MB® Wort Grant Tank | 1.5" T.C. Sanitary Ports | Sight Gauge | Dish Bottom | Stainless Steel | 40L | 10.5G - USED REFURBISHED
Used – Refurbished This unit is used. It has been restored to working order. It will have cosmetic defects and show signs of previous use. It is still covered by our No Hassle Return Policy and 1 Year Warranty Policy. Pumping off the mash tun is the easiest way to collapse the screens. It is recommended that you either put a tee and a vacuum breaker ahead of the pump or run the wort into a grant and pump off the grant. Controlling the pump with restriction, a VFD, or a dual level float switch is ideal. This tall cylindrical grant has three 1.5" tri-clamp ports and a silicone tube for a sight glass. The narrow design helps to reduce surface area and hot side aeration. The inlet and outlet side ports are raised a few inches above the conical dish bottom dump, which helps to separate grain sediment from the wort. 40L / 10.5 gal Made from 304 stainless steel Ships without valves

MB® Commercial Grain Mill | 2,200 lbs/hr | Differential Roller Speed | Slotted Steel Alloy Rollers | Mill Gap Adjustment Wheels | 4 HP | 220V
Get your brew day started faster with the MB commercial grain mill—process an entire pallet of malt in an hour! Adjustable grain flow rate to slow the mill down to match your mashing speed Differential roller speed applies enough force to open the grain kernels as they pass through the rollers without damaging the husk, improving efficiency and lauter performance Slotted rollers more effectively expose the starchy endosperm inside the kernel compared to knurled rollers Rollers made from steel alloy which is harder and longer lasting than stainless steel 0.4mm to 1mm (.016"-.039") mill gap is easily dialed in with handled adjustment wheels Professional quality grain mill with stainless steel construction throughout The MB commercial-grade mill can process upwards of 2,000 lbs of grain per hour and features large diameter slotted alloy rollers for an excellent crush and long life. This mill can easily power through whatever you throw at it, including barley, wheat, rye, and corn. Differential Roller Speed Rotating the rollers at different speeds is the key to a superior crush. Standard grain mills rotate the rollers at the same speed, creating a pinch point between them where the grain kernels are cracked open. Although effective, this can often lead to an excess of flour and damaged grain husks. The MB pro mill drives the rollers at different speeds to apply enough force to open the grain kernels as they pass through the rollers without damaging the husk. This action results in a better crush that will improve efficiency and lauter performance. Slotted Rollers Many grain mills feature hardened steel knurled rollers due to the lower cost, but they don't provide the best crush possible. Rather than shredding the grain into submission, slotted rollers (also known as fluted rollers) are more effective at shearing the grain husk to expose the endosperm while leaving the hull intact. The rollers are made from steel alloy which are harder and longer lasting than stainless steel. This roller features a 155mm diameter, which lowers the angle of attack on the kernel and allows the mill to pull grain more efficiently. Professional Quality The MB pro mill is an industrial workhorse and the best value for a commercial mill on the market. The hopper capacity is 55 lbs of grain and large adjustment wheels make for easy gap adjustments. Stainless steel construction throughout, and anchor holes in the feet allow the unit to be bolted to the ground. Specifications: Processing Speed: approx. 2,200 lbs/hr Hopper Capacity: 55 lbs Voltage: 208V/220V 3-phase motor Power: 4 HP Amperage: 8.3 amps Mill Gap: 0.4mm - 1mm Mill Roller Size: 155mm diameter, 110mm long Please Note: The unit will arrive bare without a power cord, plug, or controls to power the motor on or off. You will need an electrician to wire the appropriate power cord and shutoff switch to the motor. Please Note: This unit REQUIRES 208-220V Three Phase power and will not function on anything else. Please confirm that you have the proper power for this unit before purchasing, and plan to have a qualified electrician install a fused shutoff and wire directly to the included on/off switch.

Customized power configurations available upon request (see below) For detailed power specs, dimensions, and shipping quotes contact our MoreBeer! Pro sales representatives today! Compared to the traditional steam heating brewhouse, the creative new-tech thermal oil heating avoids the installation of a dangerous and high-maintenance steam boiler. Steam offers more surface area than gas fired, but it requires a generator to create steam, collect it, and reheat it again. Oil heated brewhouses, on the other hand, use a simple oil heater and pump to circulate oil through the tank jackets. Compared to gas fired systems where all heat is directed to the very bottom of the kettle, this system heats from the sides and the bottom rather than the bottom alone. This offers not only greater surface area but faster thermal response. By controlling the oil temperature, you also have more precise boil vigor control and evaporation rate control. For these reasons and more, the Oil Heated Brewhouse makes for an ideal pilot batch system. Control Panel Our control panel features 4 PID controllers for precise control of the HLT, Mash, Boil Kettle and Oil temperature. The control panel also features a delayed start timer, allowing you to preheat your HLT overnight so your strike water will be ready when you arrive on brew day. Hard Piped Distribution Manifold With the distribution manifold, the entire brewing process can be completed by simply opening and closing valves. There’s no need to lug around brewery hoses and swap connections from vessel to vessel. This hard piped system is completely self contained with dedicated pumps to move wort and hot liquor from tank to tank as needed. Every step of the brew day is a simple valve turn away. The only hose required is from the brewing system to your fermenter. Once the brew is completed this same piping system is used for CIP and rinsing. Installation The systems are delivered on a skid. Simply, move the skid into place, hook up power and water and a drain and you are ready to clean and brew. Our systems also feature rolling casters for easy installation in your brewery, product pump for recirculation and sparging, hard piped manifold, grain out door on the mash tun, and mounted plate chiller. Design Features: 3-Vessel System with dedicated HLT, Mash Tun, and Boil Kettle Compact design and easy installation Built-in wort pump Built-in HLT pump Built-in 2-stage heat exchanger Hard piped distribution manifold Built-in control panel PID controls for kettle temperatures and oil temperature Slotted Mash Screen Tangential kettle return for whirlpool Built-in CIP Water inlet & hot water drain in 1.5" T.C. Grainfather G70² | All Grain Brewing System | G70 V2 | Wireless Connectivity | 220V
PLEASE NOTE: The supplier of this product has temporarily halted shipments to addresses within the state of California. If you are a CA resident, please note your order will not be fulfilled and will ultimately be canceled. We hope to have this issue resolved with the supplier as soon as possible. Thanks to the 70L (18.5 gal) capacity, homebrewers can produce more beer to share or commercial breweries now have a unit that's small enough for pilot testing. It also has a smart controller with built-in wireless connectivity and mobile app integration for step-by-step remote-controlled brewing. The G70² gives you everything you need in one compact package that can be used virtually anywhere. Please Note - this system comes standard with a NEMA 6-15P plug, and requires access to a 220v-240v power supply. New Features on the G70²: The G70² features a perforated grain basket and the sight glass is now integrated into the recirculation pipework. The new basket design provides an improved brewing experience with no top plate or additional pipework required, making for an even more efficient mash and an easier clean. Perforated grain basket for an improved brewing experience with no top plate or additional pipework required. Integrated sight glass is now a part of the recirculation pipework for easy volume reading. 70L of innovation, consistency and power have helped to create one of our most compelling systems to date. The inherent strength and safety capabilities of the G70² are matched by its bold, contemporary look and new smart brewing technologies. From the creators of the original award-winning all-grain brewing system, the Grainfather G70² represents the next level in brewing equipment. We’ve stepped up our game to bring you a smarter brewing system with a larger 18.5 gal capacity, improved design, wireless control, app integration and the same Grainfather signature quality guarantee. Whether you're a homebrewer looking to raise the stakes or a commercial brewery looking to bring authenticity back to your pilot batches, the G70² is your true brewing companion. It gives you everything you need in one compact package that can be used virtually anywhere. Features: Two-stage false bottom. The conical base allows a false bottom with an inner collar to sit in the recess of the base. Early testers used 21 oz of hops and saw full flow through the pump. This is very effective. Bespoke 3.2 kWh concealed conical heating element. Make the most of the power available. The element covers around 80% of the base and is mounted using a thermal paste rather than braised. This moves the heat efficiently upwards, minimizing the loss of heat to areas where it’s not needed. As it’s spread in a wide area, hot spots and scorching are very unlikely. Also, most solids settle on the false bottom, so they won’t touch the elements. As it’s concealed, it makes cleaning easy too. Integrated sight glass for easy volume readings during sparging. Instead of trying to judge the level of your preboil, you can easily sparge until you reach preboil volume. It’s also easy to clean after every brew. The sight glass cap can be replaced with the sight glass cleaning barb to easily recirculate a cleaning solution. Bottom drain below the false bottom means minimal dead space. High temperature, high flow rate, food-grade pump. With an 2.1 gal per minute flow rate, you can transfer your brew efficiently and safely. Heavy duty handles on the outside of the G70² unit. Convenient side entry recirculation. Rather than up and over, the G70² has a built in port on the side of the unit. If the pump is accidentally switched on, the wort will be safely directed back into the boiler. New rolled edge, mash plates and hop filter for increased strength and easy set up. There’s no more silicone seals, as the plates now have a smooth finish, making them more robust, hard-wearing and easy to install. Compared to the G30, the G70² is wider but not that much taller. Comparatively, the draining is still quick from the basket and there’s less likelihood of stuck sparges as the draining surface area is bigger. Safety aspects including locked in support ring, heavy duty, no slip brackets on the grain basket and protection from knocking the ball valve open. Automatic heat sensors and safety cut-out for dry boil protection. Color LCD controller screen with magnetic mounting for easy viewing from all angles and manual control. Glass lid with handle. Ball valve for sampling/draining. This runs in line with the pump so it’s particularly helpful when draining the cleaning water. The water runs out quickly, emptying the unit in no time. Huge Wort Chiller included. Despite the volume being more than double, cooling times remain around the same as the G30 thanks to a more powerful pump, efficient false bottom and bigger wort chiller to match the wider unit. The large size means it needs to be positioned away from the G70², however this is made easy with longer silicone tubing attached as standard. Lifting bar included with winch lifting hook. Use the bar for a two person lift or with a stable winch system for individual brewers to lift the grain basket. Large dual-stage hop filter provides a large surface area to allow for a hopping rate of up to 3.3 lbs, which also reduces pump load and blockages. Robust stainless steel body and excellent build quality. Specifications: 304 Grade stainless steel body 220 - 240V 18 Gal Capacity Max Grain Bill: 35 lbs Min Grain Bill: 18 lbs Powerful high flow pump: 15W

EnoItalia Wine Tank Mixer | Injection Pump | Variable Speed | Stainless Steel Mixing Rod & Cart | 1 HP | 1400 RPM | 220V Single Phase | Injection Pump
Gently mix yeast, sulphite, and additives into your wine with this variable speed mixer. The stainless cart allows you to move the mixer up and down to the height of your tank fitting. Also adjust the angle of the mixer to accomodate inclined, reinforced mixing ports, like on our Speidel Stainless tanks. The included pump is a very unique feature that allows you to pump a slurry out of a bucket, into the mixer and into the tank. This saves time by not having to open the top hatch, reduces possible oxidation, and ensures a better mix. How to Use Mixing ports enter through full port 2" TC ball valves to allow for an easily installation and disassembly. Position and attach the mixer to your 2" TC ball valve. Open the valve and slide in the adjustable mixing shaft, lock the shaft in position, and turn on. Adjust the speed to accomodate your desired level of agitation. To remove unlock shaft, slide out, turn off TC ball valve, and then disconnect mixer from TC ball valve. For Use in Beer: Wine tank mixers are perfect for mixing hops during dry hopping operations.
