XpressFill XF260HP | Volume Filler | High Proof Spirits | 2 Spout
Eliminate oxidation in your bottling process with the XF260HP volume-based filling system Made specifically for high proof spirits—featuring components with better resistance to high concentrations of ethanol Liquid is pulled from your barrel or storage tank by the built-in self-priming pump Filling volume is programmed and stops automatically Optional gas flush system Made to order in the United States Eliminate oxidation in your bottling process by using the XpressFill volume-based filling system! The XF260HP two bottle filler is now available specifically for High Proof Spirits. Susceptible components have been replaced with material more resistant to higher concentrations of ethanol. The XF260HP can easily accommodate very small to very large bottles with its adjustable shelf, allowing great flexibility. Easy to use, compact in design, precise volume filling, high quality components, hand-crafted in the USA. Gravity-based systems usually involve spirits being transferred to a holding tank, and unless your bottles and holding tank are pre-flushed with inert gas, some degree of oxidation is inevitable. Xpress Fill bottling systems have a closed pathway with a self-priming pump. They also have as an optional built-in sparging (pre-flushing) system that uses Nitrogen or Argon to pre-flush your bottles. To use, place two bottles under the filling spouts, push the gas button (optional at additional cost) to flush the bottles with inert gas. Then hit the Fill button which pulls the spirit from your barrel or stainless storage tank, distributes 750ml of spirit to each bottle, and shuts off automatically when done. It is truly that simple. Each fill cycle lasts 20 seconds. When using 750ml bottles you can expect to fill about 250 bottles per hour. There is also a manual mode allowing you to top up bottles or fill odd size bottles. The two spout filler features a 3/8" inlet. Features: Made to order in the USA 2 Spout fills approximately 250 bottles per hour Bottle shelf is adjustable to accommodate a wide range of bottles Optional Gas Flush System & Filler to automatically gas-purge bottles prior to filling Weight: 23 lbs Dimensions: 11.25" W x 17" H x 15.5" D Warning: XpressFill bottle fillers are NOT certified as explosion proof, should be used in a well-ventilated area, and not for use with solvents. It should be noted that 70% alcohol is 140 proof and has a flash point of 70°F, making the product volatile, as well as flammable

Omega Yeast | OYL-044 Kolsch II | Beer Yeast | Double Pitch | 225 Billion Cells
This Kolsch strain is warmer fermenting than Omega's Kolsch I (OYL-017), flocculates much better and clears more quickly, so it is a little easier to manage. It is a lager-like ale strain that’s lightly fruity, crisp and clean with a hint of sulfur that disappears with age to leave a clean ale. Accentuates hop flavors. Attenuation: 72-78% Flocculation: Medium Alcohol Tolerance: 10% ABV Optimum Fermentation Temp: 65-69°F Cell Count: 225 Billion Please Note: When choosing an ice pack option beware that the liquid yeast will not arrive cold even when shipped together. Ice packs and insulated mailing options are designed to keep the yeast colder for longer during shipment, but they will not ensure that your yeast arrives cold. We will not replace liquid yeast that arrives warm. During warmer months we strongly recommend you choose dry yeast.

Use this to ease transfers between kettles, cool wort via a counterflow chiller, or recirculate icewater for quicker chilling! This Chugger pump model has 1/2" MPT inlet and outlet, allowing easy configuration for any application! We recommend setting these pumps up with a Ball valve on the outflow side, this way you can throttle down the outgoing flow rate, allowing for more efficient sparges or cooling! The pump head can also be rotated 360° (in 90° intervals) allowing for even more customization! Features: Run Dry Carbon Bearing Stainless Steel Inline Pump Head Food Grade up to 250° F 1/2" mpt inlet and outlet High Flow rate of 7 gpm Max Head 18.6 ft 115v 55" cord and plug attached 50/60 Hz, 1.4 amp 1/20 HP, 3500 RPM Note: When using silicone tubing, we recommend using a slighlty larger barb than the I.D. of the tubing. This is because silicone tubing tends to have greater pliability than most tubing. For example, when using 1/2" silicone tubing, we recommend a 5/8" barb to help ensure a better seal!

LaMotte - BrewLab Pro Water Analysis Kit 7190
The BrewLab Pro kit is made to order. The manufacturer's lead time is 40-60 days from when the order is placed. LaMotte introduces the new BrewLab® Pro water analysis kit. Designed with the professional brewer in mind, this kit measures 11 test factors which are important in the brewing process. Water is the most important ingredient for any brewer. The BrewLab® Pro helps you to make your best craft brew and reproduce your results time and time again! Test for 11 Essential Factors Chloride Sulfate Alkalinity Total Hardness Calcium Hardness Magnesium Hardness Sodium pH Temperature Total Dissolved Solids Dissolved Oxygen This kit was developed in cooperation with John Palmer, author of Water, A Comprehensive Guide for Brewers. Check out Palmer's Brewing Water Adjustment App, currently available for iOS devices and coming soon to Android. Alkalinity: Alkalinity is generally a problem in brewing water. Alkalinity is the carbonate and bicarbonate content of the water, and acts to raise the pH of the mash and beer. Water hardness can offset the alkalinity, and for that reason both parameters are typically measured as “Calcium Carbonate” in order to determine the net effect. Chloride: The chloride ion acts to bring out the sweetness and fullness of the malt flavor, much like table salt does for food. Craft brewers often add calcium chloride to brewing water for Pilsner and other lagers. Dissolved Oxygen: Dissolved oxygen can have both a positive and negative impact on beer, depending on the brewing stage. While fermentation itself is an anaerobic process (occurs in the absence of air), yeast cells do require oxygen for growth. Excessive DO can lead to rapid fermentations and excessive yeast growth, resulting in higher ester production, giving fruitier flavors. It can also lead to permanent chill haze, increased beer astringency, and an increase in color intensity, largely due to the oxidation of polyphenols. Hardness: Water hardness is a brewer’s friend because calcium and magnesium are important ions in many biochemical reactions during mashing and fermentation. Calcium: Helps prevent enzymes from denaturing and extends their activity in the mash, promoting clarity, flavor, and stability in the finished beer. Magnesium: In small amounts Mg is an important yeast nutrient. The better the “yeast ferment”, the cleaner the alcohol produced. pH: The chemistry of brewing and cooking is complex, and while knowing the mineral content of the water is a critical first step to predicting the impact of the water to the beer, the best way is to measure it, and that is where pH comes into the picture. The mineral content of the water directly affects the pH of the mash, and the pH of the mash affects the entire brewing process—both in process performance and beer flavor. In order to consistently brew great beer, the pH of the mash, wort, and beer should be monitored at every step. Sodium: Sodium acts in concert with chloride to enhance the sweetness and fullness of the malt, but just as in food and cooking, too much can oversalt the beer and result in salty or metallic flavors. Sodium is ubiquitous in water supplies and mineral additions, so it is important for the brewer to know how much the water has before any treatments are planned. Sodium can be easily determined by calculation from the results of the other tests. Sulfate: Sulfate and chloride ions in water affect the flavor balance of the beer, from hoppy to malty. The sulfate ion acts to accentuate the hoppiness and dryness of the beer, making it more crisp tasting. Craft brewers often add calcium sulfate to their brewing water for pale ales and IPAs. Total Dissolved Solids: The measurement of total dissolved solids allows the brewer to quickly determine if there has been a shift or change in a water source or brewing process by measuring all solids in solution. It can also provide a valuable quality assurance check on demineralization processes and waste treatment effectiveness.

KOMOS® DraftMaster Glycol Chiller
The KOMOS DraftMaster is a perfect solution for small beer-serving establishments. This is very unique, dual purpose glycol beer chiller, with the ability to chill a trunk line while also being able to cool 4 additional unfrigerated beers inline. It features 4 built-in stainless steel draft coils that remain submersed in a glycol solution reservoir, as well as a dedicated submersible draft line pump that can be used to pump glycol solution through flooded draft towers or other draft line chilling apparatuses. The draft coils are made from 8 mm OD stainless steel tubing. The inlets and outlets come ready for use with 8 mm Duotight fittings, or standard hose clamp / compression fittings if preferred. The temperature drop of the beverage after one pass through the coil will depend on several factors, such as the temp of the pre-chilled beer, reservoir solution, and ambient environment. Ideally, the DraftMaster should be used in ambient temperatures below 80°F with a 30% glycol solution. If operating the unit in hotter climates or with a non-glycol cooling solution, if you are using the inline chilling coils you may need to pass the beverage through two coils to lower it to serving temperature. Although the DraftMaster is ideally used with propylene glycol to lower the cooling solution below 32°F, home users may find it works perfectly well with 100% distilled/RO water. We recommend leaving the reservoir temperature at or above 38°F when using water only, which will work well for cooling a single KOMOS Cobra tower or other glycol-ready draft tower. Specifications: 4 built-in 8 mm OD stainless draft coils Submersible pump: 35 watts Max Head: 21 ft. (6.5 m) Max Flow Rate: 528 GPH (2000 LPH) 30L / 8 Gallon Water Tank Capacity 3/8 HP compressor 750 Watt/2600 btu Cooling Capacity Draft coils made from 304 stainless steel Labeled IN and OUT bulkheads r134a Refrigerant 110V (3.6 amps) Dimensions: 16.1" x 16.1" x 26" Wheels included CE Certified Warning: do not set the reservoir temperature controller lower than 25°F (-4°C).
