I needed the quick disconnect to repair a 40 year old carpet shampoo machine due to lack of parts availability. It works perfect and is back into business. I bought two disconnects just in case I might need it again in the future. Oh and I had a beer after the repair. LOL

These are awesome for use on both gas and beer lines. I've had problems with gas-in poppets not sealing fully when the gas fitting is disconnected from the post causing CO2 leakage from the keg; now I leave the gas fitting on the keg with the other end of the gas tubing connected to the male part of this quick-connect fitting which solves the leakage problem and I can easily add gas (for serving or carbonating) any time I need. I also use them on beer lines with picnic taps.

Works great! Easy to switch to different kegs.

These work tremendously for quick CO2 disconnects! Not a fan of the winged clamps though.

Easy to use and reliable disconnect. I use it on my O2 line between the O2 cylinder and the wand with the O2 stone.

The quick disconnects are working great. I'm using it currently to connect my bottle filler. Will get more for other uses

I add and remove tanks from my gas line and these QDs make that feasible. I've tested these pressurized and they are air tight at least at the low pressures in my gas line.

It works like it’s supposed to work. I’m happy.

Great to use for pressurized transfers or on an o2 system

They may be great for CO2 but they clog easily for beer transfers.

haven't used it yet but it will come in handy for my next beer brewing

These work great I use them for beer and gas lines so that I can quickly change from Corney keg and commercial Sanke kegs and to quickly attach a beer gun for filling growlers. Most beer and gas lines seem to be 5/16 or 7/16 inner diameter not sure why they made these 1/4 you really have to crank down the hose clamps. But so far I don't have any that leak.

Great product wish it came in 3/8 though!

These quick disconnects work perfectly with my fermentation and brute tank temp control. I’m only able to chill one at a time but the QD makes it super easy to switch one to the other

These are great! They hold pressure when disconnected and make using one regulator for many functions easy.

I bought this for racking wine with a vacuum pump. It has such a small diameter it takes much too long to rack. It may work well with beer I cannot say.

These are great makes connections so easy!

Use this in my CO2 line to connect my Blichmann V2 Beer Gun. Works great. Use a "tee fitting" with the main line going to the keg and the tee going to the QD and the Blichmann.

I use these to connect/disconnect the glycol lines from my chiller to my fermenter. There is no leaking of glycol when I disconnect whikch is exactly what I want. The connect and disconnect easily and flawlessly. Excellent product.

These worked as advertised no leaks

I use these on my gas tubing lines. The first set I had were all plastic. These have plastic bodies but the quick disconnect lever on the female part is metal (probably aluminum). I believe that this will allow for longer wear.

Perfect for my refrigerator ice maker water feed. Now I can disconnect the refrigerator and clean under it. Also good for retrieving objects that rolled under. I recommend these be installed on all appliances that have a water line. So easy and convenient.

Great quick connect for CO2. I use this on my kegerator so I can easily pull the tank out without messing with the lines. Makes it easy to change out the tank.

Make connecting and disconnecting my beer lines easy-peasy. The shut-off works great. I have only used them a few times but hoping they remain durable.

Quality/Price is fantastic

I use these throughout my system on both CO2 and O2. Super easy to swap a CO2 tank from one purpose to another or if you have multiple CO2 tanks fit with these you can swap tanks more easily when one is empty. I've been using these for about 10 years with no leakage issues. The o-rings on the male fitting are small and can be fragile. A little keg lube can help with that and as with all things in the brewery have a couple of replacement rings on hand.

These are fantastic! They are used on a co2 line that goes between carbonating and a beer gun. Quick and easy holds the pressure of the co2 like a champ.
