Two Hole #6.5 Brewmaster Silicone Stopper
This stopper has two holes and we use it in the production of our #6.5 stopper thermowell. It features one 3/8" hole and one 1/4" hole. A racking tube or stainless tube can be inserted into the 1/4" hole with the aid of some lubrifilm, forming an airtight seal, and the 3/8" hole fits an airlock. Even after you wedge all this junk into it, it still fits a carboy neck! Also fits perfectly into a 1.5" tri-clamp ferrule, and the stopper's flange will ensure it doesn't fall in. Use this in any configuration you can think of, it'll fit: Airlocks, Thermowells, Racking Canes, and anything else you can imagine!

Locking Silicone Bung for Barrel
Securely bung your full-size barrels with this locking bung. Great for tight bunging barrels while rolling them on their side, moving barrels from location to location, or simply for peace of mind that this bung will not accidently get knocked out of place. A stainless plate embedded in the silicone causes the bung to expand outward when tightened. This creates considerable pressure against the bung opening, ensuring a super solid seal. Use a crescent wrench or 1/2" driver to tighten the nut on top of the bung. Bottom of bung measures 1.5" and the top of the bung measures 2.5".

Shatter Resistant Airlock - 3 Piece
This airlock made from polypropylene is much less rigid and less likely to crack compared to standard three-piece airlocks. Toss it into a bucket of sanitizer with your other equipment and don't worry about it breaking. For both carboys and buckets. In our opinion 3-piece airlocks are superior to the triple ripple type in that they can be taken apart and cleaned. However, we do sell the triple ripple or S-shaped type in case you are used to that type and would like to stay with it. Please Note: Stopper Not Included. KegLand Part Number: KL01595

Diffusion Stone - 2 Micron Oxygen Stone
Use this 2 micron oxygen stone with an oxygen source or aeration pump to provide your yeast with oxygen before or during fermentation. Macro-oxygenation, or adding oxygen during the fermentation aids in promotion of yeast growth and general yeast health which results in stronger finishes and fuller flavored wines. In our experimentation, the oxygenation has helped to soften the wine by reducing the sensation of tannins, while simultaneously allowing more fruit to come through. Can also be used for degassing wine with nitrogen. Use with 1/4" ID tubing - D1702. Note: if you are using an aeration pump, we recommend a "deep water" type for aquariums, as these will have the necessary PSI to force the air through the stone and into the juice/must. You can learn more about the use of oxygen during fermentation by reading our Guide to Macro Oxygenation and Fermentation 316 Stainless 1/2" diameter. Stone is 1" in length. Overall length is 1 7/8" Sanitizing your Diffusion / Carb Stone: To properly prepare your stone for use, we recommend you boil the stone portion in water for 3-5 minutes. By heating the stone to boiling temperatures you kill all possible contaminants that may be hidden within the stones micro pores. Using a surface sanitizer is not a guarantee from contamination. Boiling also greatly reduces clogging issues by helping to remove sugar residue. If boiling is not an option, for whatever reason, we recommend the next best, soaking in Star San. Star San will remove a majority of surface contamination/bacteria, but will not sanitize the interior of the stone which may or may not be contaminated. Please note that you do not want to touch the stainless stone portion with your hands. The oils on your fingers can actually clog the small pores in the stone.

MPT Stainless Steel Female Quick Disconnect (QD)
When used with the male QD these quick disconnect seal up very well in either flow direction, without a lot of work in connecting them. This will work with any of our H503 and H507 series of quick disconnects. However, it does not work in conjunction with any of our plastic or brass quick disconnects. These feature a 1/2" Male National Pipe Thread on the ends for easy connectivity to almost anything. The quick disconnect will hold pressure for typical brewing applications when moving liquids at 60psi or less. 1/2" ID. Gasket temperature range is -40° to 250° F. Open port, does not have shut-off. We designed the original stainless QD's for the brewing industry over 10 years ago. The same manufacturer has been machining them for us ever since. The design has certainly been copied but not with consistent quality. That is why our Stainless QD fittings have a near unanimous 5 star review with retail customers.

ForgeFit® Stainless Tri-Clamp Rotating Racking Arm | 2"
Stop leaving clean, perfectly good, wine or beer in your tank and always drain from the perfect height with our tri-clover style rotating racking arms. Remove your existing tri-clamp butterfly valve and place this rotating racking arm between the tank and your valve. When it is time to rack off slightly loosen the clamp nearest the tank and use the built-in handle to rotate to just about the lees level. A white rotatable gasket is placed between the welded in tank fitting and this rotating arm. Because the micro finish of the gasket is hard and slippery it allows the rotating arm to rotate in place. A standard black EPDM gasket is placed between the rotating arm and the butterfly valve and is always kept completely tightened. The length of the arm after the elbow is 14" allowing you to draw from roughly 10" above or below the valve level. The arm measures 13.5" from the TC fitting to the elbow. We suggest you assemble the rotating arm and butterfly valve in such a way that the arm is pointed in the same direction as the handle on your butterfly valve. In this manner you always know how the racking arm is positioned in your tank. Manufactured from 304-type stainless steel with a polished finish. 2" tri-clover connection.
