Stainless steel Double T Bar draft tower for 8 faucets. Perfect for upgrading an existing KOMOS Double-Wide Kegerator with two individual towers or designing your own home bar or kegerator. Mounting hardware, tower collars and gaskets included. The tower does not include faucets, shanks, tap handles, or draft tubing. To assemble the tower, remove the dust caps on either side and remove the foam insulation. Start with the inner most shank hole on either side and work your way outward. We recommend installing each shank and attaching the draft tubing before moving on to the next shank hole. The top section of the tower is 5" in diameter, so most people should be able to reach inside to install the shanks by hand or with the help of a draft wrench. When all the shanks have been mounted, reinsert the foam insulation. The tower may come with more insulation than needed and may need to be cut thinner before reinserting. We recommend using the Double Offset Shank Wrench to help with assembly. Tower Dimensions: 29.5" L x 5" D x 16" H. The centers of the columns are approximately 16" apart. Not compaitble with the KOMOS Olympus III kegerator.

KegLand has developed the world's most compact mini digital gauge with backlight illumination. This very compact design retains high accuracy while still meeting the desirable small form factor. This meets the growing need as mini keg systems, mini regulators and other more compact keg dispensing solutions are required. Traditional analogue gauges require a small capillary mechanism where a small pipe expands and unravels under pressure. This in turn drives a mechanical cog to rotate the gauge needle. This age-old technique works quite well especially in large gauges but as this mechanism is manufactured smaller and smaller a tradeoff between accuracy and size becomes the issue. With very small gauges such as a 27mm x 27mm Mini Gauge, it's difficult to make them better than 10% accuracy due to the physical constraints of the mechanical components. Specifications: Battery Life: More than 2 years (using the mini gauge once a day) Battery Type: CR2032 Auto Battery Saver: automatically turns off after 15 sec Size: 27mm x 27mm (1" x 1") Duotight Stem: 8 mm KegLand Part Number: KL18081 Please note: This gauge is not suitable for measuring pressure of liquids. It is only for measuring gas pressure. If liquid gets into the pressure transducer it will damage the gauge.

All stainless grape destemmer with built-in must pump Screw Feed provides fast, continual hands-free operation Rubber tipped destemming bar for softer processing 4,000 - 4,500 lbs/per hour processing capacity Removable stainless basket for easy cleaning Made in Italy by EnoItalia For the serious home winemaker or a very small winery, this machine represents an amazing value. It is gentle, easy to load, and pumps the grapes into your awaiting fermenter, eliminating the need for a separate must pump. Why No Crushing Rollers? Because you don't need them. Here is how it works. You put fruit in the top bin and the screw feed moves the fruit to the left where it drops down into the destemming chamber. The fruit is destemmed and grapes drop down through the grate to the next level. Stems are ejected out the end of the destemming chamber and onto a tarp on the ground. After the fruit drops through the destemming chamber it falls into a bin at the bottom of the machine that has a screw feed. The screw feed pushes the grapes to the right where they are pushed into a circular chamber. In the circular chamber, a paddle wheel, pushes grapes back out the exit tube, through a 3" hose, you attach, and into the awaiting fermenters. Why this machine is so popular in Italy Because they know you don't need rollers on this type of machine. The action of the two screws, the destemming chamber and the paddle wheel crack the berries. More on the Built-in Must Pump The built in paddle-wheel style must pump can push fruit an average of 12' high with a 10' horizontal run OR up to 4' high with a 40' horizontal run. These are estimates only: actual results will vary on factors such as the total load on the machine and the viscosity of the must in the transfer tube. It can only be used at processing time and cannot be used later in the winemaking process. A Great Value! We recommend this machine for small wineries or larger home producers who do not wish to make the considerable jump to truly commercial quality equipment. You can make very, very good wine with this machine and we often tell small winery owners that the money saved can be used more effectively in other ways to make great wine. Summary of Features: 1) Stainless Body, Bin, Agitator, and Screw Feed 2) Removable stainless basket for easy cleaning (Destemming basket holes are 1.0225" wide) 3) A Screw Feed for continual, faster, hands-free operation 4) Rubber tipped destemming bar for softer processing 5) Output of 4000 - 4,500 lbs/per hour 6) Paddle wheel style Must pump built in with 3" TC Outlet 7) A powerful Single Phase 220V 2 HP motor (12.1 amp draw) with starting capacitor 8) High-quality units made by Enoitalia of Italy 9) Replacement parts are available 10) Two casters allow for easy wheel-barrow type movement 11) Emergency stop button 12) Length 46.5" (118 cm), Width 27" (68 cm), Height 35.4" (90 cm), weight 207 lb (94 kg) 13) Unit comes with bare cord wire. Welded 1.5" tri-clamp ports for a lifetime of leak-free use 304 stainless steel construction with mirror polish finish Notched lid provides cover while not interfering with immersion chillers, hop bags, or other accessories Choose from Boil Kettle, Hot Liquor Tank or Mash Tun configurations The Boil Kettle comes without fittings The Hot Liquor Tank includes a Kettle Maximizer and Thermometer with 2" Probe The Mash Tun includes a False Bottom Kit and Thermometer with 6" Probe Add your preferred Valve Hardware Pack when choosing your kettle above or purchase your own valve & fittings separately Designed for Brewing. Built to Last. BrewBuilt brew kettles are made from 304 stainless steel and offer an unparalleled mix of features for the price. At the very top of the list are two welded-in place tri-clamp couplers that offer a lifetime of leak free use. As you can imagine, welding in a coupler costs more than punching a hole and using a gasketed (i.e. weld-less) fitting. Welded fittings offer a permanent connection that to us is worth every penny. The second unique feature that we absolutely love about these brew kettles is the notched lid with silicone plug. This notch allows you so much flexibility; you can use an immersion chiller, one of our Ultimate Sparge Arms for mashing, tie off hop bags, take a temp reading during cooling, or whatever else we all can dream up. Our new T.C. kettles were designed to keep pace with the ever-evolving world of brewing technology. Tri-clamp fittings are standard fare in professional breweries, and they’ve been widely adopted in homebrewing as T.C. fermenters and pumps become more affordable and widely available. Tri-clamp fittings, also known as Tri-clover, allow you to make a sanitary connection that is free of nooks and crannies for contaminants to take hold. They are much easier to break down for cleaning compared to threaded connections, and they don’t require Teflon tape to make a watertight seal. T.C. fittings and accessories also give you the distinct advantage of being able to clean in place (CIP), so you don’t need to break down your entire system after every brew day. Configurations The base boil kettle comes without fittings so you can modify it the specific tri-clamp accessories that best suit your needs. Add one of the optional Brewing Kettle Valve Packs above which include your choice of valve and all the hardware you'll need to connect 1/2" ID transfer tubing, as well as an end cap to seal the top port if a thermometer or other accessory is not in place. The Hot Liquor Tank includes the base kettle plus a kettle maximizer for the bottom port and thermometer with 2" probe for the top port. Clamps and gaskets are included to attach the tri-clamp kettle maximizer and the thermometer. The Mash Tun includes the base kettle plus a false bottom kit for the bottom port and thermometer with 6" probe for the top port. Clamps and gaskets are included to attach the tri-clamp false bottom maximizer and the thermometer. Kettles do not come with a valve or additional fittings for the bottom port as standard. Add one of our pre-configured Valve Packs or purchase your preferred valve and fittings separately. This Brew Kettle has a lot to offer... Some other features we dig include the internal volume markers from the bottom to the top - so handy for instant reads. The silicone sleeved handles on the kettle and the lid are a cool feature to protect your hands. The tri-clad bottom with a 4mm core of aluminum sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel offers even heat distribution during the boil and also makes it a perfect choice for anyone wanting to use an induction burner. Beefy 304 Stainless These kettles are made from 304 grade stainless. That means you will have less corrosion issues than with a kettle made from lower grade 201 type stainless. We put these kettles through a corrosive salt water test in the MoreBeer! shop and they passed with flying colors. We also made sure the rivets and riveted handles were also made of stainless steel for a long term, trouble free life. The 10 and 15 gallon size are made from 1.0mm thick stainless steel. The 20, 30 and 50 gallon size are made with 1.2mm stainless - that's pretty thick stuff - and you will know it when you pick one up. Mirror Polish Finish The mirror polish finish isn’t just for making your Instagram feed pop! This extra slick finish is much easier to clean and sanitize than a standard brushed stainless kettle. Hop trub and other organic solids left behind after a brew day will have a hard time clinging to the interior surface and scrub away with ease. Size Ratios and Stuff All the BrewBuilt kettles follow the recent trend to a 1.2:1 ratio where the height is 1.2 times the diameter. This is a proven commercial ratio that has been adopted in homebrewing to achieve a more consistent 10% evaporation rate during the boil. We do like this ratio for boiling. For Mashing we would prefer a little bit shallower but that is a small compromise. Dimensions for a hot-liquor tank, if you are thinking brewing system down the road, are irrelevant as any ratio kettle will do. Features: Two welded T.C. couplers for a lifetime of leak free use Notched lid with silicone plug for flexibility 304 stainless steel construction for longevity 1.0mm (10 & 15 gal) or 1.2mm (20, 30 & 50 gal) thick side walls resist denting 4mm Tri-Clad Aluminum bottom sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel for no scorching Internally etched volume markers from top to bottom for easy reading 1.2:1 Ratio is optimal for boiling evaporation rate Lid is designed to conveniently hang from a handle Side handles with silicone coated handles for heat protection Stainless handles with stainless rivets for secure lifting Size Kettle ID (in.) Fast-Acting Hot-Side Clarifier: SilaFine Hot rapidly improves wort clarity in the kettle and whirlpool by helping form a tighter, more compact trub pile for cleaner cast-out. Improves Knockout Speed: By accelerating sedimentation, SilaFine Hot supports shorter whirlpool rests and more efficient brewhouse operation. Supports Better Fermentation: Clearer wort entering the fermenter can lead to faster, healthier fermentations and reduced haze precursors in finished beer. Vegan-Friendly & Purity Compliant: Made from pure, natural silica sol, SilaFine Hot is vegan-friendly and complies with the Reinheitsgebot German beer purity law. SilaFine Hot is an easy-to-use fining agent designed specifically for the hot side. Added during the boil or directly into the whirlpool, it helps bind and settle haze-forming particles and coarse trub so wort runs bright and clean into the fermenter. SilaFine Hot does not affect foam-positive proteins or beer flavor. Use Add SilaFine Hot during the last 5 minutes of the boil or inline to the whirlpool stream for full dispersion. Allow the whirlpool rest to compact trub before knockout. Standard Dose: 0.5–1 mL per gallon 15–30 mL per hL 19–38 mL per bbl Use the higher end of the range for adjunct-heavy or high-protein worts, such as those containing wheat, oats, or large percentages of rice or corn. Avoid overdosing, as excessive finings may temporarily increase haze and lengthen settling time. Whirlpool Best Practices Add separately from late hop additions for best clarity. Ensure adequate mixing or flow when dosing. Expect a tighter, more stable trub cone and improved wort clarity at knockout. Works effectively in both small brewhouses and large commercial systems. Additional Notes SilaFine Hot uses a commercial-grade silica sol at 30% concentration and is compliant with global beer purity standards. Do not freeze. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Recommended shelf life: 12 months from opening. Allergen Free. GMO Free.

Premium Bromobutyl Lining for Flavor Purity: Engineered with high-performance Bromobutyl that is more inert than standard Chlorobutyl, ensuring a neutral, odor-free transfer with no "break-in" period or rubbery off-flavors. Ultimate Oxygen Barrier: Protects your beer’s shelf life and delicate aromatics with a superior gas permeability barrier that outperforms EPDM and Chlorobutyl to prevent oxygen ingress. High-Heat & Steam Resilience: Built to withstand the rigors of professional sanitation, handling continuous CIP cycles up to 225°F and intermittent steam sterilization up to 248°F. Crush-Resistant & Rugged Construction: Features a high-tensile monofilament helix to prevent kinking in high-traffic cellars, wrapped in an abrasion- and ozone-resistant EPDM outer cover. Hygienic, Microbe-Resistant Bore: The ultra-smooth internal bore prevents biofilm buildup and is designed for gapless integration with ForgeFit® crimped tri-clamp fittings to ensure a sanitary flow. ForgeFit® Blue Steel Brewery Tubing The Ultimate Bromobutyl Performance for Professional Brewing Elevate your cellar operations with ForgeFit® Blue Steel, the premium brewery hose engineered for brewers who refuse to compromise on flavor integrity and oxygen control. While many standard hoses rely on Chlorobutyl linings, Blue Steel is crafted from high-performance Bromobutyl—setting a new benchmark for durability, purity, and protection. Why Bromobutyl? The "Blue Steel" Advantage The choice of lining material is the difference between a good beer and a world-class one. Here is how our Bromobutyl lining outperforms the industry-standard Chlorobutyl: 1. Neutral Flavor Profile from Day One Chlorobutyl hoses often require a rigorous "break-in" period or chemical soaks to remove lingering rubbery odors. Bromobutyl is inherently more inert and neutral. With Blue Steel, you get a clean, odor-free transfer immediately, protecting your beer from unwanted "off-flavors" or leachables. 2. Higher Temperature Resilience for CIP Bromobutyl’s unique chemical structure allows it to withstand higher temperature spikes compared to standard Chlorobutyl. While common linings might soften or degrade over 200°F, Blue Steel is designed to handle continuous CIP cycles up to 225°F and intermittent steam sterilization up to 248°F. 3. Superior Oxygen Barrier Beer’s greatest enemy is oxygen. Bromobutyl offers significantly lower gas permeability than both EPDM and Chlorobutyl. This creates a near-impenetrable wall against O2 ingress during transfer, ensuring your delicate aromatics and shelf life remain exactly as intended. Comparison at a Glance Feature Chlorobutyl (Standard) Bromobutyl (Blue Steel) Oxygen Permeability Low Ultra-Low Odor/Flavor Transfer Minimal (requires break-in) Zero (Neutral) Max Temp (CIP) ~200°F - 212°F Up to 248°F Chemical Stability Good Excellent Flexibility High Superior Kink Resistance Product Features Ultra-Smooth Bore: Specialized microbe-resistant tube prevents biofilm buildup and simplifies sanitation. Kink & Crush Resistant: Reinforced with a high-tensile monofilament helix for maximum durability in high-traffic brewhouses. Chinook hops are a very distinctive dual-purpose hop used in Ales for both bittering and flavor/aroma. Chinook hops are commonly used in West Coast style IPAs. Distinct, medium intensity spice and pine characteristics with subtle notes of grapefruit. Some consider the bittering quality of this hop to be a bit rough because it has a lingering quality. On the other hand, some brewers can't get enough! The flavor/aroma is spicy and unique, with a huge following of loyal fans. Nearly identical to popular Fuggles hops, Styrian Goldings hops are a low alpha varietal with a lovely, traditional European aroma. Commonly utilized in Belgian Ales, Lagers, and ESBs for that smooth, slightly spicy, and delicate noble aroma, Styrian Goldings could easily take the place of Willamette or Fuggles in any recipe. The name Styrian Goldings covers what can actually be a few different varietals grown in Slovenia (confusing for sure). Our Styrian Goldings is the Celeia varietal. A great dual purpose hop. Has a less spicy flavor than that of traditional Hallertau Mittelfrüh, and is able to retain its clean character as a beer ages because of this. Also known as New Zealand Hallertau Aroma. Strata, formerly known as X-331, is Indie Hop’s first hop variety to be released out of our breeding program at Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon. Born in 2009, Strata is the progeny of an open pollinated Perle located in an Oregon State experimental hop yard. From the get go, this hop was out to impress. Between its strong disease resistance, vigorous growth habit, and complex layers of aroma, x331 rose to the top of an impressive group of competitors. An IPA/Session-IPA/Pale Ale (and believe it or don’t, lager hop) with many layers of different fruit flavor, dried and fresh, anchored with a dried chili-cannabis-funk that does not have any diesel, machine oil, or catty ‘baggage’. Late hot side additions bring out layers of rounded-tropical plus bright-fresh fruit flavors; dry hopping yields more grapefruit and cannabis. Nice with roasted malts too. All hops are packaged in oxygen, light and moisture barrier bags. They are purged with nitrogen and stored cold to optimize freshness. Resealable packages feature a tear notch and zipper. LupuLN2 powder can be used in any application where traditional hop products are utilized, including: Bittering, Kettle, Whirlpool and even direct to the fermentor. Lotus™ is the latest experimental hop variety developed under the Hopsteiner breeding program to now be commercially available. Lotus™ outperformed thousands of brothers and sisters born of the initial cross breeding and survived a decade long journey to become the hottest addition to Hopsteiner's unique portfolio of exciting new hop varieties. The majority of Lotus’s™ genetic origin stems from Eastern Gold, a Japanese variety dating back to the 1930s followed by a mix of Apollo, Cascade, and a USDA male. The USDA male was bred from an open pollinated seedling of a wild American hop developed at Wye College, England. The cross from the USDA male with Neomexicanus heritage adds an additional layer of complexity and uniqueness to this variety. Lotus™ offers exceptional aromatic characteristics, boasting waves of orange and vanilla followed by notes of candied grape and tropical fruit aromas.
