XpressFill XF460HP | Volume Filler | High Proof Spirits | 4 Spout
Eliminate oxidation in your bottling process with the XF460HP volume-based filling system Made specifically for high proof spirits, featuring components with better resistance to high concentrations of ethanol Liquid is pulled from your barrel or storage tank by the built-in self-priming pump Filling volume is programmed and stops automatically Optional gas flush system Made to order in the United States Eliminate oxidation in your bottling process by using the XpressFill volume-based filling system! The XF460HP four bottle filler is now available specifically for High Proof Spirits. Susceptible components have been replaced with material more resistant to higher concentrations of ethanol. The XF460HP can easily accommodate very small to very large bottles with its adjustable shelf, allowing great flexibility. Easy to use, compact in design, precise volume filling, high quality components, hand-crafted in the USA. Gravity-based systems usually involve spirits being transferred to a holding tank, and unless your bottles and holding tank are pre-flushed with inert gas, some degree of oxidation is inevitable. Xpress Fill bottling systems have a closed pathway with a self-priming pump. They also have as an optional built-in sparging (pre-flushing) system that uses Nitrogen or Argon to pre-flush your bottles. To use, place four bottles under the filling spouts, push the gas button (optional at additional cost) to flush the bottles with inert gas. Then hit the Fill button which pulls the spirit from your barrel or stainless storage tank, distributes 750ml of spirit to each bottle, and shuts off automatically when done. It is truly that simple. Each fill cycle lasts 20 seconds. When using 750ml bottles you can expect to fill about 450 bottles per hour. There is also a manual mode allowing you to top up bottles or fill odd size bottles. The four spout filler features a 3/8" inlet. Features: Made to order in the USA 4 Spout fills approximately 250 bottles per hour Bottle shelf is adjustable to accommodate a wide range of bottles Optional Gas Flush System & Filler to automatically gas-purge bottles prior to filling Weight: 32 lbs Dimensions: 16" W x 17" H x 14.75" D Warning: XpressFill bottle fillers are NOT certified as explosion proof, should be used in a well-ventilated area, and not for use with solvents. It should be noted that 70% alcohol is 140 proof and has a flash point of 70°F, making the product volatile, as well as flammable

Fermentis | SafAle™ BE-256 Belgian Ale | Dry Beer Yeast
BE-256 is recommended for a range of Belgian type beers such as abbey style known for its fruitiness and high alcohol content Formerly known as "Abbaye", this strain ferments very fast with a very high attenuation percentage Fermentis active dry yeast offers reliability, ease-of-use, and consistency to home and professional beverage makers across the world Abbey style beers are known for their high alcohol content and mild estery flavors, and brewing them is best done with a suitable yeast strain. Safale BE-256 (formerly called Abbaye) ferments fast with very high attenuation, contributing subtle, well-balanced aromas. In high-gravity brews, it can produce beers with up to 11% ABV. Or used for lower-alcohol styles, it gives a dry, crisp finish that makes for refreshing session beers or other light styles. This yeast can be pitched directly, but if you prefer to rehydrate, the instructions are below. Sprinkle the yeast in a minimum of 10 times its weight of sterile water or wort (we suggest 4 oz) at 70°F to 77°F (21 to 25 °C). Do not stir. Leave to rest 15 to 30 minutes. Gently stir for 30 minutes, and pitch the resultant cream into the fermentation vessel. Attenuation: 82-86% Sedimentation Time: Fast Alcohol Tolerance: 9-11% ABV Optimum Fermentation Temp: 64-78°F *See the technical data sheet below for more information on rehydration, usage and storage.

Munich Light Malt - Viking Malt
6.6 °L - Viking Malt - A classic European munich malt that is perfect for building layers of maltiness in Marzen, Oktoberfests, Bocks, Dark Lagers, etc.. The higher melanoidin content delivers those classic malt flavors and aromas. By comparison with traditional Munich or Dark Munich the flavor is more subdued and with more toasted bread notes and a little less sweetness. The higher kilining temperatures that create those amazing flavors does result in reduced enzyme activity, so use Munich light at a ratio of up to 50% of your malt bill. Also consider adding up to 20% of Munich Light in rich Porters and Stours. Make a easy drinking but more interesting amber ale by adding up to 10% Munich Light. Cali Mountain Pale Ale | Sierra Nevada Pale Ale Clone | 5 Gallon Beer Recipe Kit | Extract
Inspired by one of the most iconic pale ales in the country: Sierra Nevada's Pale Ale. A simple recipe that creates a complex yet easy to drink brew Includes Magnum and Perle hops but what really makes this recipe shine are the aroma and dry hop additions of Cascade Estimated ABV: 5.5% Estimated IBUs: 38 Makes 5 gallons of finished beer Our Cali Mountain Pale Ale is inspired by one of the most iconic pale ales in the country: Sierra Nevada's Pale Ale. This pale ale is a fairly simple recipe, consisting of ultralight malt extract, Crystal 60L, and four hop additions. This being said, don't be fooled. The flavors blend together perfectly, creating a complex yet easy to drink homebrew. The bittering hop additions are Magnum and Perle which provide a clean bitterness that balances the sweetness from the Crystal 60L malt perfectly. The aroma hop and dry hop additions are both Cascade, providing a citrus & floral aroma as fresh as the forests in California's mountains! Makes 5 gallons Estimated Original Gravity: 1.052-57 SRM (Color Range): 8 IBUs: 38 Estimated Alcohol Percentage: 5.5% Our recipe kits DO NOT include grain bags, yeast or priming sugar. To find our yeast recommendations, choose your preferred kit option above and then select the drop-down menu under “Yeast Options”. For more info, click on the recommended yeast(s) below in the “You Might Also Need” section below. All included steeping grains will come milled. Liquid Malt Extract (LME) vs. Dried Malt Extract (DME) MoreBeer! recipe kits are offered in both Liquid Malt Extract and Dry Malt Extract so that our customers can choose the format that best suits their needs and brewing style. LME is a viscous liquid, similar in consistency to maple syrup. In addition to being the more affordable option, many brewers find LME easier to handle than dry extract. DME is more condensed and comes in a powder format that is similar to baking flour. Although it’s a little more costly, DME is naturally lighter in color and stays fresher for longer. We highly recommend DME when brewing light colored beers.

American Pale Ale II | 5 Gallon Beer Recipe Kit | All-Grain
Our OG American Pale Ale recipe with the malt and hop character kicked up a notch Includes Magnum, Cascade and Willamette hops Estimated ABV: 5.3% Estimated IBUs: 57 Makes 5 gallons of finished beer Looking for the perfect Pale Ale to share with friends this summer? Do you like a Pale Ale with a rich malt flavor and a ton of hop character but without an overwhelming bitterness? Then the Pale Ale II should be your next brew. We took our American Pale recipe and upped the malt, threw a ton of hops in the finish for flavor, but kept the bitterness the same. We think toning down the perceived bitterness is one reason we consistently get great reviews from brewers sharing this with friends. Keeping it real: Part of the success of this kit is blending a lot of Willamette and Cascade hops in the finish. This isn't a wild, new or crazy idea... this is old school. Cascade and Willamette were the hops that helped put craft brewing on the map in the 1980's. The reason they are still so popular... they make a damn good beer. We like damn good beer. And yes we like to wear our Sperry Topsiders and listen to Van Halen when we drink this (note if you were born in the 80's ignore this comment). Truly delectable and different yet still keeping it real. Makes 5 gallons Estimated Original Gravity:1.052-56 SRM (Color Range): 9 IBUs: 57 Estimated Alcohol Percentage: 5.3% Our recipe kits DO NOT include grain bags, yeast or priming sugar. To find our yeast recommendations, choose your preferred kit option above and then select the drop-down menu under “Yeast Options”. German Hefeweizen | 5 Gallon Beer Recipe Kit | All-Grain
This German-style Wheat Beer recipe allows Hefeweizen yeast to shine at the forefront of the flavor profile. One of most popular kits ever! Includes a single addition of Northern Brewer hops Estimated ABV: 4.5% Estimated IBUs: 13 Makes 5 gallons of finished beer This German-style Wheat Beer has a lovely blond color and distinct hazy appearance in the glass. The flavor for German Hefeweizen is primarily based on the flavor of the very specialized Hefeweizen yeast, so be sure to select one of these strains for fermentation. Just be ready for a vigorous fermentation! This beer is known to pop off airlocks if there isn't enough room in the fermenter. This is a true German-style Hefeweizen recipe using 60% White Wheat malt and 40% 2-Row malt. A dash of Northern Brewer hops provides just enough bitterness to balance the malt and yeast character. Despite the simple recipe, this is one of our most popular ingredient kits. Our German Hefeweizen is a customer favorite that has brought home many ribbons. If you want to put a little spin on this recipe, add 8 oz of Caramunich and 4 oz of Chocolate malt to make a Dunkelweizen! Torpedo™ Mini CO2 Regulator Kit - Ball Lock Quick Disconnect (QD)
The mini-reg features total portability with all the features of a full size regulator. The regulator has a range of .5-1.5 bars which equates to 7-21 p.s.i.. This means that unlike KEG950 that shoots in CO2 at an un-calculable amount, the mini-reg allows you precisely dial in pressure and keep it there. It utilizes its own disposable 74 gram CO2 cartridge, which is the largest size that can be shipped full. This is also a two stage mini-regulator, meaning that is takes the pressure down from 800psi to a lower pressure and then to your set pressure of around 10psi. Two stage regulators are the only way to have consistent pressure. One 74 gram cartridge will dispense one 5 gallon keg. Comes with regulator, one gas in quick disconnect and the associated hardware. 74 gram CO2 cartridges (KEG962) are available separately. KEG969 cartridges are not compatible with this regulator.

Taprite Secondary Regulator | 3 Way | Wall Bracket for Easy Mounting | 5/16" Barb
Push different CO2 pressures to different kegs using your existing CO2 set up. Secondary regulators do not attach directly to CO2 tanks. They are designed to be used inline when you already have our dual gauge CO2 regulator, D1060. A secondary regulator allows you run multiple pressures from one tank of gas. CO2 line from your existing system would attach to secondary input. Gas lines coming from the secondary can then be adjusted to different pressures (Pressure coming out of secondary can never be greater than what is coming in). Applications would include situations where you want different levels of carbonation in different beers or you want to run soda at a higher pressure than your beers. All secondaries have wall brackets for mounting. Barb fittings are 5/16thh ID. This is to go in line via flexible tubing, not to hard mount on to an existing regulator to make a product such as the D1065. Secondary regulators can be ganged (attached) together.

Bodum® Stainless Steel French Press - 8 Cup
Are you ready for unbelievably rich and flavorful coffee? The french press (or "cafetiere" in the UK, and "plunger" in Australia) is considered by many to provide the quintessential coffee drinking experience. Because the water is always in direct contact with the coffee grounds, essential oils and flavor compounds normally left behind in the paper filter remain in the coffee. After pushing down the stainless steel plunger/screen, you are left with an incredibly robust, remarkably flavorful, and richly aromatic cup of coffee. We recommend using a courser grind setting for your beans so that the screen is able to remove the majority of coffee solids. Features a polypropylene handle, with borosilicate glass and a stainless plunging/filtering system. It has a domed lid to seal in the aroma and maintain temperature. 8-cup french presses are ideal for serving 2-4 people. As with all of our french presses, it is completely dishwasher safe.

Lagerhead Black & Tan Turtle
Want to make the perfect Black and Tan but don't want to bend a spoon? The Lagerhead is your answer. A formed piece of stainless steel shaped like a snapping turtle, the Lagerhead fits over the rim of the glass. Your nitrogenated stout is then poured over the "shell" of the turtle, creating the perfect Black and Tan. The "mouth" of the unit doubles as a bottle opener. You can also create other drinks with different beverages - try a "Snapper", Murphy's Irish Stout and Redhook ESB, or a "Snakebite", Guinness and hard cider. How about a "Bohemian", Pilsner Urquell and Beamish. A portion of the sale of this item goes toward turtle habitat conservation and restoration.

We will automatically ship this item to you when we receive more in mid August. WEST COAST is a refined evolution of the classic American ale strain engineered for modern brewing while honoring its proven roots Clean, versatile, and reliable, it’s ideal for brewers seeking subtle depth without compromising balance at an unbeatable value Designed to be sprinkled directly onto the surface of your wort with no pre-oxygenation before pitching required Ferment between 59-72°F WEST COAST is a refined evolution of the classic American ale strain engineered for modern brewing while honoring its proven roots. It delivers the same clean, dependable performance as CALI, with just a trace of fruit character that lends a quiet depth to the final beer. When fermented under pressure up to 12 PSI, WEST COAST can be pushed warmer to help reduce turnaround time while producing an even cleaner profile with its subtle fruit character pushed further into the background. This nuance stays well in the background, complementing rather than competing with hops or malt. Ideal as a house strain, WEST COAST can refresh a Flagship recipe or anchor a new one, offering robust, reliable fermentations every time. Designed for simplicity, it can be pitched directly into wort no oxygenation or rehydration required. Flocculation: Medium to High Fermentation: Range: 59-72ºF (15-22°C) Pressure-Ready: Performs great under pressure up to 12 PSI Attenuation: Approximately 75–84% Alcohol Tolerance: 10% ABV Direct Pitch: No rehydration needed Reliable & Consistent: Every batch undergoes PCR testing for quality High Cell Count: 15g per sachet—over 36% more than standard 11g dry yeast packs Dosage: One sachet is enough to treat a 5–6 gallon batch. When calculating for larger batches, use at a rate of 2–3 grams per gallon of wort. We recommend rounding up by one full sachet rather than measuring out the yeast exactly. Like all CellarScience yeast, WEST COAST offers professional-grade performance for both homebrewers and craft brewers at an unbeatable value. If you love the clean versatility of CALI but want a touch more character, West Coast is your next go-to strain.
