  • Torpedo Keg Pressure Pack - CO2 Reg & Quick Disconnect (QD) Torpedo Keg Pressure Pack - CO2 Reg & Quick Disconnect (QD)

Torpedo Keg Pressure Pack - CO2 Regulator & Quick Disconnect (QD)

    6 reviews

Everything you need to pressurize your keg on the go. Comes with a mini regulator, CO2 cartridge, and quick disconnect. A portable mini-regulator with all the features of a full sized regulator! Perfect for parties and gatherings where you don’t want to haul around a large canister and hoses. A lot of great features packed into a very small package. The regulator has a range of .5-1.5 bars (7-21 psi). This means that, unlike KEG950 that shoots in CO2 at fixed pressure, the mini-reg allows you to precisely dial in pressure and keep it there. It utilizes a disposable 74 gram CO2 cartridge, which is the largest size that can be shipped full. This is a two stage mini-regulator, meaning that it takes the pressure down from 800psi (cartridge pressure) to a lower pressure and then to your set pressure of around 10psi. Two stage regulators are the only way to have consistent pressure. One 74 gram cartridge will typically dispense one 5 gallon keg. The mini CO2 regulator does not have an internal check valve. To add a check valve, use the regulator with KEG741.   Please note: due to air shipping restrictions, this product is only eligible for ground shipment within the contiguous United States.

  • Intertap Chrome Plated Faucet Intertap Chrome Plated Faucet

Intertap® Chrome Plated Beer Faucet | Forward Sealing

    28 reviews

The Intertap faucet is a forward sealing faucet with a modular, threaded spout which can fit a variety of different attachments including a growler filler or a stout spout. In normal rear-sealing faucets the entire faucet has to drain of beer. In forward-sealing faucets the faucet keeps beer in it so the inside doesn't have a chance to get sticky, making cleaning much easier. It also reduces the chance of off flavors transferring to your beer while you pour. Other forward sealing faucets use a floating o-ring, which is just as sanitary but requires the o-ring to move inside the faucet body in order to seal correctly. This can become a problem as the faucet ages. Intertap faucets use a sliding shuttle that guides the o-ring into the perfect position every time.  The threaded spout easily unscrews from the faucet and can be replaced by a growler filler or stout spout quickly and easily. Pour a pint and then fill a growler in no time at all. Made of chrome plated brass.   Kegland Part number: KL00987

Torrified wheat is a pre-gelatinized unmalted brewers wheat that can be used as a cereal grain/adjunct in the mash, and can replace malted wheat if you desire. Increases body and head retention, as well as adding a very slight toasted flavor. We recommend using Rice Hulls with this grain to avoid a stuck mash.

  • BeerStix - Medium Plus Toast American Oak Tank Stave (60 gal) BeerStix - Medium Plus Toast American Oak Tank Stave (60 gal)

BeerStix - Medium Plus Toast American Oak Tank Stave (60 gal)

BeerStix Tank Staves are basically oversized Carboy Stix that are designed to treat larger volumes of beer stored in tanks.  These are TSS-60 Tank Staves, which are sized for 60 gal batches of beer.  Thanks to careful selection of oak, followed by precise aging and seasoning, and exact toasting, these will provide a round and rich oak character specific to the toast level and origin.  American Oak toasted to a Medium + with the beerstix milling will give you flavors and aromas of roasted coffee, light chocolate and honey, as well as some spice notes and hints of leather.  Every beer will accentuate, or mask different flavors from the oak, so expect some variation between beers! The Beerstix miling gives 60% more surface area compared to the Winestix, speeding up the extraction process, and getting you a beer that has a rich oak character, in less time.  The Beer Stix are also milled thinner than the WineStix, allowing for denser toasting. Features: Oak Origin - North American New York Alba Toast Level - Medium Plus Oak Form - Tank Stave, TSS-60 Volume Treated - 60 gal Beer Extraction Time - 2 Months (see note below) Flavors & Aromas - Roast Coffee, Light Chocolate, Spice, Honey, Nutmeg, Leather Hints. Please Note - Allow 2 months minimum extraction time to balance the extraction of short and long grain from the Stix. Removal of the wood early only allows certain extractions of flavors and primarily from the short grain in the BeerStix® milling.

  • Micro Filling Systems 4 Head Counter Pressure Filler Micro Filling Systems 4 Head Counter Pressure Filler

Micro Filling Systems 4 Head Counter Pressure Filler

    7 reviews

Finally--a multi-head Counter Pressure filler at an affordable price point! The Micro Filling Systems 4 Head Counter Pressure Filler works similarly to any other counter pressure filling device out there, but with greater ease and at a fraction of the cost of a custom built manual system or the semi and fully automated systems. Designed with the single worker in mind, our system requires only the minimum amount of handling per bottle. Unlike most other manual models where all the bottles are loaded at once and then the filling unit is clamped down on them before the filling process can begin, the Micro Filling Systems 4 Head Counter Pressure Filler allows the worker to load from the bottom and fill each bottle individually and immediately. This allows some bottles to be filling while others are being loaded, thus reducing down time as the worker no longer has to wait for all the bottles to be filled before pulling them off the system to be capped. This workflow dramatically increases the number of bottles you can fill per hour! The height of the filling heads is easily adjusted by loosening a knob on either side of the unit and moving it up or down to fit a variety of bottle sizes and even growlers. Please note that growlers will require a larger diameter bung--please measure your growler's mouth diameter and find the appropriate bung here. Key Features 4 head manual counter pressure bottle filler with individual actuating stainless steel filler heads. 3 way stainless steel valves with purge, fill and off positions. Stainless steel pressure relief valves to fine tune filling rates. Easily removable stainless drip tray with barbed drain fitting for tube attachment. HDPE mounting points to allow unit to be clamped or bolted to any desired surface. Food grade liquid and gas lines with stainless fittings and tees. Attachable to any carbonated beer, gas and cleaning solution source using many standard fittings. Fully adjustable height control to allow filling of many different bottle sizes (or even growlers!). Units are easily disassembled for servicing or additional cleaning. 1/4" Barbed inlets for both gas and beverage supply. See the filler in action at Strange Land Brewing Company in Austin, TX!

In this kit, we include 4 oz of our Tcho cacao nibs, 4 oz of our natural strawberry flavoring, and 3 vanilla beans.  The result is an incredible flavor that will have you and your friends craving something new for dessert: The MoreBeer! Neapolitan Stout!   If you want to take this to a whole new level though, combine this beer with some ice cream to make a neapolitan float! Makes 5 gallons Estimated Original Gravity: 1.060-65 SRM (Color Range): 26-28 IBUs: 46 Estimated Alcohol Percentage: 6.2%   Our recipe kits DO NOT include grain bags, yeast or priming sugar. To find our yeast recommendations, choose your preferred kit option above and then select the drop-down menu under “Yeast Options”.  For more info, click on the recommended yeast(s) below in the “You Might Also Need” section below. All included steeping grains will come milled.     Liquid Malt Extract (LME) vs. Dried Malt Extract (DME) MoreBeer! recipe kits are offered in both Liquid Malt Extract and Dry Malt Extract so that our customers can choose the format that best suits their needs and brewing style. LME is a viscous liquid, similar in consistency to maple syrup. In addition to being the more affordable option, many brewers find LME easier to handle than dry extract. DME is more condensed and comes in a powder format that is similar to baking flour. Although it’s a little more costly, DME is naturally lighter in color and stays fresher for longer. We highly recommend DME when brewing light colored beers.

Cherry Wood Smoked Malt | Briess Malting

    1 review

4.3 °L - Briess Malting - This is an amazing malt from Briess that will add an intense smooth, sweet, smoky character to your beer.  The malt is smoked using Cherry wood, and on top of the classic smoke flavors, there will be an absolutely fantastic flavor and aroma of Bacon!  Very hard to go wrong making  a smoked beer with this malt.  10 - 20% of the grist will give a pronounced smoke character, and using more is only recommended for darker beer styles.

  • Weldless Stainless Steel Whirlpool Arm

    Stainless - Weldless Whirlpool Arm

    10 reviews

Need clearer wort? Quicker chilling times? Perhaps higher hop utilization during flameout? Achieve all these desires and more, with the new Weldless Whirlpool Arm by Fermentap! Designed for installation underneath the handle of your kettle, this piece of equipment will allow you to achieve a perfect whirlpool in your Boil Kettle. Simply pump your wort from your ball valve, into this piece, which will jet around the inside of the kettle, forming a strong whirlpool. The advantages to a whirlpool are many. It will settle Trub in the center of your kettle, making it easy to pull clear wort from your ball valve. The whirlpool will result in a much higher chilling efficiency if using an immersion chiller, due to the increased turbulation of wort. On top of this, the increased flow will result in higher extraction of hop oils and flavor during flameout additions! The Fermentap Weldless Spigot is made of 100% stainless steel, ensuring it will be used in your brewing for years to come. It features a 1/2" Full Port ball valve and a 1/2" barb. The inner barbed elbow is 3/8". The bulkhead is a specifically engineered piece of stainless, made for brewing! It features a 1/2" MPT outlet for hooking up your ball valve directly, along with FPT on the inside for connection of any brewing accessory you might want! You will need to drill a 1" hole for installation of this weldless spigot. We recommend a Step Drill Bit for this.   Please note: this item is a kit of our Weldless Ball Valve and a MPT x Barb Elbow fitting. You will need to to thread the elbow into the bulkhead after installing it on your kettle.
