Great stuff but 1/2 gal packaging would be awesome.

It would be nice to have smaller packaging (at a lower price point) since you dilute the PG with water and a gallon of 100% PG will give you many fills if you use a Brewbuilt Icemaster 2 glycol chiller and a Brewbuilt X2 jacket conical (I have a 14 gal model). That said the quality of the glycol appears excellent and provides the ability to chill the glycol/water mix to a low temp for cold-crashing at the end of fermentation.

        Works great. Shipping issues.

The glycol works perfectly in my IceMaster 100 glycol chiller. I'm able to chill to -2C without freezing or circulation problems. There were problems shipping the bottles though leading to multiple reshipments of the product until it finally arrived intact. I don't know why. Even when they (2 gallons) arrived one had leaked a small amount (2-4 ounces) but not enough to be a problem.

Is it important to monitor the pH of the Glycol in the reservoir? I have heard it should be between 8-10. If so are there products sold by Moreflavor! to raise the pH to this range?

What's the proper way to dispose of this product at the end of its life cycle?

        MoreWine

This is food grade and water safe..... the real question is when does glycol reach end of life? Typically it's a very long time maintenance would be more using a refractometer and ensuring the levels are still at the correct ratio. You'll need to top up water many times before you'll need to add or remove glycol. This is propylene Glycol that is used as a food additive it is not it's toxic car bound relative Ethylene Glycol which by the way can work but not recommended because of the afore mentioned toxicity and likely will void any warranty because after all toxic.
