Flaked Barley
Add body and improve head retention without adding fermentable sugars Commonly used in Stouts, but can be beneficial to any beer style where a bigger body is desired Use as up to 20% of your grain bill A great way to add body and head retention to your beer. Used especially for stouts, flaked barley can be used across practically all beer styles and is an essential adjunct to have around the brewhouse. Flaked Barley adds protein for body and head retention, without adding fermentable sugars to your wort the way you would with a wheat malt, which makes is great for tweaking the body/head characteristics of a recipe without changing the rest of the grain bill to accommodate a fermentable grain.

Russian River Brewing Company Pliny the Elder® Double IPA | 5 Gallon Beer Recipe Kit | All-Grain
This BrewMaster Series kit was scaled down to a homebrew batch size in collaboration with the brewmasters at Russian River Brewing Company THE original Pliny the Elder recipe, given to us directly by Vinnie at Russian River Brewing Company High bitterness and intense hop flavor with a dry malt finish Includes whole Cascade, Magnum, Simcoe®, Columbus, and Centennial hops Estimated ABV: 8% Estimated IBUs: 100+ Makes 5 gallons of finished beer Pliny the Elder is a truly amazing beer with a cult like following, and was once one of the hardest IPAs to find, as Russian River brewed it in very limited quantities. Depending on where you live, it may still be next to impossible to track down! But with this killer clone kit you can make your own Pliny and perhaps you will develop your own cult following where you are worshiped by your beer loving friends. (Hey, it could happen!). Light malt color, huge hops, and a dry finish. Be prepared for an outrageous amount of flavor. This is THE original Pliny the Elder recipe, given to us directly by Vinnie at Russian River Brewing Company. This beer is an intense Double IPA. High bitterness with a dry malt finish, 8% alcohol, 6 separate hot side hop additions, 3 separate dry hop additions, and intense hop flavor and aroma! Pliny sets the standard for Double IPAs! Who is Pliny the Elder? This beer is named after Gainus Plinius Secondus, or Pliny the Elder, a Roman author, lawyer, naval man and naturalist who first mentions the botanical name for hops in his writings - lupus salictarius, which translated from Latin means Wolf Among Willows. Sadly, Pliny died while helping people escape the eruption of Mt. Vesuvius in August, 79 AD. Pliny the Younger was the nephew of Pliny the Elder and is the name of another outrageous and highly sought-after beer from Russian River. Russian River Brewing If you have not tasted beers from Russian River Brewing Company, you should put it way up on your priority list. This is a brewery with huge demand that keeps quality as a first priority. Owner Vinnie Cilurzo is also unique in that he still actively brews and tests recipes and ingredients (on a MoreBeer! Brewsculpture by the way) on a constant basis. Amazing. Makes 5 gallons Estimated Original Gravity: 1.070-74 SRM (Color Range): 10 IBUs: 198-202 (this is a theoretical number, you will actually get around 100 IBU) Estimated Alcohol Percentage: 8% Our recipe kits DO NOT include grain bags, yeast or priming sugar. To find our yeast recommendations, choose your preferred kit option above and then select the drop-down menu under “Yeast Options”. For more info, click on the recommended yeast(s) below in the “You Might Also Need” section below. All grains will come milled, unless you select unmilled base malts.

Stainless Draft Coil
50' x 3/8" coil manufactured in our metal shop. When compared with 5/16" coils that are usually used to make draft boxes, the 3/8" coil holds more beer, cools faster, yet because the resistance is less the beer can be pushed through the lines with less CO2 pressure. Less applied CO2 pressure means the beer does not overcarbonate and foam wildly if a keg is left on tap for longer than an afternoon. Overcarbonation can be an issue for homebrewers or beer drinkers who are using a draft box for an overnight party or weekend. 8 1/2" wide x 10" tall. 304 grade stainless steel

No. 19 Floor Malted Maris Otter Malt - Crisp Malt
1.5 - 1.8 °L - Crisp Malt - Crisp No. 19 Maris Otter Malt (formerly Gleneagles Maris Otter) is an heirloom varietal that is World renowned for its deep, rich flavor. It is considered Heirloom because it is an old variety with a very low yield of 1.5-2 tons per acre. Modern varietals now produce up to 4 tons per acre. Why do farmers grow Maris Otter when new high-yield, disease resistant varietals are available? Because Craft Brewers around the World are willing to pay a premium for the complex, authentic pub flavor that Maris Otter provides. Please note this is the distinguished Glen Eagles version of Crisp Maris Otter. Crisp produces two types of the Maris Otter malt. A regular version malted in modern silos and this exclusive Glen Eagles version of their Maris Otter that is floor malted by hand in the traditional way. This malt is obviously great for all English style Ales but is perfectly suited for any beer where you want a rich, bready malt flavor.

KegLand Benchy Sparkling | Countertop Water Carbonator & Chiller | Instant Pour Sparkling Water
Instant and infinite sparkling water at your fingertips whenever you want it! Benchy connects to your household's water supply, chills, carbonates, and delivers on demand Serve up to 8 gallons of chilled, carbonated water per hour Pair with draft faucets and place it on your counter, or install it under the counter and plumb it to a mounted water faucet See below for detailed installation video Benchy Sparkling is the answer for instant chilled and carbonated water on demand. Simply connect your household water supply and CO2 Cylinder to the unit and receive unlimited sparkling and chilled water from the draft faucets. The chiller is highly efficient with very little power draw while idle and has enough cooling capacity to serve up to 8 gallons of sparkling water per hour. This unit comes without shanks or draft faucets, as it can be used as a countertop unit or installed under your counter and routed to a faucet you install on your counter or kitchen sink. If you plan to use it as a countertop unit, we highly recommend NukaTap Flow Control Faucets. Easy Installation: Plug the Benchy into the wall Fill internal water tank Connect household water supply Connect CO2 Cylinder Pour chilled sparking water. It's that simple and you can be enjoying chilled sparkling water in under 1 hour with this setup and barely any time at all to cool down. Ensure that the unit is installed and operated according to the instruction manual which can be found below. Fully Adjustable The Benchy Sparkling has an integrated digital temp controller so you can control the temperature from 0.5-10°C (33-50°F). You can also vary the carbonation level from 0.5 volumes to over 5 volumes for super bubbly water. Cooling Performance The Benchy Sparkling is able to chill about 5 to 8 gallons of sparkling water per hour (based on ambient water and air temperature of 68°F). To further increase the capacity of this unit, you can pre-chill the water from your household supply line either by a holding tank (ball lock keg) in the fridge or a DraftMaster Chiller. If you pre-chill the water you can more than double the output of the Benchy Sparkling. The reservoir temperature on the Benchy should never be set below 2°C (35°F) as you will run the risk of freezing the water inside the carbonation keg.
