Vibratory Pre-Filter: A speed-controlled vibratory auto filter removes residual biomass upstream of the micron bags.  Allows water to bypass the bag systems, allowing the bags to collect more rosin before needing to scrape. Instant Recycle: The majority of wash water is instantly recycled back into the wash vessel, dramatically reducing water demand. Precision Collection: Uses industry-standard sized micron wash bags. Ultra-Cold Rinse: A dedicated cold water reserve tank and wash wand ensure final rinsing is performed using the coldest water in the system. Specifications Capacity: 93 Gallons Operating Temperature: 35°F without ice Construction: 316 Stainless, sanitary TIG-welded Controls: Industrial panel + VFD speed control (agitation + pump) Agitation System: Dual-impeller, variable speed, directional control Access: Operator platform, square manway, biomass chute Filtration Start: Slotted false bottom pre-screen Cleaning: CIP capable + sanitary interior polishing Power: 208V, 3-Phase, ~1.5 kW system power Footprint: Ships fully assembled on a skid Installation Fit: Cold-room recommended Solventless operators know: Better trichome handling means better melt. • In-Line Oxygenation Kit

    Blichmann In-Line Oxygenation Kit

The In-Line Oxygenation Kit designed by Blichmann Engineering™ sets your brew day up for success.  The stainless steel diffusion stone dissolves oxygen into your wort to promote yeast health and vigorous fermentation. It also reduces lag times to produce the finest homebrewed beer without off-flavors from stressed yeast. Unlike other products on the market, this product quickly and completely disassembles for cleaning and sanitation.  We have also selected a stone porosity that is the perfect balance between small bubble size for quickly dissolving the oxygen, yet has the permeability for sanitizers to fully and quickly penetrate the stone for proper sanitation.  Other manufacturers use stones so fine that sanitizers cannot penetrate them and they must be boiled to be properly sanitized.  But not ours!  Your success is our priority when it comes to brewing! Key features include: Stainless steel diffusion stone Two 1/2″ QuickConnectors™ High-quality O2 regulator Custom stainless steel fitting 5-foot O2 hose Easy to sanitize Requires “welding-type” oxygen tank on Premium In-Line Oxygenation Kit (silver regulator) and disposable oxygenation tank on Standard In-Line Oxygenation Kit (gold regulator) Optional ThruMometer™ for in-line temperature measurement

  • CellarScience - Reaper - PLACEHOLDER CellarScience - Reaper - PLACEHOLDER

    CellarScience® REAPER | High-Gravity Yeast for 20% Alcohol Ferments

Reaper is the best yeast for ultra-clean, fast sugar base ferments up to 20% ABV. Create a neutral craft-cocktail base, or dilute to 5% for seltzer, tripling yield. Also well suited for distillation. Pair with Slayer 800 yeast nutrient for the fastest, cleanest fermentation possible Ferment between 75-95°F Reaper the Harvest Strain Picked for one job: pull clean alcohol out of high-gravity sugar washes fast and finish without dragging a bunch of extra fermentation personality along for the ride. This is a Very High Gravity yeast built for high-alcohol scenarios up to ~20% ABV, with aggressive kinetics that keep moving when typical strains start to slow, stress, and produce off-flavors. Reaper is also comfortable running warm, and it’s right at home in real-world distilling temperatures. 75–95°F is a sweet spot for speed and cleanliness. And yes, it’s called Reaper for a reason. When the wash is heavy and the clock is ticking, it shows up to collect the yield, finish the job clean, and leave as little behind as possible. VHG Yeast (Distillation + Clean Base Ferments) Perfect for high-gravity seltzers Cocktails & distilling washes Pairs with Slayer 800 Nutrient For fermentations up to 20% ABV Clean base flexibility: Ferment ultra-clean, especially with Slayer 800, for a neutral cocktail-ready base, or ferment strong and dilute back to hard seltzer strength for a crisp, clean canvas for flavoring. High alcohol without drama: Designed for high-gravity ferments where you want to push hard and still land clean. Fast sugar-wash kinetics: Reaper ferments sugar washes aggressively and finishes strong, especially when properly fed. Neutral, exceptionally clean profile: Less unwanted fermentation character means a cleaner base and an easier day on the back end. Wide temperature range: Flexible across a broad range, but genuinely thrives in the 75–85°F zone. Like all CellarScience yeast, Reaper is PCR-verified for purity and consistency. The Cleanest Reaper is Reaper + Slayer 800 Sugar washes are nutrient-poor by nature, and that’s where many clean-ferment plans fall apart. Pair Reaper with CellarScience Slayer 800 to give the yeast the nutrition it needs to stay healthy under high-gravity and high-alcohol conditions. The combination helps Reaper ferment fast and steadily while keeping unwanted fermentation byproducts in check. A Clean Base You Can Actually Use. Reaper Isn’t Only for the Still. When paired with Slayer 800, Reaper can produce a clean, neutral base for cocktail-style builds, creating a crisp blank canvas that works well with citrus, botanicals, and flavor systems without bringing unwanted yeasty or funky character. For seltzer, Reaper is equally at home in high-gravity sugar ferments. Ferment clean, dilute down to your target hard seltzer strength, carbonate, and flavor. The same high-gravity capability that makes Reaper useful for distillation makes it possible to produce a clean base efficiently and take it in several different directions. Dosage: One 15-gram sachet treats approximately 5 gallons of wash. For larger volumes, use at a rate of 3 grams per gallon, rounding up to the next full sachet. For professional brewers, use at a rate of 90-130 grams per barrel, depending on wash temperature and gravity. Optimum Fermentation Temp: 75-85°F Flocculation: Medium to High Alcohol Tolerance: 20% ABV Attenuation: 78-93%

  • RipTide Pump V1.5 TC-European - 230V, Mag Drive, With Vent Barb and replaceable shaft RipTide Pump V1.5 TC-European - 230V, Mag Drive, With Vent Barb and replaceable shaft

    Blichmann RipTide™ Brewing Pump | Stainless Steel Head | 7 GPM | 1.5" T.C. Inlet/Outlet | 230V, 50 Hz

Imagine a brewing pump that eliminates cavitation, is easy to clean, has a built in valve, and is quiet. Introducing The RipTide pump from Blichmann, the first pump designed specifically for homebrewing. We love this brew pump. Like a brewer wired on coffee, let us rattle off some of our favorite features.  First, the pull style relief valve that allows air to exit the pump head so the impeller won't cavitate is a genius addition. Our next favorite feature is the bad-ass, built-in flow control valve so you don't have to add additional ball-valves. While we dont manually clean our pumps very often we like the idea that we can easily do that with the clover clamp style connection. That might be particularly important if you are transferring cool wort where extra sanitation might make a difference.  Equally cool is the noise, or lack thereof, when operating. It just wears on you to hear your pump grinding away all day. The RipTide pump isn't silent, but it is much quieter.  And to top it all off we like the mounting base and the extra long 3 m cord. 3 m gets the plug connection a few meters away from where we are brewing and less likely to be exposed to water - a simple upgrade that is really nice.  Oh, and we almost forgot the power switch which is always a nice feature on something electric!    All in all this is a no brainer upgrade for the difference in cost.   Features: Strong rare earth magnets and a curved blade impeller provide 22 L/M and up to 6.5M of pressure head! Tri-Clamp head disassembles easily for cleaning 1.5" tri-clamp inlet and outlet Motor is enclosed in a splash proof and super quiet case Rotatable stainless steel head Integrated air release vent allows you to easily prime the pump everytime without those frustrating air bubbles and cavitation Linear flow valve provided for excellent flow control Power switch on base 3 m long power cord with 230V plug Intended for European market users. This unit operates at 50 Hz frequency.

  • CellarScience - Dry Yeast - MUNICH - PLACEHOLDER CellarScience - Dry Yeast - MUNICH - PLACEHOLDER

CellarScince® MUNICH Dry Yeast | German Lager | Premium Beer Yeast

MUNICH delivers crisp, clean flavor with minimal ester production Recommended for Pilsner, Helles, Dunkel, Märzen, Bock Designed to be sprinkled directly onto the surface of your wort with no pre-oxygenation before pitching required Pressure-Tolerant: Ferments under pressure up to 12 PSI (0.8 bar) with clean results Ferment between 50-64°F A performance-selected isolate from a classic Weihenstephan lager strain, MUNICH is particularly well suited to malt-focused lager styles where fermentation character should remain restrained. Its softer, rounder profile allows malt character to remain prominent, with bread, cracker, toast, and other malt-derived flavors carrying through without the yeast competing for attention. Its attenuation profile helps preserve a slightly fuller, smoother presentation while maintaining a balanced lager finish. MUNICH excels at traditional cold fermentation, and it remains remarkably clean and stable when fermented warmer under pressure, allowing brewers to push temperature upward while maintaining restrained lager character. That wider fermentation range and pressure tolerance make it equally useful for traditional lager fermentation and more efficiency-driven production schedules. Crisp, clean flavor with minimal ester production Fermentation Range: 50–64°F (10–18°C) — clean even at the upper end Low to moderate sulfur production Recommended Styles: Pilsner, Helles, Dunkel, Märzen, Bock Pressure-Tolerant: Ferments under pressure up to 12 PSI (0.8 bar)  Direct Pitch: No rehydration needed Reliable & Consistent: Every batch undergoes PCR testing for quality assurance High Cell Count: 15g per sachet, 36% more than standard 11g dry yeast packs Dosage: One sachet is enough to treat a 5–6 gallon batch. When calculating for larger batches, use at a rate of 2–3 grams per gallon of wort. We recommend rounding up by one full sachet rather than measuring out the yeast exactly. For professional brewers, use at a rate of 90-170 grams per barrel, depending on wort temperature and gravity. Direct Pitch or Rehydrate: MUNICH yeast is designed to be sprinkled directly onto the surface of your wort with no oxygenation required in the initial fermentation. Our aerobic growth process makes this possible by creating dry yeast with high viability and high sterol levels. MUNICH yeast is pre-loaded with essential nutrients to ensure a successful, complete fermentation. While not required, some brewers prefer to rehydrate yeast. To hydrate yeast, first, sanitize the yeast brick and scissors. Use 10 grams of sterilized tap water between 85-95°F (29-35°C) mixed with 0.25 grams of FermStart per gram of yeast. Sprinkle yeast on the water. Allow the slurry to stand undisturbed for 20 minutes, then swirl. Use small amounts of wort to adjust to within 10°F (6°C) of wort temperature before pitching. Ferment between 50-64°F (10-18°C). Optimum Fermentation Temp: 50-64°F Flocculation: Medium to High Alcohol Tolerance: 10.5% ABV Attenuation: 75-80% CellarScience Yeast: For years liquid yeast has been sold as the higher quality option but times are changing. Yes, 20 years ago dry yeast was made by bread yeast producers and the quality was not as good as liquid yeast. CellarScience is helping to flip that script with a full lineup of high-quality dry yeasts. Cell count and viability is usually higher than commercial liquid yeast pitches, which vary from pouch to pouch and don't ship well. CellarScience yeast can be pitched directly in most batches of wort, offering significant time savings. Yeast that is quick and easy to use, high quality, and available at a reasonable cost adds up to a tremendous value. Quality yeast that doesn't "break the brink". CellarScience Nutrients: For high gravity ferments consider rehydrating yeast with CellarScience FermStart yeast hydration nutrient. For high gravity or low nutrient wort, feed your fermentation with CellarScience FermFed DAP Free complex yeast nutrient mix.

CellarScience® MATTERHORN Dry Yeast | Light Lager | Premium Beer Yeast

MATTERHORN is a top choice for everyday light lagers that define a brewery’s baseline Delivers crisp, well-attenuated beers with a minimal fermentation signature Designed to be sprinkled directly onto the surface of your wort with no pre-oxygenation before pitching required Ferment between 48-58°F MATTERHORN is a Swiss-origin lager strain particularly well suited to light lagers and other styles where clear malt and hop definition is important. Its fermentation character remains subtle, with a light floral quality that adds aromatic lift without competing with the malt or hops. Combined with its attenuation profile, MATTERHORN produces a firm, dry finish that keeps delicate malt character and hop bitterness clearly expressed. That makes MATTERHORN particularly useful for German or Czech-inspired Pilsners, everyday light lagers, modern hoppy lagers, and West Coast Lagers. It can also work well with richer wort grists when the goal is to maintain a dry, refreshing finish and prevent malt character from becoming overly heavy. Its consistent performance across its recommended temperature range provides the reliability and repeatability needed for both traditional and modern lager production.
