Variable capacity tank well-suited for fermentation, short-term wine storage, kombucha, pickling, and other applications Floating lid can be positioned as needed to match the volume of the liquid you're working with Tank & lid are made from 304 stainless steel with a food-grade, clear plastic gasket for the lid Air pump with pressure gauge, dry airlock, and 1.5" tri-clamp port with butterfly valve Features cooling jacket, thermometer & thermowell, 1.5" tri-clamp port Made in Italy by Marchisio Variable Capacity tanks, also called Variable Volume tanks, made in Italy by Marchisio. This style of tank features a ‘floating’ lid with an inflatable gasket that can be positioned at any height in the tank. Use the included air pump to inflate the lid gasket. Whether you position the lid directly on the liquid, just above, or at the top of the tank is up to you. They are used as affordable stainless production tanks for applications ranging from winemaking to pickled foods and Kombucha. Considerations for Winemaking When used in winemaking we recommend these tanks for fermentation and short-term storage. If you are considering storing wine in a variable volume tank for longer than a month, we suggest you consider our German-made Speidel Variable Volume Tanks. In addition to other quality features like a mirror polish inside, thicker stainless, and robotically welded seams, Speidel tanks feature a proprietary lid gasket that only fits their tanks. This gasket is made from a very high quality, thick, white, food-grade, material that makes a true seal and resists oxygen transfer. This gasket also does not have the seam line that clear gaskets have. To learn more about the clear gaskets watch our video listed below the product copy. All variable volume tanks other than those from Speidel, including these tanks from Marchisio, feature a standard clear gasket that is sufficient for many applications, but we do not recommend them for long term wine storage. Marchisio We have been buying tanks from Marchisio since the 1990’s, so we have a long history of collaboration. Marchisio is a classic Italian tank manufacturer that represents the best value in the industry. Great quality at a very competitive price. All tanks have a classic marbled finish on the outside and a smooth polished finish on the inside. Each tank includes a dry airlock – a style of airlock that has a marble inside to make a seal. We recommend replacing this airlock with a classic water airlock to reduce potential oxidation. Includes: 304 Stainless Tank w/ Cooling Jacket 304 Stainless Floating Lid Food-Grade Floating Gasket Air Pump with pressure gauge Connection kit for connecting gasket to pump Dial Thermometer & Thermowell 1.5" Tri-Clamp port w/ butterfly valve Dry Airlock for tank 400L Specifications: Nominal volume: 400 Liters (105.7 gallons) Effective volume: 424 Liters (112 gallons) Diameter: 65 cm (25.5 inches) Height: 130 cm (51 inches) Port size: 1.5" T.C. *Please Note: Tank may differ slightly from image shown. EnoItalia Flexible Impeller Pump | Euro 30 | Self-Priming | Remote Control | Stainless Control Box & Trolley Cart | 19.8 GPM | 1.5 in. T.C. | 220V
Self-priming wine pump with variable flow control from 0 to 20 gallons per minute Flexible rubber impeller gently pushes wine Stainless steel pump head with 1.5" tri-clamp connections Remote control operation with 40 ft. long cord Stainless steel control box Stainless steel rolling cart Made in Italy by EnoItalia This unit features a stainless steel control box not pictured in the primary image. Updated images coming soon. The perfect pump for moving wine from one vessel to the other. These Flexible Impeller Pumps are controlled by a Variable Frequency Drive, allowing for wine or juice transfers as fast as 20 gallons per minute, down to a complete stop. A sturdy Stainless Steel cart with nylon wheels allows for easy manueverability in the winery, and a lifetime of use. The pump can be controlled from the panel itself, or remotely via the wired controller, giving this workhorse even more flexibility. We worked for a year to develop this particular pump with Enoitalia of Italy. The value and price are really amazing. So much that we stopped making our own line of Chunky Pumps at the end of 2016. Enoitalia has been making pumps for decades and while they are excellent at destemmer crushers and other equipment, pumps are their core specialty. We will support the pump in the USA with common spare parts but we also have the backing and support of Enoitalia if anything was to go wrong. Although the Euro 30 is self-priming, the pump should never be run dry. Stainless steel head with flexible rubber impeller Remote control with 40' cord included VFD allows for flow rate from 0 to 19.8 gpm Max Pressure: 40 PSI (2.8 BAR) 1.5" Tri-Clover inlet and outlet 220 v single phase Input voltage required (6.5 amp draw) 1.5 HP motor Recommended temperature range: 40 - 150°F (5 - 65°C) Handy SS trolley cart for easy movement around the winery The pump is reversible and can be controlled from the panel itself, or remotely via the wired controller, giving this workhorse even more flexibility. Please Note: This pump will NOT come with fittings. It will have 1.5" Tri Clamp ferrules, and the appropriate fittings can be chosen from YMANs below.

The destemming chamber is made with a gentle anti-tear design to reduce grape skin abrasion. The holes in the basket are deep punched through thicker stainless steel, from the inside out, and then bead blasted to remove any sharp edges. The destemming bar features fingers with adjustable rubber tips to ensure a gentle touch on your grapes. The destemming chamber and the destemming bar move in opposite or "reverse" direction for best performance. The receiving hopper features perforated drainage holes to allow juice, sometimes found in the bottom of picking bins, to exit before entering the destemming chamber. EnoItalia Flexible Impeller Pump | Euro 60 | Must Pump | Self-Priming | Remote Control | Stainless Control Box & Trolley Cart | 100 GPM | 3 in. T.C. | 230V
Self-priming must pump with variable flow control from 0 to 100 gallons per minute Flexible rubber impeller gently pushes must and wine Stainless steel pump head with 3" tri-clamp connections Remote control operation with 30 ft. long cord Stainless steel control box Stainless steel rolling cart Made in Italy by EnoItalia This unit features a stainless steel control box not pictured in the primary image. Updated images coming soon. The Euro 60 Flexible Impeller pump is a 3" T.C. self-priming pump with a Stainless Steel head, controlled via a frequency inverter that allows for flow control from 0 - 100 gal / minute. These units can be controlled via the remote control on a 30' cord, or from the control panel mounted on the pump itself. Pumps are reversible, self-priming up to 15', and can be used with wine, juice, or must. The wheeled pump cart allows for easy movement and maneuverability around the winery or crushpad, and stainless steel construction insures that it'll survive through hectic wine seasons! Completely food grade components have no impact on the quality of the wine, and a low shear value due to the larger TC fittings. This pump is a true all around winery pump because it can be used with must and wine. If you have a commercial crush pad with a larger destemmer crusher like a Jolly40 or above, and you process small berries, you will want to consider the Gamma 80 as it works better with dry fruit (lots of skin and not as much flesh). However the Euro60 works well with most musts and then can be your work horse to move must and wine in the winery, making it a great value you can use year around. Although the Euro 60 is self-priming, the pump should never be run dry. Features: Stainless steel head with flexible rubber impeller Gear reduction for increased low speed torque Stainless steel cart Remote control Flow rate from 0 to 100 gpm Flow is reversible Max Pressure: 33 PSI (2.3 BAR) 3" Tri-Clover inlet and outlet 4KW/5.3HP motor Will work with 208v or 230v Single Phase Power 14 amp draw Recommended temperature range: 40 - 150°F (5 - 65°C) Made by Enoitalia of Europe Please note: the unit will arrive with a bare power cord.
