Hallertau Mittelfruh | Pellet Hops
This classic German hop has an herbal/floral character and smooth bitterness, making it an ideal choice for brewing lagers, especially traditional pilsners. Hallertau Mittelfruh is one of the original four Noble hops, and is categorized as a "landrace" hop, meaning that it grew and adapted naturally over time in its native region. Its name is derived from the region of Hallertau, the world's largest hop growing region, and the German word mittelfrueh meaning "middle-early", referring to the early middle part of the growing season when it's ready to be harvested. The majority of its oil content comes from Humulene which provides the floral, herbal, and spicy character. Clean, crisp, and perfect for your next pilsner or hoppy lager. Hop Statistics: Alpha Acids: 2.0 – 5.5% Beta Acids: 3.0 – 5.0% Alpha-Beta Ratio: 0.40 – 1.83 Cohumulone: (% of alpha acids): 23 – 26% Total Oils in mls per 100 grams dried: 0.7 – 1.3 Similar Hop Varieties: Liberty, German Tradition, Ultra

Magnum | Pellet Hops
Magnum is a great bittering hop with an aroma similar to a strong Willamette. It therefore works well with Willamette, Fuggles, and British Kent Goldings when used as an aroma hop in later boil additions. Magnum makes an incredibly useful bittering agent in just about any beer, and due to its very smooth bitterness, you can really use as much as you want. Clean smooth bitterness with a slight floral/fruity aroma. This German variety generally has a higher AA content than US Magnum. This is the main high alpha variety grown and used in Germany. Fantastic hop to use for bittering. BrewBuilt® Brewing Kettle | 1.5" Tri-Clamp | Dual Port | Front/Back Handles
Welded 1.5" tri-clamp ports for a lifetime of leak-free use Front & back positioned handles reduce the space needed to arrange multiple kettles in a horizontal system 304 stainless steel construction with mirror polish finish Notched lid provides cover while not interfering with immersion chillers, hop bags, or other accessories Choose from Boil Kettle, Hot Liquor Tank or Mash Tun configurations The Boil Kettle comes without fittings The Hot Liquor Tank includes a Kettle Maximizer and Thermometer with 2" Probe The Mash Tun includes a False Bottom Kit and Thermometer with 6" Probe Add your preferred Valve Hardware Pack below under You Might Also Need or purchase your own valve & fittings separately Designed for Brewing. Built to Last. BrewBuilt brew kettles are made from 304 stainless steel and offer an unparalleled mix of features for the price. At the very top of the list are two welded-in place tri-clamp couplers that offer a lifetime of leak free use. As you can imagine, welding in a coupler costs more than punching a hole and using a gasketed (i.e. weld-less) fitting. Welded fittings offer a permanent connection that to us is worth every penny. The second unique feature that we absolutely love about these brew kettles is the notched lid with silicone plug. This notch allows you so much flexibility; you can use an immersion chiller, one of our Ultimate Sparge Arms for mashing, tie off hop bags, take a temp reading during cooling, or whatever else we all can dream up. Our new T.C. kettles were designed to keep pace with the ever-evolving world of brewing technology. Tri-clamp fittings are standard fare in professional breweries, and they’ve been widely adopted in homebrewing as T.C. fermenters and pumps become more affordable and widely available. Tri-clamp fittings, also known as Tri-clover, allow you to make a sanitary connection that is free of nooks and crannies for contaminants to take hold. They are much easier to break down for cleaning compared to threaded connections, and they don’t require Teflon tape to make a watertight seal. T.C. fittings and accessories also give you the distinct advantage of being able to clean in place (CIP), so you don’t need to break down your entire system after every brew day. Configurations The base boil kettle comes without fittings so you can modify it the specific tri-clamp accessories that best suit your needs. Add one of the optional Brewing Kettle Valve Packs above which include your choice of valve and all the hardware you'll need to connect 1/2" ID transfer tubing, as well as an end cap to seal the top port if a thermometer or other accessory is not in place. The Hot Liquor Tank includes the base kettle plus a kettle maximizer for the bottom port and thermometer with 2" probe for the top port. Clamps and gaskets are included to attach the tri-clamp kettle maximizer and the thermometer. The Mash Tun includes the base kettle plus a false bottom kit for the bottom port and thermometer with 6" probe for the top port. Clamps and gaskets are included to attach the tri-clamp false bottom maximizer and the thermometer. Kettles do not come with a valve or additional fittings for the bottom port as standard. Add one of our pre-configured Valve Packs or purchase your preferred valve and fittings separately. This Brew Kettle has a lot to offer... Some other features we dig include the internal volume markers from the bottom to the top - so handy for instant reads. The silicone sleeved handles on the kettle and the lid are a cool feature to protect your hands. The tri-clad bottom with a 4mm core of aluminum sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel offers even heat distribution during the boil and also makes it a perfect choice for anyone wanting to use an induction burner. Beefy 304 Stainless These kettles are made from 304 grade stainless. That means you will have less corrosion issues than with a kettle made from lower grade 201 type stainless. We put these kettles through a corrosive salt water test in the MoreBeer! shop and they passed with flying colors. We also made sure the rivets and riveted handles were also made of stainless steel for a long term, trouble free life. The 10 and 15 gallon size are made from 1.0mm thick stainless steel. The 20, 30 and 50 gallon size are made with 1.2mm stainless - that's pretty thick stuff - and you will know it when you pick one up. Mirror Polish Finish The mirror polish finish isn’t just for making your Instagram feed pop! This extra slick finish is much easier to clean and sanitize than a standard brushed stainless kettle. Hop trub and other organic solids left behind after a brew day will have a hard time clinging to the interior surface and scrub away with ease. Size Ratios and Stuff All the BrewBuilt kettles follow the recent trend to a 1.2:1 ratio where the height is 1.2 times the diameter. This is a proven commercial ratio that has been adopted in homebrewing to achieve a more consistent 10% evaporation rate during the boil. We do like this ratio for boiling. For Mashing we would prefer a little bit shallower but that is a small compromise. Dimensions for a hot-liquor tank, if you are thinking brewing system down the road, are irrelevant as any ratio kettle will do. Features: Two welded T.C. couplers for a lifetime of leak free use Front & back oriented handles with silicone coated handles for heat protection Notched lid with silicone plug for flexibility 304 stainless steel construction for longevity 1.0mm (10 & 15 gal) or 1.2mm (20, 30 & 50 gal) thick side walls resist denting 4mm Tri-Clad Aluminum bottom sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel for no scorching Internally etched volume markers from top to bottom for easy reading 1.2:1 Ratio is optimal for boiling evaporation rate Lid is designed to conveniently hang from a handle Stainless handles with stainless rivets for secure lifting Size Kettle ID (in.) Tenco Pneumatic Bottle Corker | Benchtop Wine Bottle Corker | 400 Bottles/Hour - Refurbished
Cork up to 400 bottles per hour with the StarCap pneumatic corking machine Air-driven semi-automatic bottle corker makes the process efficient and effortless Compatible with all natural, agglomerated, collated, and 1+1 agglomerated corks Air pressure regulator with manometer allows for pressure adjustments depending on the cork being used Made in Italy by Tenco The StarCap semi-automatic bottle corker from Tenco provides excellent corking capacity for small wineries or avid home vintners. It is pneumatically driven so you will need an air compressor to operate the corking action. Wine corks are manually inserted into the cone then, by pressing the two start buttons, the cork is inserted into the bottle neck of the wine bottle by slightly compressing the cork. The StarCap machine guarantees perfect integrity, doesn’t create seems on the surface, and doesn’t affect the material in any way. Our customers who love this corker are primarily using it because using a traditional floor corker to cork hundreds of bottles of wine is physically taxing... unless you have a lot of help. If you have a lot of help on bottle day running two floor corkers is approximately the same speed. Ariana Hops (Pellets)
From the Hop Research Center in Hüll, Germany, Ariana was developed from a cross breeding of Herkules and an unspecified wild male hop. Although it has a high enough alpha acid content to be used for bittering, Ariana's oil content makes it an ideal choice for aroma additions and dry hopping. The aroma profile is dominated by sweet, tropical fruit notes of pineapple and passion fruit, along with citrus and berries. A delicious addition to your next Pale Ale, IPA, or Hazy. Hop Statistics: Alpha Acids: 10.0 – 13.0% Beta Acids: 4.5 – 6.0% Alpha-Beta Ratio: 1.66 – 2.88 Cohumulone: (% of alpha acids): 40 – 42% Total Oils in mls per 100 grams dried: 1.6 – 2.4

EnoItalia Jolly 25 Destemmer | Built-In Must Pump | Stainless Steel | 2 HP | 220V Single Phase - Return
All stainless grape destemmer with built-in must pump Screw Feed provides fast, continual hands-free operation Rubber tipped destemming bar for softer processing 4,000 - 4,500 lbs/per hour processing capacity Removable stainless basket for easy cleaning Made in Italy by EnoItalia For the serious home winemaker or a very small winery, this machine represents an amazing value. It is gentle, easy to load, and pumps the grapes into your awaiting fermenter, eliminating the need for a separate must pump. Why No Crushing Rollers? Because you don't need them. Here is how it works. You put fruit in the top bin and the screw feed moves the fruit to the left where it drops down into the destemming chamber. The fruit is destemmed and grapes drop down through the grate to the next level. Stems are ejected out the end of the destemming chamber and onto a tarp on the ground. After the fruit drops through the destemming chamber it falls into a bin at the bottom of the machine that has a screw feed. The screw feed pushes the grapes to the right where they are pushed into a circular chamber. In the circular chamber, a paddle wheel, pushes grapes back out the exit tube, through a 3" hose, you attach, and into the awaiting fermenters. Why this machine is so popular in Italy Because they know you don't need rollers on this type of machine. The action of the two screws, the destemming chamber and the paddle wheel crack the berries. More on the Built-in Must Pump The built in paddle-wheel style must pump can push fruit an average of 12' high with a 10' horizontal run OR up to 4' high with a 40' horizontal run. These are estimates only: actual results will vary on factors such as the total load on the machine and the viscosity of the must in the transfer tube. It can only be used at processing time and cannot be used later in the winemaking process. A Great Value! We recommend this machine for small wineries or larger home producers who do not wish to make the considerable jump to truly commercial quality equipment. You can make very, very good wine with this machine and we often tell small winery owners that the money saved can be used more effectively in other ways to make great wine. Summary of Features: 1) Stainless Body, Bin, Agitator, and Screw Feed 2) Removable stainless basket for easy cleaning (Destemming basket holes are 1.0225" wide) 3) A Screw Feed for continual, faster, hands-free operation 4) Rubber tipped destemming bar for softer processing 5) Output of 4000 - 4,500 lbs/per hour 6) Paddle wheel style Must pump built in with 3" TC Outlet 7) A powerful Single Phase 220V 2 HP motor (12.1 amp draw) with starting capacitor 8) High-quality units made by Enoitalia of Italy 9) Replacement parts are available 10) Two casters allow for easy wheel-barrow type movement 11) Emergency stop button 12) Length 46.5" (118 cm), Width 27" (68 cm), Height 35.4" (90 cm), weight 207 lb (94 kg) 13) Unit comes with bare cord wire. Strata | Pellet Hops
Strata, formerly known as X-331, is Indie Hop’s first hop variety to be released out of our breeding program at Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon. Born in 2009, Strata is the progeny of an open pollinated Perle located in an Oregon State experimental hop yard. From the get go, this hop was out to impress. Between its strong disease resistance, vigorous growth habit, and complex layers of aroma, x331 rose to the top of an impressive group of competitors. An IPA/Session-IPA/Pale Ale (and believe it or don’t, lager hop) with many layers of different fruit flavor, dried and fresh, anchored with a dried chili-cannabis-funk that does not have any diesel, machine oil, or catty ‘baggage’. Late hot side additions bring out layers of rounded-tropical plus bright-fresh fruit flavors; dry hopping yields more grapefruit and cannabis. Nice with roasted malts too. All hops are packaged in oxygen, light and moisture barrier bags. They are purged with nitrogen and stored cold to optimize freshness. Resealable packages feature a tear notch and zipper. EnoItalia Wine Bottle Filler | Vacuum Filler | 4 Spout | Benchtop Bottle Filler | Stainless Steel | 650L/h Fill Rate | 110V - Refurbished
Vacuum bottle filler for use with wine, olive oil, or uncarbonated beer Air is cleared from each bottle before filling, reducing oxygen exposure Adjustable fill nozzles and support rack to fit your bottle size and fill level Variable fill speed to match your bottling pace High-quality 304 stainless steel construction Made in Italy by EnoItalia We like this robust vacuum filler from EnoItalia because it combines the low oxygen benefits of vacuum filling with the strong fill nozzles and frame of traditional Italian bottle fillers. This high-quality vacuum filler is the ideal choice for bottling uncarbonated beer or wine with minimal oxygen exposure. Air from the bottle is automatically extracted through the filling head and then liquid is drawn through the system and into the bottle via a vacuum pump. This greatly reduces the oxygen exposure that occurs with other fillers. The support rack and fill nozzles are adjustable so you can adapt it for your bottle size and desired fill level. Fill speed can also be adjusted with the digital display and vacuum regulator, allowing you to quickly set the desired vacuum level for each product. After each bottle is filled, excess liquid is returned to the cylinder. When the cylinder fills up, the stainless steel float will rise and shut off the vacuum pump. Designed entirely in stainless steel with high-quality components, this filler was designed to stand up to intensive, professional-level use. This unit is only intended for use with still beverages. It is not compatible with carbonated beer, cider, or sparkling wine. Features: 304 stainless steel construction Digital adjustment display 1.5" tri-clamp for product aspiration and circuit emptying DIN 15 connections for emptying filling nozzles Adjustable support rack Adjustable feet Lifting handles Capacity: 650 lt/h (171 gal/h) Power: 110V / 60 hz Please note: this unit comes with a bare cord. You will need an electrician to wire the appropriate plug.

Kreyer Fan Unit | MR 210 | 1 Ton Cooling Capacity | Triple Fan | For Rooms Up To 8,750 ft³ | 220V - Refurbished
Use your existing glycol system to cool your cellar Eliminates the need to purchase an entirely separate refrigeration system MR series fan units offer quieter operation compared to the SD-S units Sized for well-insulated rooms up to 8,750 ft³ Made in Germany by Kreyer Cool your cellar using your existing glycol system. Save energy and money! These units work under the same principles as standard refrigeration but use cooled glycol instead of cooled refrigerant gas, eliminating the need to have a separate refrigeration system. It is a fantastic use of your glycol system for a majority of the year when typically glycol systems are on but are being sporadically called upon. Glycol systems do need to be sized to accommodate both these fan units and peak duty during the crush to be able to accommodate all tasks at once. Glycol from your main glycol chiller is recirculated through these fan units. Aluminum fins act as heat exchangers drawing heat out of your room as the fins are cooled by the glycol. If you have a Kreyer chiller/heater you can even heat a space in cold weather environments. The heat exchangers inside the units are made from corrugated aluminum fins and internally grooved copper tubes. The white ABS casing looks great. Because of its rounded corners it has no water retaining areas favorable to germ development. Units are outfitted with stainless steel screws and show no sharp, cutting edges. Fan Unit Temp Control Upgrades: 1/2 in. Solenoid Valve - Allows or blocks flow of glycol through the fan unit. Needs to be connected to a Controller to function. A filter is recommended to protect the solenoid. 1/2 in. Solenoid Filter - protects the solenoid valve from any particulate or sediment. Glycol Fan Control Unit - Set a specific temperature on this controller and it will open and close the solenoid valve. Solenoid Connection Cable - This 2 meter long cable is required to connect the Solenoid Valve & Control unit. Specifications of MR210: Will cool well insulated spaces up to 8750 cubic feet while drawing 1 Ton of cooling power Triple Fan Unit 220V connection required to run fan You will need to connect to your existing glycol system Inlet and Outlet: 3/4" Male BSP

EnoItalia Jolly 25 Destemmer | Built-In Must Pump | Stainless Steel | 2 HP | 220V Single Phase - Refurbished
