Crystal Hop Rhizome
4.0-6.0% AA. Grows well in all climates. Crystal is related to Mt. Hood and Liberty A very clean aroma hop that produces a mild, floral and spicy aroma. Due to it being mild and clean, this hop variety can be used in a variety of beer styles, including: Lagers, Kolsch, ESB, Pilsners, Pale Ales, IPAs, and Belgian Ales. Rhizomes should be planted immediately for best results. If your area is still experiencing frost then you can plant them in a planter indoors until it is safe to transplant outside. The first years crop will generally be smaller than subsequent years. Since these are live plants, we cannot guarantee they will grow, so we recommend buying two of each type to help ensure their success. Sterling Hop Rhizome
6.0-9.0% AA. Grows well in all climates. Sterling is a hybrid of Saaz. Sterling is a great substitute for Saaz due to a similar spice aroma. This hop is very similar to Santiam but not as floral. Best described as herbal and spicy, with a hint of floral, citrus (lemon/pineapple) characteristics. Ideal for all Lagers, Belgian ales, and Wheat ales.
