Who We Are
MoreFlavor! is the largest independently owned beer and wine making supplier in the world. Since 1995, we've helped home and pro brewers make over 45 million pints of beer and 140 million glasses of wine. We sell to hobbyists, homebrew shops, and professional breweries and wineries around the globe, shipping out of distribution centers on both the East and West coasts.
We're a small family business at heart, even as we grow — adding new physical stores, wholesale accounts, and brands along the way. Our hands-on founders still run the company day to day, and that same close-knit, customer-first attitude carries through everything we do.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for high-energy people who are excited about the beer and wine making industry. Being a current homebrewer or winemaker is a big plus, but it's not required — what matters is that you're eager to learn.
New team members go through our Learning Levels Program, where you actually brew your own beer, make your own wine, and roast your own coffee as you progress toward becoming an expert. Beyond that, you'll need a good attitude, basic computer skills, and the drive to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
