Powdered Brewery Wash is a patented alkali cleaner originally developed for Coors. It is the premium method to safely clean your stainless steel pressurized growler without caustic chemicals or scrubbing and widely used in the brewing industry. Active ingredient in PBW is 30% Sodium Metasilicate and the rest composed primarily of percarbonate (Oxyclean) and sodium bicarbonate.
