How-To Instructions & an Actual 800# We've taught hundreds of thousands of people how to brew in over 25 years. Our instructions are clear and simple to follow and will have you making great beer with batch number one. If you have any questions, call our on-staff brewmasters at 1-800-600-0033. In an age where 800-numbers and real customer service is going away, you can still call us and ask a question. Brewing Equipment Included: 7 Gallon Fermonster fermenter with built in spigot, stopper, and airlock 8.5 Gallon Stainless Steel Brew Kettle w/ thermometer port, stainless ball valve, internal volume markers, Silicone handle grips Copper Wort Chiller for quick cooling Food Grade Bucket for bottling Mesh bags for grain and hops on brew day A Thermometer for easy temperature management Hydrometer for making key sugar measurements Transfer Tubing Bottling Wand with shut off valve Sturdy Bottle Capper Bottle Caps Bottle Cleaning Brush Star San Sanitizer for true sanitizing Large Stainless Steel Spoon for mixing Craftmeister Cleaning Tablets for super easy cleaning Delicious American Pale Ale recipe kit with yeast Kegging Equipment Included: Brand New 5 Gallon Torpedo Ball Lock HomeBrew Keg Beer line assembly with hand held faucet New Aluminum 5 lb CO2 tank Gas line assembly Premium Dual Gauge regulator The CO2 tank is shipped empty. Mr. Hector Vargus Imperial Coffee Porter | Project Extreme Brewing | 5 Gallon Beer Recipe Kit | Extract
An incredible, unique Imperial Porter originally created by those crazy geniuses over at Dogfish Head Brewery Includes Warrior and Amarillo® hops Estimated ABV: 8.3% Estimated IBUs: 36 Makes 5 gallons of finished beer Do you love huge dark beers, coffee, and a hint of spice? Then we have the totally unique, amazing beer for you. This is a massive Imperial Porter that starts with 14lbs of malt extract, literally twice what is in a normal beer, and a laundry list of specialty malts. This recipe hails from the Project Extreme Brewing book. It was originally created by Dogfish Head coworkers where it won an internal small batch brewing competition on the basis of its amazing, unique flavors. Big and black with caramel, wheat, black, and chocolate malts to give it a dark, roasty flavor. You provide the Sanka instant coffee, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Named after the coffee drinking, pioneer science teach Mr. Hector Vargus from the 80's movie Fast Times at Ridgemont High. This is one of those rare beers that can age gracefully for years. Makes 5 gallons Estimated Original Gravity:1.090-91 SRM (Color Range): 35 IBUs: 36 Estimated Alcohol Percentage: 8.3% Project Extreme The Project Extreme Brewing book that was written by Sam Calagione of Dogfish Head Brewing. MoreBeer! President Chris Graham helped edit the book and brewed with Sam. Special Instructions This recipe requests optional ingredients that are not included with the kit. An ounce of Sanka instant coffee, a 1/4 tsp of cinnamon and a 1/4 tsp of nutmeg should be added to the boil. You can also choose not to add these ingredients. Our recipe kits DO NOT include grain bags, yeast or priming sugar. To find our yeast recommendations, choose your preferred kit option above and then select the drop-down menu under “Yeast Options”. For more info, click on the recommended yeast(s) below in the “You Might Also Need” section below. All included steeping grains will come milled. Liquid Malt Extract (LME) vs. Dried Malt Extract (DME) MoreBeer! recipe kits are offered in both Liquid Malt Extract and Dry Malt Extract so that our customers can choose the format that best suits their needs and brewing style. LME is a viscous liquid, similar in consistency to maple syrup. In addition to being the more affordable option, many brewers find LME easier to handle than dry extract. DME is more condensed and comes in a powder format that is similar to baking flour. Although it’s a little more costly, DME is naturally lighter in color and stays fresher for longer. We highly recommend DME when brewing light colored beers.

FTSs | 14 gal Brewmaster Edition Brew Bucket
A properly controlled fermentation temperature is critical to producing quality beer. The Fermentation Temperature Stabilization System (FTSs) is the result of many napkin sketches and applying thermodynamics to advanced brewing practices. The system is elegant in it’s simplicity yet incredibly efficient. The FTSs uses a precision temperature controller that constantly monitors the temperature of your fermentation to within 1° of its set point. When the temperature of your beer varies by over 1° the system kicks in and circulates your chill source liquid through the chiller coil until temperature is stabilized. Your chill source can be as simple as a cooler with ice or as sophisticated as our Ss Glycol Chiller. Alternatively if you need to warm your beer, the system is capable of circulating warm water through the coil to bring temperatures up. If your setup requires temperatures to be corrected both up and down, check out our FTSs² Chilling and Heating system! MoreHaze! Juicy Double IPA | 5 Gallon Beer Recipe Kit | All-Grain
A delicious, juicy, New England Double IPA. Juicy and citrusy with a little dank Includes Columbus, Cascade, Amarillo®, Mosaic®, Simcoe®, and Citra® hops Estimated ABV: 9.1% Estimated IBUs: 32 Makes 5 gallons of finished beer MoreHaze! is a delicious, juicy, NE style double IPA. This beer was brewed as a collaboration between EJ Phair Brewing Co. and MoreBeer! We liked the beer so much that we wanted people to be able to brew it at home. The beer is very high in alcohol (9.1% ABV), low in bitterness, light in color and loaded with hops. We dry hopped this beer in multiple stages, added lots of high protein grains and did not use any clarifying agents, which leads to a hazy beer loaded with flavor. Flavor and aroma is very citrusy (orange, tangerine, grapefruit) and mildly danky. The large addition of wheat and oats adds a soft, pillowy texture to the beer. The feed back was that this beer is delicious and dangerously easy to drink at such a high ABV. A bit about farm distilled hop oil: Distilled immediatley after picking, farm distilled hop oil gives you the bursting aroma provided by fresh hops. By distilling the oil at the farm, the distinct character of a "wet hop" beer is able to be replicated year round. The oil can be added post fermentation, typically at bottling. You can even add the oil directly to your glass! Be careful, it is VERY POTENT! Light in color and incredibly smooth, this IPA is enjoyed by all. Not too bitter, but absolutely hoppy enough to please the biggest hop head! Makes 5 gallons Estimated Original Gravity: 1.056-62 SRM (Color Range): 5 IBUs: 60 Estimated Alcohol Percentage: 6.2% Our recipe kits DO NOT include grain bags, yeast or priming sugar. To find our yeast recommendations, choose your preferred kit option above and then select the drop-down menu under “Yeast Options”. For more info, click on the recommended yeast(s) below in the “You Might Also Need” section below. All grains will come milled, unless you select unmilled base malts.

The Willamette Single Hop Experiment | 5 Gallon Beer Recipe Kit | All-Grain
Our Single Hop Experiment series is the perfect way to learn the characteristics of individual hop varietals Includes a small bittering addition of Magnum and three 2 oz additions of your chosen hop for late boil and at dry hopping Estimated ABV: 5% Estimated IBUs: 35 Makes 5 gallons of finished beer We recently had a simple, yet exciting idea: What if we brewed the same recipe, used the same yeast, but changed one thing - the flavor, aroma, and dry hop additions using one hop varietal. That way we could take two beers that are close to identical and pick out the differences in just the hop flavors and aromas! And thus, the Single Hop Experiment was born. This recipe is based off of a simple Pale Ale: 2-Row, Crystal 15L, Magnum bittering hops, and then a single other hop for the rest of the additions. The malt in this recipe is basic and fairly neutral, the bittering clean and consistent, but the flavor and aroma from the late hop additions will vary; sometimes dramatically! Ever wanted to know what your favorite hop really is? Brew a few of these different Single Hop Experiment recipes to find out! Estimated Original Gravity:1.049-54 SRM (Color Range): 7-8 IBU's: 35 Estimated Alcohol Percentage: 5% Our recipe kits DO NOT include grain bags, yeast or priming sugar. To find our yeast recommendations, choose your preferred kit option above and then select the drop-down menu under “Yeast Options”.
