After jumping around between this malt great western and briess I still prefer the flavor and easy brewing characteristics of Rahr malt. Great western seemed to make my beers taste thin and astringent and briess seemed ok but a little plain. It's also actually about the same price as the others because I got a bag malted in Alix Alberta. That makes it 25 kg which is about 55 lbs. Great deal on great malt!!

You simply cannot get a better deal on 2-Row compared to a 55 pound sack. Arrived well-packed stores well and you will go through this amount quickly.

Great product very consistant. Once you use it a few times its easy to know what to expect.

This is a great price and great deal on 2-Row. Its also some of the best 2-Row out there. Many professional brewers use in their craft breweries.

Like the guy on the phone said... "You know you want to roar like a dinosaur so just do it already!" Great base malt and worth the extra few bucks. There is a reason this is sold out so much.

This is my by far favorite base malt. Really get flavor and worth the extra cost over the domestic.
