NukaTap® Mini Beer Faucet | Wall Mount Shank Kit | 6.35 mm Duotight
Designed specifically for mounting the NukaTap Mini Beer Faucet on any kegerator, keezer, cold room wall, or other flat surface Connect beer line directly to the faucet, reducing the amount of temperature loss to a standard draft shank No spinning faucets. Your tap will remain in a fixed orientation once locked into the collet Easy installation. No need to drill a large hole through your fridge to accommodate a standard 5/8" draft shank Use with 6.35 mm OD EVABarrier draft tubing This shank kit is specifically designed to suit the NukaTap Mini Beer Faucet and will allow you to connect the NukaTap Mini to a cooler box, kegerator, keg fridge, cold room wall or any other flat surface. This wall mount shank kit is for use with 6.35 mm OD EVABarrier. For the shank kit for use with 8 mm OD EVABarrier, see here. New Innovative Shank Design Unlike other shank kits, this kit doesn't use a bulky 5/8" threaded shank. The issue with a standard draft shank is that acts as a heat sink, and due to the fact that most shanks sit inside an insulated wall, this results in a substantial amount of warm beer coming out of the tap before cold beer starts flowing. This results in substantial "first pour foam" effect which wastes beer, can result in sour beer, and ultimately negatively effects the quality of the beverages being served. This new design has the beer line feed all the way directly up to the back of the faucet, greatly reducing the volume of non-refrigerated beer. No Spinning Shanks If you have ever installed a traditional 5/8" long shank, you will know how frustrating it is when you use the faucet and it starts rotating. This new design of shank alternative uses three screws that lock the tap into a fixed position and prevents the taps from rotating. If you loosen the 1/2" stainless tap collet you can still have the flexibility to rotate the faucet to any orientation, but once the collet is tight, interlocking teeth on this shank kit and the NukaTap Mini will hold the tap permanently in the correct orientation. Easy Installation Another advantage compared to standard shanks is that this kit doesn't require you to drill a large 3/4"-1" hole through the wall. As no shank is required, only a hole large enough to accommodate the beer line is required. As a result, an 8mm (5/16") conventional drill bit is all that is necessary for installation. However, if you are concerned about the small amount of beer sitting in the draft line inside the wall not being refrigerated, you can also shell out a larger diameter of foam on the inside of the wall to allow cold air to circulate around the beer line thus reducing the non-refrigerated beer in the line even more. If you wanted to do this the Step Drill Bit is the best tool for the job. Any Wall Thickness Other shank kits will require you to purchase a specific length shank for a specific wall thickness. This new shank alternative will fit any wall thickness. If you have wall thicknesses that are less than 2.7" thick then you can use the included screws that have "snap off" points so you can simply cut the screws down to the desired length. However, if the wall is thicker than 2.7" you can simply purchase a conventional screw from the hardware store and screw the shank kit to your wall. If the substrate is firm enough you may not even need to go all the way through the wall so a common 1-1/4" long screw may be all that is required. Specifications: Beer Line Diameter: 6.35 mm OD EVABarrier Collet and Screw Cover: 304 Grade Stainless Steel O-ring Material: Dual O-ring Silicone/EPDM combination Plastic Mounting: Polyketone (POK) Temperature Range: 14-212°F (-10-100°C) Max Pressure: 150 psi KegLand Part Number: KL32193

NukaTap® Mini Beer Faucet | Matte Black | Forward Sealing
The ultimate portable draft faucet! Compact & lightweight with all the advantages of a standard NukaTap forward sealing faucet Pair with a Flow Control Ball Lock QD & Duotight Adapter and the whole assembly fits in your pocket Forward-sealing design prevents beer residue from gumming up the faucet Reduced first pour foam due to low thermal mass and conductivity Perfect for mobile draft, mini kegs, sampling from fermenters, and can even be installed on your kegerator or keezer Mini Design – Ideal Flow Rate for Small Systems Most conventional beer faucets are designed with 3/8" diameter spouts so you can pour a pint in just over 10 seconds. This type of flow rate is great for high turnover bars and commercial venues but isn't necessary or even desirable for all applications. For compact portable systems and home draft systems, a slower flow rate is easier to control and further reduces foaming issues due to the low liquid volume stored in the body of the faucet. The NukaTap Mini is also more ideal for pouring smaller doses. For example, cocktails where 5-8 oz of liquid is dispensed is difficult to control with a high flow rate tap. For portable systems, the NukaTap Mini with the Flow Control Ball Lock QD & Duotight Adapter assembly is small enough to literally put in your pocket, making it ideal for mini keg setups that you want to be portable or that you want to easily fit inside a domestic fridge where space is tight. Forward Sealing Forward sealing faucets are absolutely the way to go when it comes to beer taps. Old legacy taps still exist in the industry that are simply poorly designed. The issue with rear sealing faucets is that beer dries up on the internal piston. Aside from being unsanitary, as more and more beer dries up in these components the faucet can almost glue completely shut causing damaged seals or broken handles (this is particularly the case if it's left for some time to dry out with beer inside). These older legacy designs still exist probably due to poor education. The forward sealing designs do not have this problem and the tap drains out completely with no beer drying up on the mechanical moving parts in the same way. This makes the tap more sanitary and reduces maintenance. In many instances the price is similar so there is no reason to use a poorly designed rear sealing faucet. All NukaTap faucets are forward sealing. Laminar Flow Just like the NukaTap SS and NukaTap FC, the NukaTap Mini has been designed with laminar flow in mind. Laminar flow is critical for a beer tap as it means you will pour the beer with minimal foaming and a substantial reduction in wastage. Think about how many times a beer faucet opens and closes in its lifetime. 1,000 or maybe 10,000 times? Laminar flow saves wasted beer in excessive foam and the better laminar flow easily pays for itself in a reduction in lost beer. To use poorer designed faucets is essentially flushing money down the sink. Extensive modeling has been done on the NukaTap design to improve laminar flow. Integrated Seals That Are Indestructible and More Sanitary Unlike other designs, the NukaTap Mini body is made from Polyketone (POK) making it strong, robust, and able to be autoclaved. The seals are also over-molded from Santoprene® making them hard wearing so they will literally last for the lifetime of the tap without the need for replacement. Santoprene® and POK both have excellent resistance to chemicals such as caustic soda, peroxide, phosphoric acid, lactic acid, citric acid, acetic acid, and all common chemicals sold and used in the beverage industry. The seals internally are over-molded meaning no fissures or cracks exist for bacteria, crud, or yeast to hide. Superior First Pour Foam Due to Low Thermal Mass and Conductivity First pour foam is an issue caused by a warm tap body. For most faucets to pour well it's important to dispense enough beer to cool the tap body down to reach maximum performance. In addition to this the conductivity of the tab body also makes this worse so insulative materials simply work better than conductive materials. The NukaTap mini not only has very low thermal mass but is also highly insulative being made mostly from Santoprene® and POK. The combination of these two factors in conjunction with superior laminar flow makes for the lowest "first pour foam" effect out of any tap ever produced. Long Shank Alternative Most conventional beer faucets require a large 3/4" hole to be drilled through the side of your refrigerator, keezer, or cold box wall. Traditional long shanks also generally have a large volume of liquid that sits inside the wall unrefrigerated which is not ideal. New long shank alternatives developed for the NukaTap Mini are designed to suit any wall thickness and greatly reduces the stagnant beer sitting in the shank itself. For walls up to 2.7" thick, these wall mount shank kits include three screws, however if the wall is thicker, you can also use 6 small wood screws or something similar and attach three screws from the front and 3 from the back allowing you to go into any wall type. Another advantage of this new design is the tap will never accidentally rotate. Typically, other long shank beer taps rely on the hex nut on the shank to be done up tight enough to prevent rotation but if the wall compresses (often the case with foam walls) the tap is allowed to rotate. This new design has three fixing points making it impossible for the tap to rotate accidentally as the interlocking teeth behind the collet allow you to set the angle and then do up the collet to fix the tap permanently in that position. KOMOS® Deluxe Kegerator | Stainless Steel Exterior | Digital Thermostat | Casters | Regulator | Fits 1 Half Barrel Keg or 4 Corny Kegs | No Tower
The KOMOS Deluxe Kegerator model boasts the same features as the standard model with an eye-catching stainless steel extrerior and upgraded stainless steel drip tray. The interior is designed to fit up to four 5-gallon ball lock kegs at one time. This unit represents an amazing value in home draft dispensing. It features a digital controller, stainless door and exterior, aluminum floor, rolling casters, robust KOMOS CO2 regulator, and more. This version does not include a tower kit. Great as a fermenation refrigerator or as a unit that can be built-in when adequate ventilation is an option. Approximately 4" of space on each side of the kegerator is required to allow the unit enough air. The tower is then mounted to the countertop and often a pvc collar or foam insulation is placed between the kegerator and the counter. This can also be done with any of our regular kegerators by removing the tower from the unit and mounting it on the counter. The most eye-catching difference between this unit and the previous model is definitely the capacity. This is the first kegerator we have offered that can fit up to four 5-gallon homebrew kegs at one time, and that’s all thanks to the redesigned interior. Most kegerators position the compressor on the right or left side of the inside floor, making one side shallower than the other. The KOMOS kegerator positions the compressor in the middle so both sides of the interior have an equal depth. This seemingly small detail allows the unit to hold up to four 5-gallon Slimline Torpedo or Ball Lock Corny kegs. Dual gas line inlets are absolutely clutch if you want to serve beverages at two different pressures or use two different types of gas. The previous model had one inlet that was only wide enough for a single line to pass through. Now both inlets are just over 3/4" in diameter and feature PCO 1881 threads. This threading allows you to use the plastic Carbonation Ball Lock Cap (FE133) as a quick connect option for your gas lines. Improvements to the condenser, evaporator, and insulation means the KOMOS kegerator is more efficient than ever before. It also features a redesigned internal fan for improved air circulation, pulling cold air from below the evaporator and blowing it back over the top of your kegs and up into the tower to chill your draft lines. Extra Wide Temperature Range is Perfect for Homebrewers The KOMOS kegerator is tailored to a homebrewer's needs. Take, for example, the extended range digital controller with an adjustable temperature range from 26 - 82°F. This allows homebrewers to use as fermentation chamber and is something that other kegerators don't do. Although the unit does not provide heating, the extended range allows you to program the internal temperature at say an ale fermentation temp of 68°F and will provide cooling whenever the temp rises above that set point. With the insulation provided by the kegerator, heating should rarely be needed, but you can always place a low wattage heat wrap inside the unit if ever needed. The digital controller always displays the temperature and is easily adjusted from the front of the kegerator with the door closed. It's pretty nice. Added Features One of the unique features on a kegerator in this price range is the tower fan, which blows cold air up into your tower to reduce foaming issues. They also come standard with the KOMOS dual gauge CO2 regulator, which is super beefy and consistent in delivering accurate pressures. Most Chinese-made regulators experience creep where the pressure increases over time. The KOMOS regulator is by far the best CO2 regulator we have seen made in China. The countertop drip tray couldn't be easier to keep clean. Built-in drip trays look cool, but they're a pain to keep clean. Before long they get pretty disgusting with dried, spilled beer -- attracting fruit flies and becoming a haven for mold and bacteria to grow. They'll often overflow the reservoir inside the kegerator causing a huge mess. Our kegerator's tray is designed to be removed and easily washed. Best Value & Backed by MoreBeer! We've looked around, and when you factor in fast and free shipping, you are getting the very best value on a kegerator in the USA. Plus you're getting MoreBeer! service if something happens in shipment. We double box the unit with foam pads and have very little shipping damage. However, it will be delivered via Fed-Ex ground so damage is possible. If your unit arrives damaged just call us up and we will work with you to take care of it. Ss Brewtech Unitank 2.0 | Jacketed Conical Fermenter
The Unitank 2.0 features 50% more cooling surface than the previous generation for better cooling efficiency and crashing performance. Manufactured with professional level quality that has been the standard for Ss Brewtech's professional-level Unitanks New Ss Brewtech Racking Arm co-molded with the geometry of the valve body and TC gasket which prevents the arm from coming loose Quickly carbonate beer in under 24 hours using the carb stone while precisely monitoring head pressure Adding an optional Sspunding Valve to the Unitank gives the brewer the ability to ferment under pressure An evolutionary step forward in homebrew technology. The Unitank 2.0 builds upon the venerable Unitank line by increasing the full body wall thickness from 1.2 to 1.5mm 304 Stainless Steel. Then we added a fully laser welded, professional-grade jacketed cooling solution to the already advanced feature set the original Unitank is known for. With up to 50% more cooling surface area, maintaining a stable temperature and crashing your beer has never been more efficient. Jacketed Cooling The benefits of jacketed cooling are numerous, and such engineering has become the standard in Ss Brewtech professional Unitanks for years. With Unitank 2.0, those same benefits are available to the 5, 10, 15 and 31 gal home or nano brewer. When paired with FTSs Touch and Ss Glycol Chillers, the Unitank 2.0 can provide an uncompromised level of fermentation control. The increased surface area of jacketed cooling allows more precise temp control not seen in the home brew industry. Additionally, the added surface area allows the fermenter to crash cool in even the most challenging environments. Another benefit of moving to jacketed cooling is that removing the coil makes the cleaning process much more straightforward. When used with the Ss Brewtech CIP ball, cleaning can be performed just as the pros do in craft breweries. Staggered inlet and outlet ports for the glycol jacket help with even coolant distribution in the jacket. The rear-mounted thermowell cleans up the coolant control wiring for an even more professional setup. Keyed Racking Arm Like the Chronical 2.0, the Unitank 2.0 features a version of the new Ss Brewtech Racking Arm co-molded with the geometry of the valve body and TC gasket; this ingenious design captures the racking arm and prevents it from coming loose. Additionally, the keyed elements of the valve allow the brewer to know precisely what direction the racking arm is facing based on the orientation of the valve on the vessel. What's more, the Unitank valve is the same full pressure-rated valve used on professional Ss Brewtech equipment. All the Valves & Ports The Unitank 2.0 continues with all the beloved features of the original Unitank. On top of all the fully welded TC connections and pro features, the Unitank 2.0 allows the brewer to quickly carbonate beer in under 24 hours using the carb stone while precisely monitoring head pressure. After fermenting and carbonating, the brewer can perform a true pressurized and closed transfer to a keg or canning machine significantly reducing the chances of oxidation when compared to open transfers. Higher pressure limits allow the user to dispense beer directly out of the vessel. Lastly, adding an optional Sspunding Valve to the Unitank gives the brewer the ability to ferment under pressure and gives them the option to use the final few gravity points left of active fermentation to naturally carbonate their beer instead of force carbonate. This feature set and flexibility are why pro brewers use Unitanks in their brewing and packaging processes. Sanke Keg Valve & Spear Removal Tool | 1/2" Square Drive | D-Style | S-Style
This keg opening tool attaches directly to a 1/2" drive so it can be used with an impact driver or pneumatic rattle gun. This makes fitting and removing keg spears really fast and can save a ton of time when working with a high volume of kegs. Compatible with D-Style and S-Style kegs with threaded spears. There are two styles of Sanke kegs, those with a threaded-in spear and those that use a retaining ring, or circlip, to hold in the spear. This tool is designed for use with D- or S-Style Sanke kegs with threaded spears. For the more popular (in the USA) D-Style circlip-style Sanke kegs, use tool KEG860. Please Note: this tool does not remove the retaining ring. Once the keg has been depressurized, you will have to remove the ring by hand. KegLand Part Number: KL14908

MB® Commercial Grain Mill | 2,200 lbs/hr | Differential Roller Speed | Slotted Steel Alloy Rollers | Mill Gap Adjustment Wheels | 4 HP | 220V
Get your brew day started faster with the MB commercial grain mill—process an entire pallet of malt in an hour! Adjustable grain flow rate to slow the mill down to match your mashing speed Differential roller speed applies enough force to open the grain kernels as they pass through the rollers without damaging the husk, improving efficiency and lauter performance Slotted rollers more effectively expose the starchy endosperm inside the kernel compared to knurled rollers Rollers made from steel alloy which is harder and longer lasting than stainless steel 0.4mm to 1mm (.016"-.039") mill gap is easily dialed in with handled adjustment wheels Professional quality grain mill with stainless steel construction throughout The MB commercial-grade mill can process upwards of 2,000 lbs of grain per hour and features large diameter slotted alloy rollers for an excellent crush and long life. This mill can easily power through whatever you throw at it, including barley, wheat, rye, and corn. Differential Roller Speed Rotating the rollers at different speeds is the key to a superior crush. Standard grain mills rotate the rollers at the same speed, creating a pinch point between them where the grain kernels are cracked open. Although effective, this can often lead to an excess of flour and damaged grain husks. The MB pro mill drives the rollers at different speeds to apply enough force to open the grain kernels as they pass through the rollers without damaging the husk. This action results in a better crush that will improve efficiency and lauter performance. Slotted Rollers Many grain mills feature hardened steel knurled rollers due to the lower cost, but they don't provide the best crush possible. Rather than shredding the grain into submission, slotted rollers (also known as fluted rollers) are more effective at shearing the grain husk to expose the endosperm while leaving the hull intact. The rollers are made from steel alloy which are harder and longer lasting than stainless steel. This roller features a 155mm diameter, which lowers the angle of attack on the kernel and allows the mill to pull grain more efficiently. Professional Quality The MB pro mill is an industrial workhorse and the best value for a commercial mill on the market. The hopper capacity is 55 lbs of grain and large adjustment wheels make for easy gap adjustments. Stainless steel construction throughout, and anchor holes in the feet allow the unit to be bolted to the ground. Specifications: Processing Speed: approx. 2,200 lbs/hr Hopper Capacity: 55 lbs Voltage: 208V/220V 3-phase motor Power: 4 HP Amperage: 8.3 amps Mill Gap: 0.4mm - 1mm Mill Roller Size: 155mm diameter, 110mm long Please Note: The unit will arrive bare without a power cord, plug, or controls to power the motor on or off. You will need an electrician to wire the appropriate power cord and shutoff switch to the motor. Please Note: This unit REQUIRES 208-220V Three Phase power and will not function on anything else. Please confirm that you have the proper power for this unit before purchasing, and plan to have a qualified electrician install a fused shutoff and wire directly to the included on/off switch.

Customized power configurations available upon request (see below) For detailed power specs, dimensions, and shipping quotes contact our MoreBeer! Pro sales representatives today! Compared to the traditional steam heating brewhouse, the creative new-tech thermal oil heating avoids the installation of a dangerous and high-maintenance steam boiler. Steam offers more surface area than gas fired, but it requires a generator to create steam, collect it, and reheat it again. Oil heated brewhouses, on the other hand, use a simple oil heater and pump to circulate oil through the tank jackets. Compared to gas fired systems where all heat is directed to the very bottom of the kettle, this system heats from the sides and the bottom rather than the bottom alone. This offers not only greater surface area but faster thermal response. By controlling the oil temperature, you also have more precise boil vigor control and evaporation rate control. For these reasons and more, the Oil Heated Brewhouse makes for an ideal pilot batch system. Control Panel Our control panel features 4 PID controllers for precise control of the HLT, Mash, Boil Kettle and Oil temperature. The control panel also features a delayed start timer, allowing you to preheat your HLT overnight so your strike water will be ready when you arrive on brew day. Hard Piped Distribution Manifold With the distribution manifold, the entire brewing process can be completed by simply opening and closing valves. There’s no need to lug around brewery hoses and swap connections from vessel to vessel. This hard piped system is completely self contained with dedicated pumps to move wort and hot liquor from tank to tank as needed. Every step of the brew day is a simple valve turn away. The only hose required is from the brewing system to your fermenter. Once the brew is completed this same piping system is used for CIP and rinsing. Installation The systems are delivered on a skid. Simply, move the skid into place, hook up power and water and a drain and you are ready to clean and brew. Our systems also feature rolling casters for easy installation in your brewery, product pump for recirculation and sparging, hard piped manifold, grain out door on the mash tun, and mounted plate chiller.
