Grown in the lush highlands of Sumatra, these uniquely processed beans offer an earthy richness and herbal complexity. Cupping Notes: Flavor: Expect an earthy and savory profile with notes of cedar, tobacco, and dark chocolate. Herbal notes, such as sage and spice, are complemented by a low acidity and a distinct, rustic sweetness. Body: A full, heavy body with a syrupy, lingering mouthfeel. Aroma: Earthy aromas of damp earth, cedar, and a subtle, herbal fragrance. Origin: Sumatra, Indonesia Altitude: Typically 1200-1600 meters Varietal: Various (typically Ateng, Tim Tim, Gayo 1) Process: Wet Processed (Giling Basah/Wet-Hulled) Key points about Wet Processing (Giling Basah) in Sumatra: The Giling Basah processing method is unique to Sumatra and involves removing the outer skin and mucilage, then drying the beans to a high moisture content before hulling them. This process contributes to the distinctive earthy and herbal notes that are characteristic of Sumatran coffees. Sumatran coffees are known for their low acidity, heavy body, and rustic sweetness. It is important to note that this processing method gives a very unique green bean apperance.

March Pump - With High Temp Stainless Steel Housing
A Stainless Steel pump housing is food-grade and nearly indestructable. Exact same internal pump as our H315 but with a stainless steel housing. Stainless steel is the material of choice for professional breweries because it is a durable, food-grade metal that can withstand caustic chemicals and can also be effectively sanitized. 3/4" mpt on center inlet. 1/2" mpt outlet. The magnetic drive acts as a clutch allowing the user to put back-pressure on the pump to slow down flow. With a ball valve on the outflow, you can slow flow all the way to nothing. Since it is a magnetic drive, it is not self priming, you must put the pump under the level of the liquid source. We wanted the pump to be brewer friendly so we had March install a bracket so that it can be mounted. We also had a 6' power cord with plug wired in for easy use. This is a tough little pump with a 1/25 hp, continuous-duty 1.4 Amp motor which can be run non-stop for extended periods. This pump has a maximum flow of 7.2 GPM with a maximum head of 12 feet. For an example of typical usage: with a head of 6' it will pump 3.25 GPM and with an 8' head it will pump 2.5 GPM. Motor requires 115v 50/60HZ power requirements.

Flaked Rye
Contributes a strong, spicy rye flavor without adding too much body or mouthfeel Adds complexity to your malt flavor profile—often used in Pale Ales, IPAs, and Imperial IPA Use as up to 10% of your grain bill to spice things up, 40% for a Rye IPA, or 60% for a Roggenbier Rye flakes are unlike typical flaked ingredients in that they are added purely for their spicy flavor and do little to add body and mouthfeel. 5-10% is all you need to add a distinct rye flavor to your malt profile, and you can increase from there depending on your desired taste or the style you're brewing. A staple ingredient in German Roggenbier, Finish Sahti, and American Rye-P-As.

Low2 Keg Lid O-Ring | Corny Keg Lid O-Ring | Superior Oxygen Barrier Properties
96% reduction in oxygen ingress compared to silicone O-rings when measured in a keg! Made from a special blend of materials, these gaskets offer vastly improved oxygen barrier properties compared to Silicone or EPDM Give your beverage the absolute best protection from oxygen staling with KegLand's Low2 O-rings! The result is your beverage staying fresher for longer! Compatible with any ball lock or pin lock corny-style keg with standard lid Upgrade the storage life of your beer by replacing your standard keg lid O-ring with the new Low2 O-ring from KegLand. Even the most perfectly sealed keg is susceptible to oxygen ingress through the hatch O-ring—yes, even if the keg is under constant pressure with CO2! Even a leak-free, pressurized keg will release CO2 molecules as they pass through the lid O-ring itself, and conversely, Oxygen molecules will permeate through the O-ring and diffuse into the keg when they reach the surface area on the other side. The level of permeability is wide ranging and highly dependent on what material the O-ring is made from. Rather than the usual EPDM or Silicone, Low2 gaskets are made from a unique composition of Synthetic M-Class and Cross-Link Elastomers. This special blend has superior oxygen barrier properties that results in your beverage staying fresher for longer. Compatible with any ball lock or pin lock corny-style keg with a standard size lid. Not compatible with Megamouth Torpedo Kegs. Low2 O-rings were independently tested by GunnLab, an Australia-based plastic packaging testing laboratory. See below for a printout of the test results. RAPT Bluetooth Thermometer | BrewZilla Gen 4 | RAPT Portal Compatible | Backlit Digital Display
This low energy RAPT enabled Bluetooth Thermometer is compatible with the Gen 4 BrewZilla, RAPT Temperature Controller, and RAPT Fermentation Chamber. It will not work without one or more of these devices. By receiving multiple BLE thermometer sensors, the BrewZilla can make smarter and more automated decisions on how to control the brewing or distillation process. For example, a BLE thermometer can be placed into your coolant water so you get an alarm if the temperature is too high, or a BLE thermometer can be put into the middle of the malt pipe so you can more accurately control elements switching on/off to achieve a core malt pipe temperature. RAPT Connectivity The new Bluetooth thermometer can connect up to your BrewZilla Gen 4, RAPT Temperature Controller, RAPT Fermentation Chamber and log that temperature data and manipulate fermentation/brewing and distillation profiles in the RAPT Portal. This greatly reduces the need for handwritten records of your brew day as it's all done automatically. The RAPT portal also allows you to see every brew you have done in the past with logged temperatures from the main unit's probe and this digital thermometer. This unit can also be set up to get push notifications to your mobile phone of when to sparge for example. Along with this ease of access and control, the RAPT BrewZilla will also allow you to fully customize your brew day with profiles specifically tuned to your style of brewing or your recipe. For example, you could set up step mash profiles using the core temperature of your mash instead of the cavity below where the BrewZilla's main temp probe is located. Greater accuracy for a more repeatable recipe that results in much better beer! Specifications: Temp Range: -4°F – 572°F (-20°C – 300°C) Probe Length: 8" (20 cm) Note that the probe tip is very sharp Remove black plastic tip before use Plastic tip should be used for storage to avoid punctures / injury Cable Length: 39" (100 cm) Magnetized Backing Plate (Orange) 2 x AAA Batteries (included) KegLand Part Number: KL24334
