Ariana Hops (Pellets)
From the Hop Research Center in Hüll, Germany, Ariana was developed from a cross breeding of Herkules and an unspecified wild male hop. Although it has a high enough alpha acid content to be used for bittering, Ariana's oil content makes it an ideal choice for aroma additions and dry hopping. The aroma profile is dominated by sweet, tropical fruit notes of pineapple and passion fruit, along with citrus and berries. A delicious addition to your next Pale Ale, IPA, or Hazy. X-Dry Series Chugger Pump (Inline) - Stainless Steel
The X-Dry Series Chugger Pumps offer the same quality and value, but now with "Run Dry Protection" to help avoid damage caused by cavitation. The Chugger lineup of pumps represents a great value for an even better price. These pumps are workhorses in the brewery. Featuring a robust flow rate of 7 gpm, and a magnetic drive designed to handle back-pressure, these pumps are a great addition to any brewing setup! The Stainless Steel Chugger showcases their molded Stainless Steel Pump Head. This stainless pump is a steal for the price, and we've been more than happy with the quality! Use this to ease transfers between kettles, cool wort via a counterflow chiller, or recirculate icewater for quicker chilling! This Chugger pump model has 1/2" MPT inlet and outlet, allowing easy configuration for any application! We recommend setting these pumps up with a Ball valve on the outflow side, this way you can throttle down the outgoing flow rate, allowing for more efficient sparges or cooling! The pump head can also be rotated 360° (in 90° intervals) allowing for even more customization! Features: Run Dry Carbon Bearing Stainless Steel Inline Pump Head Food Grade up to 250° F 1/2" mpt inlet and outlet High Flow rate of 7 gpm Max Head 18.6 ft 115v 55" cord and plug attached 50/60 Hz, 1.4 amp 1/20 HP, 3500 RPM Note: When using silicone tubing, we recommend using a slighlty larger barb than the I.D. of the tubing. This is because silicone tubing tends to have greater pliability than most tubing. For example, when using 1/2" silicone tubing, we recommend a 5/8" barb to help ensure a better seal!

Golden Naked Oats Malt - Simpsons Malt
5-10 °L - Simpsons Malt - . Don't let the name fool you, these are not oats "in the raw". You may be used to seeing oats used as an unmalted adjunct, Golden Naked Oats is in fact a huskless crystal malt. With an understated nutty flavor and slight grainy sweetness, this exceptional malt imparts light golden hues to the wort, and increases the body and smooth mouthfeel of the finished beer. The thick, creamy white head this malt contributes is unmistakable. Try Simpsons Golden Naked Oats with any malty or full bodied brew, especially Brown Ales and Stouts. Crystal malts are gently cooked during the malting process. Cooking initiates the enzymatic conversion of starches into fermentable sugars, and caramelizes some of the sugars as the malt reaches its final color. This eliminates the need to mash crystal malt, and ensures that some of the sugars will survive fermentation to sweeten the beer. Example Malt Analysis: Color:5-10 ° L Protein: 11.9% max Moisture %: 7.0 max Extract % d.b: 69.0 Diastatic Power: 0° Lintner

Grapefruit Ugly Fish IPA | Ballast Point Grapefruit Sculpin® Clone | 5 Gallon Beer Recipe Kit | Extract
Our Ballast Point Sculpin® IPA clone recipe kit with a grapefruit twist. Add the flavoring at packaging and enjoy this fruity IPA Bittered with Warrior® hops and finished with a beautiful blend of Cascade, Simcoe®, and Chinook late additions Estimated ABV: 7% Estimated IBUs: 62-69 Makes 5 gallons of finished beer This is our normal Ugly Fish IPA that you know and love but with grapefruit flavoring included. Add the flavoring just prior to bottling or kegging and you'll have a great fruity IPA to enjoy. Contrary to its name, Ugly Fish IPA is actually one of the most beautiful beers we have to offer! Designed as a clone of the highly sought-after Ballast Point Sculpin® IPA, the Ugly Fish IPA is a hop masterpiece. This beer starts with a very clean bitterness from Warrior® hops, and finishes with a beautiful blend of Cascade, Simcoe®, and Chinook late additions. With almost 10 ounces of hops, the Ugly Fish IPA is definitely a hop forward beer, but does have a solid malt profile that stands up to those hops and helps to keep it reasonably balanced. If you're looking to treat your taste buds to a beer that we think has been hopped perfectly, we highly recommend the Ugly Fish IPA! Makes 5 gallons Estimated Original Gravity: 1.067-72 SRM (Color Range): 6-8 IBUs: 62-69 Estimated Alcohol Percentage: 7% Our recipe kits DO NOT include grain bags, yeast or priming sugar. To find our yeast recommendations, choose your preferred kit option above and then select the drop-down menu under “Yeast Options”. For more info, click on the recommended yeast(s) below in the “You Might Also Need” section below. All included steeping grains will come milled. Liquid Malt Extract (LME) vs. Dried Malt Extract (DME) MoreBeer! recipe kits are offered in both Liquid Malt Extract and Dry Malt Extract so that our customers can choose the format that best suits their needs and brewing style. LME is a viscous liquid, similar in consistency to maple syrup. In addition to being the more affordable option, many brewers find LME easier to handle than dry extract. DME is more condensed and comes in a powder format that is similar to baking flour. Although it’s a little more costly, DME is naturally lighter in color and stays fresher for longer. We highly recommend DME when brewing light colored beers. Simcoe® and Warrior® are registered trademarks owned by Yakima Chief Hops, LLC.

Haze Craze IPA | 5 Gallon Beer Recipe Kit | Extract
Bursting with hop character with a smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Our best-selling Hazy IPA year after year Includes Warrior®, Citra®, and Mosaic® hops Estimated ABV: 6.4% Estimated IBUs: 28 Makes 5 gallons of finished beer Haze Craze is our take on the hazy New England IPA recipe. Also known as a North Eastern IPA, or Juicy IPA, it quickly became one of the most popular beer styles in the US. It packs all of the hop character that craft beer nerds love, and it's much softer and less bitter than classic West Coast IPAs, making it a much more approachable style for the uninitiated. The style accentuates hop character while maintaining a smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Light in color but hazy due to heavy dry hopping, yeast selection, as well as additions of oat and wheat. Low in bitterness with a huge hop character due to hop-bursting, this beer will satiate even the biggest hop head. NEIPA has become popular nationwide thanks to breweries like Tree House Brewing, The Alchemist, Hill Farmstead and Grimm Artisanal Ales. One taste of this delicious style will make a staple in your brew schedule. CMBecker In-Line Flow Control Compensator
Add the perfect amount of restriction to any beer line to reduce foam. Eliminates the need for flow control in the faucet itself. Great for use in Jockey Boxes or anywhere you are serving beverages with varying levels of carbonation. If you are currently using a long length of tubing to increase restriction you can now shorten your tubing. A shorter line holds less beer. Beer that is stored in the line tends to warm up quicker, adding to foaming issues, and is more likely to stale from bacteria present in the line. Features: Adjust flow with an included Allen wrench (keeps unauthorized people from adjusting the unit) Eliminate foam from beer or slow down / speed up other beverages Fix systems with issues without having to replace lines or faucets Take the guesswork out of line restriction. You can use shorter lines and still have perfect restriction. You can also use larger ID lines and adjust as necessary. Easy to disassemble for cleaning, clear body for easy monitoring Made in Germany by CM Becker from Food grade plastic and stainless steel parts! Comes Equipped with 2 x 3/16" Barbs Easy to install to any existing beer line (cut line and install two clamps)

Topped With Hops Double IPA | The Alchemist Heady Topper® Clone | 5 Gallon Beer Recipe Kit | Extract
Packed with almost a pound of hops, our Heady Topper® clone is bursting with hop flavor and aroma Includes Apollo, Centennial, Columbus, Simcoe®, and Amarillo® hops as boil and dry hop additions Estimated ABV: 8.1% Estimated IBUs: 100+ Makes 5 gallons of finished beer Based off of one of the most exceptional east coast beers (in our humble opinion) on the market, this double IPA instantly became one of our favorite ingredient kits! Our version of a Heady Topper clone recipe is packed with almost a pound of hops, and is definitely a beer that will have hopheads in hopheaven. One of the first things we noticed when pouring this beer into the pint glass was the aroma. With a dry hop addition consisting of Apollo, Centennial, Columbus, Simcoe®, and Amarillo® hops, we weren't necessarily surprised. Impressed is more like it. A balanced malt profile helps to tame the bitterness, allowing the hop flavor and aroma to be the true star in this recipe. Imperial Yeast | A09 Pub Ale | Beer Yeast | Double Pitch | 200 Billion Cells
Brewers swear by this strain to achieve super bright ales in a short amount of time. One of the most flocculent brewer’s strains around, Pub will rip through fermentation and then drop out of the beer quickly. Pub produces higher levels of esters than most domestic ale strains, making it an excellent choice for when balance between malt and yeast derived esters is necessary. Be sure to give beers made with Pub a sufficient diacetyl rest. Attenuation: 69-74% Flocculation: Very High Alcohol Tolerance: 10% ABV Optimum Fermentation Temp: 64-70°F Cell Count: 200 Billion Similar Strains: WLP002, WY1968 Please Note: For best results we Always recommend ordering an Ice Pack with your liquid yeast. Ice Packs can be found below in the "You might Also Need" section. Please Note: When choosing an ice pack option beware that the liquid yeast will not arrive cold even when shipped together. Ice packs and insulated mailing options are designed to keep the yeast colder for longer during shipment, but they will not ensure that your yeast arrives cold. We will not replace liquid yeast that arrives warm. During warmer months we strongly recommend you choose dry yeast.

The Bruery Tart of Darkness® Sour Stout | 5 Gallon Beer Recipe Kit | Extract
This BrewMaster Series kit was scaled down to a homebrew batch size in collaboration with the brewmasters at The Bruery This sour stout is the perfect blend of roasty, sweet, tart, and smooth Includes a single addition of Saaz hops Estimated ABV: 5.6% Estimated IBUs: 5 Makes 5 gallons of finished beer Provided to us, to provide to you, The Bruery (Orange County, CA) has added the newest recipe to the Brewmaster Series of ingredient kits! Background: MoreBeer! has a small beer fridge in our Concord, CA location. We try to order different beers every week, to allow our customers to try something new. We recently received "Tart of Darkness" from The Bruery. Nobody here had tried it before, so we opened a bottle to split amongst numerous employees. Within a few sips, the two cases we received had been completely purchased by employees - sorry Concord customers! We instantly got in contact with The Bruery, and being from a homebrewing background, they agreed to work with us on the recipe! Their Tart of Darkness sour stout is the perfect blend of roasty, sweet, tart, and smooth. From the second it hits your palate, to the satisfying "ahhhh" after taking a sip, this is a beer that will leave you wanting another every time! A great beer for those that already love sours, or for those just getting into sours! Makes 5 gallons Estimated Original Gravity: 1.053 - 1.058 SRM (Color Range): 36-38 IBUs: 5 Estimated Alcohol Percentage: 5.6% This kit can take between 6-12 months to finish, depending on your personal preference on how sour it should be. To learn more about The Bruery, checkout their website at: www.thebruery.com Our recipe kits DO NOT include grain bags, yeast or priming sugar.
