This Duotight fitting with 1/4" Flare is perfect for flared gas ball lock and pin lock disconnects. Can also be used to connect gas line to the flare fitting found on the KOMOS® CO2 Regulator. Compatible with EVABarrier 9.5 mm OD tubing (D1719). Although this fitting would also fit a beverage disconnect, 9.5 mm OD EVABarrier is only recommended for beverage line in long draw draft set ups. Duotight offers superior quality when compared to other push-in fittings. Their double EPDM O-ring design provides a more complete and reliable seal, protecting against leaks even when tubing is bent around tight corners. They are suitable for both beverage and gas applications, and are pressure rated to 100 psi. Tubing can be released by simply pushing in the collet and pulling the line out. This simple, yet effective ball lock cleaning system allows you to clean your ball lock kegs thoroughly without disassembling them.  It is as easy as connecting each ball lock fitting and screwing the garden hose thread to a hose or faucet. Flip the keg over to drain while pushing water through the dip tubes.   It is recommended you clean your kegs immediatley after emptying, as old beer can harden and become difficult to remove over time.  PBW or sanitizer can be used following the rinse for further cleaning.
