I would have given this product five stars except for the fact that some sadistic engineer designed it so that the velcro closure is directly behind the pump/slight tube. A serious pain to install. It makes the cooker safe to touch during cooks and seems to speed up heating slightly. Great idea really poor design on the velcro location.

Not sure if I need it for what I use the Digiboil for but it is made well.

Works great. Really improved heat up and temperature retention. Smoothed out the mash up on the unit.

Nice fit. Definitely helps reduce boil start time and it lets you manipulate the Brewzilla without the potential of a burn.

Using the Neoprene Jacket dramatically saves time on a brew day and keeps the temperature more consistent during mash.

The jacket completely stabilized my mash temps it was amazing. It also reduced the time it took to get up to a boil. And it looks pretty sweet!!

I put it on the brewzillia I guess it helps never used it without but I would think it helps

The jacket helped keep a more consistent temperature. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is a very tight fit. It was very difficult to put it on.

Nice jacket aids in heat retention during then mash and improved boil. i.e. it retards heat loss from the BrewZilla. Its a tight fit and a little awkward to put on due to the velcro being under the recirculation pipe. but once you wrestle with that and get it on it stays and works like a charm.

Good insulation gets up to temp faster. A struggle to get on.

Works well to help maintain mash temps and also allow you to reach boil temps quickly. Gave only a 4 star as it’s darn near impossible to get the jacket to stretch enough to get the Velcro to secure it. I’ve only brewed one batch so far and just used two bungee cords wrapped around the kettle and jacket to hold it in place

Wrap that rascal with black goodness

A must have for the 110/120v version in my opinion to get a decent boil. It’s a tight fit but wrestle it a bit and it will go on. If you need an extension cord; make sure to get the shortest possible (eg: 6 ft) and thickest (eg: 12 awg) to avoid a voltage drop and thus slow boil.

This worked great it was always convertible to the touch even during the boil. I have not brewed without it so I don't know if it saved energy holding the mash at temp.

I have the 120Volt 9gal. USA version of the Brewzilla. I have used the kettle with and without the jacket and I must say that it is a worthy purchase. The Brewzilla will work as advertised without the jacket but the unit will come up to temp noticably quicker and hold temperature more steadily with the jacket in place. I brew indoors in cold country but in a heated environment and I still use it for every brew and I believe it improves my brewing experience. If you brew outdoors or in a cold environment then I think you would especially benefit from having this jacket adorn your kettle too. The fit seems tight but it is neoprene and it will stretch around the kettle with some effort. The jacket has stayed tight and great looking for 28 brews as of 10/2021 at about 5 months of age. I regularly clean it by wiping it down with a clean cloth after brewing and it still looks like brand new and does its job effectively. I have not removed it since I put it on. I think it is tight enough that no schmegma is going to slip behind it and contaminate its inner sanctum should an accidental wort splash occur. If you have the Brewzilla GET IT!

Helps immensely to keep and get to the mash temp and boil. I have both the 35L and the 65L variants.

I bought this for my 9gal klarstien hoping it would fit and it did. Took some stretching to get on there but it has stayed.

I bought this for my 220v system. It does a good job keeping the heat in on my system but feel it might be needed for the 110v system. I cant see for the life of me why did they put the seam behind the recirc pipe? It's a PITA getting it fastened directly behind the pipe! Other than that it's a good quality product and fits pretty good - although a little pricey!

Works great just like it said it would have used it twice now maintains the heat very well very happy

Fits well. Don't have a comparison of with vs without the sleeve but it at least is designed well for the unit unlike the sleeve for my KOMOS tower.

Works but not as easy to put on as it should be. They decided to put the velcro connection right near the recirculation pipe. Could have put it anywhere around the back or other side and it would work the same but no. Also very tight so you gotta stretch it to put it on. And I imagine stretching a material like neoprene reduces the insultation capability vs when it's in a relaxed state.

Not much to say. Works well. Lined up perfectly. Easy to install.
