  • BrewBuilt Kettle - 2 x T.C. Fittings & Front/Back Handles - Gen 2.1 - PLACEHOLDER BrewBuilt Kettle - 2 x T.C. Fittings & Front/Back Handles - Gen 2.1 - PLACEHOLDER

    BrewBuilt® Brewing Kettle | 1.5" Tri-Clamp | Dual Port | Front/Back Handles

Welded 1.5" tri-clamp ports for a lifetime of leak-free use Front & back positioned handles reduce the space needed to arrange multiple kettles in a horizontal system 304 stainless steel construction with mirror polish finish Notched lid provides cover while not interfering with immersion chillers, hop bags, or other accessories Choose from Boil Kettle, Hot Liquor Tank or Mash Tun configurations The Boil Kettle comes without fittings The Hot Liquor Tank includes a Kettle Maximizer and Thermometer with 2" Probe The Mash Tun includes a False Bottom Kit and Thermometer with 6" Probe Add your preferred Valve Hardware Pack when choosing your kettle above or purchase your own valve & fittings separately Designed for Brewing. Built to Last. BrewBuilt brew kettles are made from 304 stainless steel and offer an unparalleled mix of features for the price. At the very top of the list are two welded-in place tri-clamp couplers that offer a lifetime of leak free use.  As you can imagine, welding in a coupler costs more than punching a hole and using a gasketed (i.e. weld-less) fitting. Welded fittings offer a permanent connection that to us is worth every penny.  The second unique feature that we absolutely love about these brew kettles is the notched lid with silicone plug.  This notch allows you so much flexibility; you can use an immersion chiller, one of our Ultimate Sparge Arms for mashing, tie off hop bags, take a temp reading during cooling, or whatever else we all can dream up. Our new T.C. kettles were designed to keep pace with the ever-evolving world of brewing technology. Tri-clamp fittings are standard fare in professional breweries, and they’ve been widely adopted in homebrewing as T.C. fermenters and pumps become more affordable and widely available. Tri-clamp fittings, also known as Tri-clover, allow you to make a sanitary connection that is free of nooks and crannies for contaminants to take hold. They are much easier to break down for cleaning compared to threaded connections, and they don’t require Teflon tape to make a watertight seal. T.C. fittings and accessories also give you the distinct advantage of being able to clean in place (CIP), so you don’t need to break down your entire system after every brew day. Configurations The base boil kettle comes without fittings so you can modify it the specific tri-clamp accessories that best suit your needs. Add one of the optional Brewing Kettle Valve Packs above which include your choice of valve and all the hardware you'll need to connect 1/2" ID transfer tubing, as well as an end cap to seal the top port if a thermometer or other accessory is not in place. The Hot Liquor Tank includes the base kettle plus a kettle maximizer for the bottom port and thermometer with 2" probe for the top port. Clamps and gaskets are included to attach the tri-clamp kettle maximizer and the thermometer. The Mash Tun includes the base kettle plus a false bottom kit for the bottom port and thermometer with 6" probe for the top port. Clamps and gaskets are included to attach the tri-clamp false bottom maximizer and the thermometer. Kettles do not come with a valve or additional fittings for the bottom port as standard. Add one of our pre-configured Valve Packs or purchase your preferred valve and fittings separately. This Brew Kettle has a lot to offer... Some other features we dig include the internal volume markers from the bottom to the top - so handy for instant reads.  The silicone sleeved handles on the kettle and the lid are a cool feature to protect your hands. The tri-clad bottom with a 4mm core of aluminum sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel offers even heat distribution during the boil and also makes it a perfect choice for anyone wanting to use an induction burner.   Beefy 304 Stainless These kettles are made from 304 grade stainless.  That means you will have less corrosion issues than with a kettle made from lower grade 201 type stainless. We put these kettles through a corrosive salt water test in the MoreBeer! shop and they passed with flying colors. We also made sure the rivets and riveted handles were also made of stainless steel for a long term, trouble free life.  The 10 and 15 gallon size are made from 1.0mm thick stainless steel. The 20, 30 and 50 gallon size are made with 1.2mm stainless - that's pretty thick stuff - and you will know it when you pick one up.  Mirror Polish Finish The mirror polish finish isn’t just for making your Instagram feed pop! This extra slick finish is much easier to clean and sanitize than a standard brushed stainless kettle. Hop trub and other organic solids left behind after a brew day will have a hard time clinging to the interior surface and scrub away with ease. Size Ratios and Stuff All the BrewBuilt kettles follow the recent trend to a 1.2:1 ratio where the height is 1.2 times the diameter. This is a proven commercial ratio that has been adopted in homebrewing to achieve a more consistent 10% evaporation rate during the boil.  We do like this ratio for boiling. For Mashing we would prefer a little bit shallower but that is a small compromise. Dimensions for a hot-liquor tank, if you are thinking brewing system down the road, are irrelevant as any ratio kettle will do. Features: Two welded T.C. couplers for a lifetime of leak free use Front & back oriented handles with silicone coated handles for heat protection Notched lid with silicone plug for flexibility 304 stainless steel construction for longevity 1.0mm (10 & 15 gal) or 1.2mm (20, 30 & 50 gal) thick side walls resist denting 4mm Tri-Clad Aluminum bottom sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel for no scorching Internally etched volume markers from top to bottom for easy reading 1.2:1 Ratio is optimal for boiling evaporation rate Lid is designed to conveniently hang from a handle  Stainless handles with stainless rivets for secure lifting   Size Kettle ID (in.) • BrewBuilt CIP Conical Spray Ball Attachment BrewBuilt CIP Conical Spray Ball Attachment

    BrewBuilt® CIP Spray Ball | 1.5" T.C.

    4 reviews

BrewBuilt CIP Spray Ball for use with X-Series Uni Conicals or any stainless steel fermenter with 1.5" tri-clamp fittings. The head emits a 360° fan spray that cleans above and below the spinning ball. The sharp spray easily removes soil inside your tank. The long neck design allows the spray ball to reach through tall fittings and ferrules. With a welded 90° elbow inlet, you won't have any trouble with kinked hosing slowing your pump flow and lowering the spray ball's performance. A pump capable of 30-45 psi and 11 GPM is recommended for this product to provide a high pressure cleaning radius of 3.6 ft. When used with BrewBuilt conicals, 7 GPM is enough to coat the full interior of the fermenter, but longer CIP runs might be required to fully breakdown stubborn solid deposits.

  • BrewBuilt Electric Brewing Kettle - Butterfly Valve - PLACEHOLDER BrewBuilt Electric Brewing Kettle - Butterfly Valve - PLACEHOLDER

BrewBuilt® Electric Brewing Kettle | Butterfly Valve

The BrewBuilt Electric Brewing Kettle features an offset welded tri-clamp ferrule for easy installation of the SlingBlade electric heating element. The SlingBlade elements were designed specifically for the BrewBuilt kettles and each element fits the corresponding kettle like a glove, perfectly matching the curvature of the kettle wall and providing the appropriate amount of power for the volume size. The unique crescent-shaped design places the element on one side of the kettle, leaving the opposite side clear for an immersion chiller or other accessories. Positioning the element in this way also promotes a rolling boil that evenly ditributes heat throughout the kettle. You'll love the results you get with the SlingBlade's ultra-low watt density, which won't scorch your wort. The kettle does not come with a power cord so you'll need to provide your own extension cord, or add our watertight On/Off power switch for the most convenient way to power the element. Handles are located at the front and back, rather than either side, saving you space when building out a horizontal system and will keep fittings pointed away from you regardless of which side you pick up the kettle from. This model includes a Butterfly Valve with 1/2" barb. Also available with T.C. x FPT or T.C. x T.C. Ball Valve hardware packs. Our T.C. kettles were designed to keep pace with the ever-evolving world of brewing technology. These kettles are truly designed for brewing. SlingBlade Heating Elements The BrewBuilt SlingBlade's unique crescent-shaped design promotes a rolling boil and even heat distribution. This electric heating element places all of the heating power on one side of the kettle, sending thermal energy upward to the surface that then cascades downward on the opposite side of the kettle. This movement creates a natural turbulence that evenly distributes heat while creating a vigorous boil. By being located on one side of the kettle, the other side is clear for immersion chillers, and the curved shape won't obstruct the flow of wort during whirlpool. Thanks to the non-circular design, the SlingBlade can easily be installed on any kettle with a 1.5" tri-clamp ferrule. This also makes removing the element for cleaning between uses a breeze. • BrewBuilt Electric Brewing Kettle - T.C. x T.C. Ball Valve - PLACEHOLDER BrewBuilt Electric Brewing Kettle - T.C. x T.C. Ball Valve - PLACEHOLDER

    BrewBuilt® Electric Brewing Kettle | T.C. x T.C. Ball Valve

This model includes a T.C. x T.C. ball valve with 1/2" barb. Also available with Butterfly Valve or T.C. x FPT Ball Valve hardware packs. Our T.C. kettles were designed to keep pace with the ever-evolving world of brewing technology. These days homebrewers have a lot of strong choices when it comes to their kettle purchase. BrewBuilt has adopted a modern feature set designed to make the brew day easier. Silicone handle and lid grips help prevent burns. Etched internal volume markings make filling the kettle for mash or boil simple. Welded valve and thermometer ports are leak-free and never require maintenance--no more discovering worn gaskets on brew day. Sealed handle rivets are strong and allow the entire kettle to be filled if necessary. And perhaps best of all, it features the signature BrewBuilt notched lid with a silicone plug that allows the lid to be in place while using immersion chillers or an Ultimate Sparge Arm. • BrewBuilt Oxygen & Carbonation Stone for Flex Chamber BrewBuilt Oxygen & Carbonation Stone for Flex Chamber

BrewBuilt® Flex Chamber Oxygen & Carbonation Stone

    1 review

This 2-micron stainless steel air stone threads onto the side port of the X-Series Uni Flex Chamber, allowing you to quickly oxygenate or carbonate wort, or purge the Flex Chamber of oxygen when dry hopping. You can leave the air stone in place during filling and fermentation, and easily connect gas via the Ball Lock Quick Disconnect. Avoid touching the stone with bare hands, as the oils on your fingers can cause clogging issues. We recommend sanitizing and blowing gas through the stone before and after each use.

    BrewBuilt® IceMaster 100 | Glycol Chiller | Bulkhead Sets for 5 Fermenters | 2600btu | 110V | 8 Gal. Tank Capacity

    35 reviews

The IceMaster is designed to cool fermentations in small vessels or barrels. It can be used with any vessel/fermenter/tank/barrel that has a glycol jacket or submersed cooling snake/coil/rod. For each vessel you want to cool you will need to buy one of our BrewBuilt Chilling Pump Kit (GLY355).  Each Chilling Pump Kit includes a submersible pump that is placed in the cool bath of the IceMaster chiller along with a digital controller. The digital controller includes a thermal probe that should be inserted into a thermal well in your vessel or can be taped to the outside of the vessel if you don't have a thermal well. The digital controller then measures the temperature of your tank and turns the submersible pump on or off to cool the liquid in your vessel to the desired set temperature.  Compatibility The IceMaster can be used with any fermenter that has a built in cooling jacket or a submersed cooling coil. It works well as the cooling source for the following: Speidel - Speidel tanks with optional cooling jackets. You will need one Glycol Pump Kit for each tank.    Barrels - If you use our barrel snake. This can be particularly attractive for a white wine ferment in a barrel. You will need one Glycol Pump Kit for each fermenter. Coolstix - Any glass or PET carboy, Fermonster, or other small vessel that is using a Coolstix to maintain temperatures.   Capacity It is always difficult to determine exactly how many tanks can be chilled at one time as it depends on what is happening in each tank, how the tank is insulated, and what the ambient temperature is. Cold stabilizing always requires the most energy and requires well insulated tanks. We are currently experimenting with capacities but can provide this rough guide to get you started. The maximum number of tanks that can be cooled with the IceMaster is four.   1 - 60 Gallon Tank or Barrel 2 - 15-30 Gallon Tanks 4 - 5 to 15 Gallon Tanks Set Up In order to hook up the IceMaster to your fermenter or tank's cooling system, you will need 4 lengths of tubing. All tubing connections should be secured with hose clamps. Length 1: Submersible pump outlet to inner barb of 1st bulkhead Length 2: Outer barb of 1st bulkhead to cooling system inlet Length 3: Cooling system outlet to outer barb of 2nd bulkhead Length 4: Inner barb of 2nd bulkhead to IceMaster reservoir (should drain freely, no connection necessary) Specifications: Tank Capacity: 30L/8 Gal. Water Capacity Compressor: 3/8 HP Cooling Capacity: 780 Watt/2600btu/0.26 ton Refrigerant: r134a Voltage: 110V (3.6 amps) Dimensions: 410mm x 410mm x 660mm Includes 10 stainless bulkheads with 3/8" OD Barbs Wheels included CE Certified Warning: Do not set the reservoir temperature controller lower than 28°F (-2ºC).
