Love it when it finally worked. Your instructions are very vague and should be available in written form not everyone is computer savvy. I had to look at other users reviews to find out you should use HOT water to clean and prepare the charcoal. After a bout of total frustration my wife researched and found this solution. You should edit this. Otherwise now it works great. It can very close to being returned.

Great carbon funnel but mine is leaking and it’s brand new. Will have to replace soon.

It works great. I'd def get the mounts.... I didn't and it was anpain to keep upright. The one piece of advice I wish they'd post was let HOT water sit in it for 5-10 minutes to clean the carbon. I flushed it 50 times and was still getting carbon out. One rinse with hot water and it's been clear ever since.
