Airlock - 3 Piece
For both carboys and buckets. In our opinion 3 piece airlocks are superior to the triple ripple type in that they can be taken apart and cleaned. However we do sell the triple ripple type (FE371) in case you are use to that type and would like to stay with it. Please Note: Stopper Not Included.

Airlock - S-Shaped
An old traditional style of airlock that is still preferred by wine makers during an ML fermentation and for longer term aging. A 3 piece style airlock (FE370) is preferred for active primary fermentation of sugar because they can be easily cleaned when they get dirty. The S-Shaped is better for long term aging because the water in the airlock has less surface area and will not evaporate as quickly. They are preferred for ML fermentation because they will show positive pressure, an indication that your ML fermentation (which are very slow and hard to detect) is working. Universal Stopper With Hole
This stopper will fit a 2.8,3,5,6, or 6.5 gallon glass carboy (please note: Will Not Fit a Better Bottle Or Plastic Carboys). Will also fit our 500ml Erlenmyer flask. Made with a longer taper from a different material, this stopper does not pop out when wet. Extremely reliable, it is our stopper of choice for all applications involving these size carboys. Also will fit a 12 or 22 oz beer bottle when used upside down.

Blue Carboy Drainer
A great way to drain your carboys without having to hold them upside down the entire time. These will drain the carboy, although not as well as our BE450 due to how close the mouth of the carboy is to the ground. Note that a carboy can fall out of the stand if left unattended, so please be careful when using this product. Carboys will not fit in this drainer if a carboy handle is on the carboy.

The Carboy Cleaner makes cleaning carboys, including PET carboys, a breeze. Attach to a cordless drill, insert into your carboy, move up and down and let the Carboy Cleaner do the rest! Constructed of a stainless steel rod with two super absorbent, lint free, soft cleaning pads this product is designed to attach to a drill for high rpm use. High-strength, yet flexible plastic inserts inside the pads help keep the pads rigid during use. The FermWrap™ Heater | Fermentation Heater | 40 watts | 115V
Keep your yeast or ML happy and your ferment warm during those cold winter months with this flexible heater made by Fermentap. Using tape to adhere, this flexible heating wrap can be attached directly to your fermenter or can be used to heat the space in a box (or refrigerator) that the fermenter is in. Depending on your configuration and insulation, you can increase the temperature of your wine from 5-20 degrees Fahrenheit. If using carboy or bucket you can attach directly using tape (as seen in photo above.) We recommend electrical tape as it sticks and unsticks the easiest. Heating can be contolled by sticking either the entire wrap or a portion of the wrap to the fermenter. In an open evironment we see a heating differential between carboy and ambient of 10-15 degrees. This differential can be increased by using our carboy bag to insulate a carboy (this has been tested.) To decrease the temperature differential, stick only a portion of the heating wrap to the fermenter. For precise results, we recommend using our temp controller (FE610) and carboy thermowell (FE612) for the ultimate in fermentation temperature contol. For heating small stainless variable volume fermenters and barrels up to 30 gallons a single FermWrap! works great. For volumes of 60 gallons or more, we recommend using two or more FermWraps (we do this in our winery Olin Wines all the time!). Silicone Bung (Breathable) - PET Carboy (#10)
Fits PET Carboys. A breathable Silicone stopper that acts as both a stopper and an airlock. Unique design allows CO2 pressure to escape but keeps Oxygen and airborne contamination out. Quickly became our stopper of choice for wine. Used by numerous commercial wineries. Also has great application for beer ferments: Will create a vacuum if fermenting wort cools (as opposed to pulling water in from your traditional airlock.) Air tight seal is great for extended fermented lager when CO2 production is still present but very slight.

Rotating Spigot for Bucket (with Sediment Block)
As far as bucket spigots go, this is about as cool as you get. First, unlike many other designs, these spigots don't leak (bonus). Second it rotates even when sealed so it won't hit the table or floor (duh!). Third the outlet barb has two different diameters so that you can attach 3/8" or 1/2" tubing (thats cool). The interior nut on these spigots also have a unique design where the opening can be rotated up to effectively block sediment if used in a bucket for fermentation or can be rotated down when used in a bottling bucket (genius). These are also just beefier than other spigots on the market.
