Distilled Hop Oil - El Dorado 1 ML
Distilled hop oil is an amazing new product we are making available to homebrewers. Distilled hop oil varies from other oils in that it is produced from fresh hops, as opposed to dried and processed pellets. Distilled hop oil delivers the same wet hop character that was previously only possible to acquire with the use of freshly harvested hops. The oil is extremely shelf stable, so you can now brew a consistant fresh hop IPA all year long. Extremely volatile, this oil should only be used for aromatic applications; typically applied at bottling/kegging. Distilled hop oil is very potent; add to taste. We recommend using roughly 0.5-1 ml per 5 gallon batch, if replacing 50-100% of a dry hop, added directly to the beer prior to bottling or during kegging. Be careful to not push off the volatile aromatic compounds (disturb the beer as little as possible and reduce oxygen exposure). Most staff members here found that 1ml per 5 gallons was "too hoppy" when replacing 100% of the dry hop. Hop heads (myself included), found that the 1 ml per 5 gallon dosage gave a pungent, fresh, pleasurable and unique hop experience. Tasting these oils is as close to being in Yakima for hop harvest as possible!

Columbus | CTZ | Pellet Hops
Columbus, or CTZ (Columbus, Tomahawk, and Zeus), is a high alpha varietal with a neutral bitterness and intense aroma. A true dual-purpose hop that works very well for bittering, but shines just as easily as a late addition. CTZ hops have an earthy, spicy character that is great for bittering. But when used as an aroma addition, you'll find more floral and citrus notes come out that can be very pungent. Columbus is a perfect choice for IPAs, Pales, Imperial Ales, Hazys, Stouts, and Lagers. Hop Statistics: Alpha Acids: 14.0 – 16.0% Beta Acids: 4.0 – 5.5% Alpha-Beta Ratio: 2.55 – 4 Cohumulone: (% of alpha acids): 30 – 35% Total Oils in mls per 100 grams dried: 1.5 – 2.0 Similar Hop Varieties: Chinook, Nugget, Millennium

Kettle Tube Screen - Stainless Steel
The Kettle Tube allows you to better filter trub and whole hops from your wort while transferring from your kettle to your fermenter. It is a rugged tube of stainless steel screen 12" in length, 1" in diameter, with a 1/2" MPT fitting at one end, and is our replacement for the discontinued Bazooka Screen. This fitting is intended for use with kettles that have 1/2" FPT threads on the inside of the kettle, or it can be used on the back of any of our line of Weldless Ball Valves. Excellent for straining out leaf hops in the boil kettle (Pellet hops can clog the screen). We also have several customers who use this as a screen in their Cooler Mash Tun! Hop Sock | Small Grain Bag | 6 in. x 31 in.
Suitable for both hops and steeping grains. We highly recommend using a steeping bag for hops to keep vegetal matter contained in the boil kettle and out of your fermenter. If you use a counterflow chiller or plate chiller for cooling, filtering hops is even more important as these devices can clog if too much hop matter passes through them. The hop sock does not have a drawstring. You will want to tie the end in a knot to keep it closed. Dimensions: 150 mm wide (5.9") 800 mm long (31.4") KegLand Part Number: KL01281

German Munich Malt - Weyermann® Specialty Malts
5.1-7 °L - Weyermann® - To increase body, aroma, malty sweetness and a slight biscuit flavor. A great reason to do mini-mashing or all grain brewing. This malt contains about half the enzyme potential of 2-row malt, which is enough to self convert in a mash. It can be steeped in an extract brew to achieve some of the flavor contribution, but will not add any sugars in a steep. This is a must malt if you looking to construct a true European-style lager.

Premium Stainless Steel Drill Powered Mash Stirrer & Mixer | 1/4" Hex Drive
Get your grain bed evenly mixed and break up dough balls in seconds! Using a handheld electric drill, this heavy-duty stirrer makes mashing in a breeze Made from all stainless steel with a 1/4" hex head to securely attach to your drill This stainless mixer attaches to an electric drill for easy and thorough mixing of your mash. Fermentis | SafLager™ S-23 Lager | Dry Beer Yeast
Finally there is dry lager yeast we can recommend. This bottom fermenting yeast is widely used by Western European commercial breweries. This yeast develops the best of its flavors when fermented at low temperatures (48F-59F) yet it can still lager characteristics at higher temperatures. We recommend that you keep it between 48F-59F to produce the best beer possible. This yeast can be pitched directly, but if you prefer to rehydrate, the instructions are below. Sprinkle the yeast in a minimum of 10 times its weight of sterile water or wort (we suggest 4 oz) at 70°F to 77°F (21 to 25 °C). Do not stir. Leave to rest 15 to 30 minutes. Gently stir for 30 minutes, and pitch the resultant cream into the fermentation vessel. Like Fermentis Saflager S-23 Lager Yeast? Then you will love CellarScience® BERLIN Dry Lager Yeast!
