Sspunding Valve | Adjustable PRV - Non-Scaled (Up to 2BBL)
Introducing Ss Brewtech's new line of adjustable pressure relief valves, commonly referred to as spunding valves. These valves enable Unitank fermenters to both ferment under pressure and condition beer before transferring to a keg. The compact non-scaled version is perfect for a homebrewer that doesn’t mind taking the extra minute or two to dial in their valve's release pressure using the gauge included with their Unitank. The polycarbonate cup is designed to hold sanitizer so that the tank remains 100% sanitary throughout the course of the fermentation process. You can pair the spunding valve with a 1.5" tri-clamp tee (H666) and 90-degree elbow (H667), which enables the unit to be installed on the Unitank’s blow off arm, as shown in the photo. (Scaled version shown in example photo - FE892B) Lastly, a final note on safety, always leave the fixed-pressure PRV included with the Unitank in place, never exceed the maximum rated working pressure of the vessel at any time during operation. All 304 Stainless Construction Only for use with pressure rated Unitanks 1.5" TC interface Removable sanitizer cup Easy disassembly for cleaning Not for use on low pressure vessels (Chronicals, etc.)

Sspunding Valve | Adjustable PRV - Scaled (Up to 3BBL)
Introducing Ss Brewtech's new line of adjustable pressure relief valves, commonly referred to as spunding valves. These valves enable Unitank fermenters to both ferment under pressure and condition beer before transferring to a keg. The scaled version includes an etched sleeve with a scale between 0-2 BAR, along with a pressure calibrated spring. This version is perfect for a home or nano brewer that wants to be able to dial in pressures on the fly without having to match the release pressure using a gauge. The scaled version also features a pressure release knob to quickly and easily verify or equalize tank pressure. Stabilizer Powder Packets for Sulfur Dioxide Mini Titrator - 100 Packets (Hanna# HI84500-62)
The HI84500-62 are packets of stabilizer reagent required for determination of sulfur dioxide in wine using the HI84500 Sulfur Dioxide Mini Titrator for Wine Analysis. The HI84500 mini titrator uses two different titrant solutions that contain different concentrations of potassium iodate to measure a wide range of sulfur dioxide concentration in wine. Both low and high range measurements require the addition of HI84500-62 stabilizer powder to convert iodate into iodine, which in turn reacts with sulfur dioxide. The HI84500-62 powder is packaged into single use packets that are emptied into the sample prior to performing the titration. Pre-measured packets Clearly marked expiration date and lot number The HI84500-62 stabilizer powder packets are necessary to convert the iodate titrant into iodine. The iodine then reacts with sulfur dioxide and the HI3148B ORP electrode is used to detect the endpoint for both the low (1.0 to 40.0 ppm of SO2) and high (30 to 400 ppm of SO2) ranges. The decision by Hanna to use the HI84500-62 stabilizer powder packets and iodate titrant in place of a iodine titrant is due to shelf stability. Iodate offers much greater shelf stability than iodine. By using stabilizer packets the titrant solutions remain stable for longer periods of time. The HI84500 can be used with all wines, including red, which are difficult to test using traditional methods due to the difficulty to observe a distinctive color change when the endpoint is reached. The HI84500 determines the free and total sulfur dioxide concentration in wine using the Ripper method. Excess iodide is added to the wine sample and reacts with the iodate titrant to produce iodine: IO3- + 5I- + 6H+ → 3I2 + 3H2O The iodine produced reacts with sulfur dioxide in the wine according to the redox reaction below: H2SO3 + I2 → H2SO4 + 2HI Replacement reagents required to operate the HI84500 include: Low Range - 1.0 to 40.0 ppm of SO2 High Range - 30 to 400 ppm of SO2 Pump calibration standard HI84500-55 HI84500-55 Titrant solution HI84500-50 HI84500-51 Acid reagent HI84500-60 HI84500-60 Alkaline reagent (Total SO2) HI84500-61 HI84500-61 Stabilizer powder packets HI84500-62 HI84500-62

Stainless - 1/2 in. MPT x 5/8 in. Barb (1/2 in. ID)
Use this barbed fitting with our 1/2" ID Silicone tubing for a better fit. Because Silicone tubing is soft and flexible it actually fits much better on this over sized 5/8" OD barb than on a 1/2" OD barb. Designed and made in house to maximize flow this fitting is also perfect for use when a March or Chugger High-Flow pump as it allows a larger volume of wort to enter the pump, decreasing instances of cavitation.
