Hop Bong Pressure Pack for FermZilla - 2 in.
Due to high demand, this item is currently out of stock. Be the first to receive your items by placing a pre-order today. We will automatically ship this to you when we receive more inventory. The Hop Bong is a versatile pressurizable tri-clamp accessory, capable of not only dry hopping oxygen purged hops into fermenters, but also as an inline carbonation/oxygenation accessory. Load up the Hop Bong, flush it with CO2, purge out oxygen with the handy PRV on top, then simply open the Butterfly Valve to inject your beer with a 6 oz payload of dry hops. If you're an existing FermZilla Conical or All Rounder user and you already own the Pressure Kit with 2x Ball Lock Caps and floating dip tube, check out the Hop Bong Upgrade Kit. The 3 Pieces of the Hop Bong Pressure Pack: Pressure Kit The Pressure Kit includes two Ball Lock Caps with the Floating Dip Tube and Filter Attachment. These pieces allow you to pressure transfer finished beer out of the fermenter into kegs or a bottling bucket, or you can carbonate and serve beer directly from the FermZilla. Tri-Clamp Pressure Lid Replacing the standard lid with the FermZilla Tri-Clamp Pressure Lid provides you with a 2" T.C. port at the top of your fermenter. This will give you an opening to add dry hops or other additions without needing to remove the entire lid. Take off the butterfly valve to add your yeast pitch, and when you're ready to add flavoring additions when fermentation is complete, drop them in oxygen-free via the Hop Bong. PCO1881 threaded ports are there for your Ball Lock Caps, as well as undrilled ports for an optional Thermowell and/or Temp Twister cooling coil. Hop Bong Load up the Hop Bong and add CO2 to purge your hop charge of oxygen. This kit comes with a third Ball Lock Cap to introduce CO2 directly to the Hop Bong, as well as a pull ring PRV to release pressure and purge oxygen. Once you've flushed your hop charge with CO2, open the butterfly valve to inject your beer with up to 6 oz of hop pellets. Hop Pellet Capacity: 150–180g (5.2–6.3 oz) Kit Includes: FermZilla 2" T.C. Pressure Lid Starter Kit 2" Hop Bong 2" FermZilla Tri-Conical Butterfly Valve Floating Dip Tube Weighted Mesh Filter Attachment (KEG6571) Red PRV & PCO1881 Cap Combo Yellow Ball Lock Cap (2) Red Ball Lock Caps (2) 2" Tri-Clamps (2) 2" Silicone T.C. Gaskets KegLand Part Number: KB10897 Installation Note: For best performance, ensure there is not an excess amount of slack when the silicone dip tube is installed and shorten it if needed. With the floating dip tube installed on your empty FermZilla, you ideally want the dip tube to hang freely with just enough length for the end of the dup tube to touch the bottom of the tank. Warning: Always depressurize your system COMPLETELY before removing fittings from your fermenter.

Speidel Braumeister Plus Electric Brewing System - 20L/5.2G (110V)
The original all-in-one brewery still made in Germany! 5" touchscreen is easy to use and guides you through the brewing process Brew all-grain beer inside your home—no gas burner needed Built-in cooling jacket eliminates the need for awkward wort chillers 2R interior stainless finish with electropolished heating coil The "Mercedes®" of brewing systems. When you want the best, this is it. Never ceasing to improve upon the original Braumeister design, Speidel has taken this unit a step further with the new 5" touch screen control panel. The new automatic control system brews with your custom recipes and guides you through the brewing process. Now with integrated WiFi and bluetooth as standard, recipes and software updates can be synced automatically. Speidel Braumeister continues to be the all-in-one brewing system for brewers that demand the highest quality. The Braumeister is the original all-in-one, electric all-grain brewing system. Designed and patented in Germany over a decade ago, it has since been copied around the world. Still made in Germany today by Speidel, a 5th generation German stainless steel manufacturer, the Braumeister is the Mercedes® of brewing systems. Speidel made a decision to not try and compete on price with the rest of the all-in-one machines that are made in China. They actually went the opposite direction improving upon the Braumeister many times. They've improved the control screen, added dimpled jackets to eliminate wort chillers, improved the programming and functionality, and created an online myspeidel.com control center along with multiple other small refinements. They also created a host of optional equipment to further enhance your brewing. If you appreciate really well-made equipment, the Braumeister is for you. It is the best of the best. The welded on dimpled jacket eliminates the need for a separate wort chiller and also opens the door for using the Braumeister as a temperature controlled fermenter—see the video below. These jackets have 1" male threading, and aside from cooling, a Dump Valve tap has been added to the base of the unit to make emptying and cleaning that much easier. Advantages of the Braumeister First, the system has a small footprint and is powered by electricity, allowing you to brew inside, in a confined space, without the inherent dangers of using an open flame. Secondly, this unit is very easy to use as you mash the grain and then boil the wort in the same vessel. We also love the automation and control. Before you brew you set the controller with the different temperatures you wish to attain (advice is given on what to set) and the built-in heating element and pump do the rest. The Braumeister is especially ideal for step-mashing, which many brewers think is the preferred way to brew lager beers. Based on the results of lagers we have brewed on this machine, MoreBeer! agrees. Unlike other brew systems that have the temp probe located at the bottom, the Braumeister's temperature sensor was installed inside the middle bar. This means that the temperature is measured directly in the malt and is even more accurate in combination with the new software adjustments. Walking Through the Brew Process On Brew Day, you are going to assemble your Braumeister with the mash tub and bottom screen. You will fill the unit with filtered water to a notch on the center post - easy. The water resistant touchscreen controller reads in °C or °F, and you can set it to different temperatures you wish to reach. Advice is given in the manual. When your water is the correct temperature, a beep alerts you to add grain. Stir in your grain, lock down the top screen (so now there is a screen on the bottom and the top) and start the mash. During the mash wort is constantly recirculated through the grain bed from the bottom up, reverse of most all-in-one systems. The liquid wort flows up through the mash and then cascades down between the mash tub and the outer wall of the Braumeister. There it is collected by the pump and pushed back through the mash. At any time, you can pause the pump from the controller screen. Speidel upgraded their pump to be detachable for easy cleaning and maintenance between batches. When the mash is complete, another beep will alert you to remove the entire mash tub, which sets on top of the Braumeister to drain for a period of time. At this point you can choose to rinse the mash with hot water or to just add water directly the wort. Push another button and the boil starts and will run for however long you program it. When the boil stops, begin chilling your wort. Features: Brew in the tightest of spaces, anywhere in your home with a small footprint of counter space Easy to handle brewing and cleaning, malt pipe slides up with little effort Patented malt pipe technology. Wort is internally pumped from the bottom to the top for effective and gentle recirculation. No pipes are awkwardly mounted to the side of the kettle Clean, contactless cooling by running cold water through the welded-on cooling jacket. No need for sanitizing and storing a separate immersion wort chiller The pump is accessible beneath the unit and can be detached for cleaning and maintenance Braumeister stays up-to-date with regular software updates via an integrated WiFi module myspeidel.com syncs with the digital controller on your Braumeister Enter a recipe in myspeidel.com, choose a recipe from the community of other users, or design a recipe in Beersmith and import it to myspeidel.com and it will come up automatically on your Braumeister's touchscreen controller Edit your recipe on the fly in the touchscreen controller and it will automatically update on myspeidel.com When the brew day is over, ferment your beer inside the Braumeister, using the cooling jacket to control the fermentation temp Technical Specifications for 20L Braumeister: 110V - comes with a NEMA 5-20 plug. You may need to install the corresponding wall socket or use an adapter. Produces 23L of wort, which is about 20L of finished beer Controllers can store up to ten recipes for easy repeat brewing! 2,000-watt built-in heating capacity 23-watt pump 110V, 50-60Hz, 18.2A Max Grain Capacity: 13.2 lbs Max Fill Level: 25L (Upper Marking on Center Rod) 23.6" H x 15.7" Ø 33 lbs

Step Drill Bit | Self-Starting | HSS High Speed Steel | Titanium Nitride Coated | 0.15 – 0.78 in.
If you want to install the Temp Twister & Thermowell on your FermZilla's plastic lid, this step drill bit is the recommended tool for the job. Suitable for drilling holes in plastic, wood, stainless steel, and other metals. You can use this drill bit to install valves or bulkheads on a stainless kettle, bore out a hole for a draft shank, or drill out the pilot hole found on many KegLand drip trays. For best results when drilling through metal, make sure to drill slowly (less than 600 rpm). Apply significant pressure behind the drill as you cut through. Cutting lubricant is recommended. Note that fast drill speeds will cause the metal and the bit to heat up which can shorten the lifespan of the drill bit. Specs: Drill Speed: 200-800 RPM Can Drill Hole Sizes: 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm, 18mm, 20mm, 22mm Hole Size Range (Imperial): 0.15" – 0.78" Coating: Titanium Nitride Suitable for: Metal, wood, plastic Tip: Self starting tip (no pilot hole required or center punch) KegLand Part Number: KL09447

The ink won’t wash off in the rain, yet is easy to remove with a damp cloth. For permanent application the markers can also be used on chalkboards for a bold statement. If using the Chalkboard Tap Handle, we recommend using these chalk pens on the back of the tap handle rather than the chalkboard insert. The chalkboard insert is porous and will let the ink set in, whereas the back of the tap handle is smooth and will wipe clean more easily. Each marker has a 1.5 mm bullet tip The markers are ideal for signage and can be used indoor and outdoor The ink is made using a water-based formula and each color is vibrant and opaque This marker contains white colored ink The ink is removable on non-porous surfaces KegLand Item Number: KL20206

Baby Hop Premium Fertilizer for Rhizomes
This custom slow-release fertilizer blend is great for first year hop plants. This is the exact formula used on The Hop Yard's large commercial hop fields. We’ve found this mixture to be strong enough to enhance growth, but not so harsh that it burns up the young shoots. Our custom blend is a mix of N, K, P, and dried kelp. The Small bag will provide sufficient fertilizer to cover 5 plants during their first season of growth. The Large bag is sufficient for 25 plants. Instructions for use are included on the bag.

BrewBuilt® Kit for Fermenting Under Pressure
Due to high demand, this item is currently out of stock. Be the first to receive your items by placing a pre-order today. We will automatically ship this to you when we receive more inventory. This is a no compromise, professional level hardware kit that allows for safe pressure fermentation in an X-Series Uni Conical. If you plan to ferment, or to seal/cap an active fermentation, in your BrewBuilt X-Series Conical you must use this Brewbult Kit for Fermenting Under Pressure. During fermentation Krausen can potentially clog the PRV that is built into the lid. The hardware in this kit is the same as what you will find on a commercial Unitank. This is not an all-in-one unit. All-in-one units are cheaper but not as safe. Component Break Down: Commercial Grade Spunding Valve - The kit is built around a commercial Spunding Valve that allows you to set your desired fermentation pressure. if that ferementation pressure exceeds your set point, it will blow off any excess pressure from the X-Series Conical. The clear cup holds liquid acting as an airlock and allowing krausen to exit. The Spunding valve is also adjustable. Pro Grade PRV (Pressure Relief Valve) - On all brewery pro tanks, a tri-clamp PRV is always installed in addition to a Spunding Valve. This is because a Spunding Valve still has the potential to clog. The pro PRV has a very wide interior body as to reduce the risk of clogging. The PRV is non-adjustable and comes preset to relieve pressure at 15 PSI. Sealed Pressure Gauge - This is a liquid filled, sealed gauge. The bottom of the gauge is a thin plate of stainless that moves up or down in relation to pressure in the tank. That causes the oil in the gauge to compress which is what the gauge reads. When properly sealed, there is no way krausen can get into this gauge and cause a false reading. However, it is important to ensure the guage is sealed, otherwise, there is a risk that krasuen clogs the gauge giving you an inaccurate reading. Foam Axe - Foam Axe is a silica-based krausen cutter used by commercial breweries to reduce krausen blow off while increasing foam retention in your beer. Using Foam Axe is required for every batch fermented under pressure, but we recommend it for all batches fermented in your X-Series Conical. Foam Axe helps keep krausen out of PRVs and other hardware which is always a good idea. When your BrewBuilt Uni is outfitted with a Kit for Pressure Fermentation there are three devices for relieving pressure, including the PRV that is always built into the lid, the adjustable Spunding Valve, and the pro grade PRV. Includes: Commercial Grade BrewBuilt Spunding Valve 1 BAR (0.3–14.5 psi) Hand Adjustable Blowoff 1.5" tri-clamp Connection Made from 304 stainless steel with plastic liquid cup Tri-Clamp Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) Calibrated to 1 BAR (14.5 psi) 1.5" tri-clamp connection Made from 304 stainless steel Sealed, Liquid Filled Pressure Gauge Calibrated to 2 BAR (30 psi) 1.5" tri-clamp connection Made from 304 stainless steel CellarScience Foam Axe Krausen Reducer Reduces krausen build up inside the fermenter Connection Hardware (3) 1.5" T.C. Clamps (3) 1.5" EPDM T.C. Gaskets WARNING! The use of the BrewBuilt Kit for Fermenting Under Pressure is required for performing Pressure Fermentations in your X-Series conical. The PRV built into the lid is not designed to be the only release point during a pressure fermentation. WARNING! The use of Foam Axe is required to reduce krausen (foam from fermentation) production in the fermenter. WARNING! Always release pressure, then remove the PRV built into the lid to ensure the conical is completely depressurized before removing fittings or the lid clamp. Failure to do so can result in personal injury.

Replacement PET Tank for 30L All Rounder FermZilla
Replacement PET Tank for 30L FermZilla All Rounder. Normal wear and tear may lead to stress marks or other potential points of failure when the tank is used under pressure. We recommend visually inspecting the unit for signs of wear every 6-12 months, and conducting a hydro test every 2 years. The hydro test process is simple: Fill the tank to the brim with water Replace the Red PRV with a Green PRV rated to 4.5 BAR or higher Pressurize the tank to 4 BAR (58 psi) Check for leaks, then replace the Red PRV when finished If leaks or potential points of failure are found, replace the tank before you continue using pressure with your FermZilla. In general, we do not recommend leaving products like PBW or StarSan soaking in the tank for more than an hour. Extended soaks have the potential to degrade the PET material and shorten the lifespan of the tank. KegLand Part Number: KL15219 NOTE: FermZilla tanks are marked with a manufacturer’s “expiry date”. This does not indicate that the tank is bad after this date; it simply indicates that a hydro test may be in order. 2 years after production and every 2 years after first use, it is recommended that the tank be hydro tested to ensure the tank is holding pressure. Hydro test instructions are available here. You will also need the D1072 Green PRV to perform the test. If you do not plan to pressurize the fermenter, the test is not necessary.

RAPT Fermentation Chamber | 6.5 ft. Extension Probe
If you are looking to measure the temperature of your fermentation directly from the wort, simply install this extension probe into your RAPT Fermentation Chamber. The RAPT is designed to heat and cool your entire fermenter. This is the ideal scenario as the whole fermentation vessel is placed in a temperature-controlled environment which gives you the most even temperature and most precise control of your fermenter. This 2m (6.5') Extension Probe allows you to easily measure and control the temperature from right inside your fermenter, allowing for super precise readings throughout the fermentation. This is a simple plug-and-play fitting for your RAPT. For the highest accuracy, run through a 2-point calibration in the settings menu. The probe diameter is 4 mm (0.15").
