I love Cascade for dry hopping whether solo or in a blend.Its easy to get distracted with newer supposedly more fashionable hop varieties but this one is a classic for good reason

I have been going to the growers for my hops. You have to buy a pound but if you find a hop you like to use it is a lot cheeper.

For that piney graprefruity west-coast style hop flavor Cascade is an absolute must.

Cascade hops are great for American ales. I use them in IPA pales barleywines etc. I've purchased several hop varieties from More Beer and the quality has always been top notch.

Brewing any American style beer you pretty much need Cascade. It is the cornerstone of great pale ales/ IPAs. Blend Cascde at a 2:1 ratio with the more distinctive varieties (Simcoe Amarillo Citra) to get a rounder more layered hop flavor aroma.

Favorite hop I put it in just about every beer I make. Great grapefruit flavors and a lil piney aroma.

cascade hops are some of the best out there. the smell is soo good if could i would make car air freshener with hop scents. ONE ONE STEAL MY IDEA! but morebeer in los altos always have these in stock. next beer is going to beer pure cascade.

Cascade hops are fantastic. MoreBeer's are always fresh and packaged quite well. I simply throw mine in the freezer until I am ready to use. Excellent results every time.
