I would definitely purchase the hazelnut flavoring again. I made a Chocolate Hazelnut Porter and WOW the flavors come through! I used half a bottle of hazelnut flavoring to 5 gallons of porter as it recommends in the description but the outside packaging it comes in says 1/4 to 1/2 a bottle. Start with a small amount a little goes a long way and you can always add more if needed.

Added it to a Nut Brown Ale. Half a bottle left it weak. Finally I added the entire bottle. WOW! what a taste.

These nut flavorings are nice to have available and are reliable. I use when either nut isn't available or I don't want all the problems of extracting the nut essence. Anyone having my Hazelnut Brown I add the nut flavoring at either kegging or bottling has raved about the beer.

I use half a bottle of this when making 5 gallons of my hazelnut brown ale. Feedback from others has always been very positive.

Just picked this up on my last visit to the Concord Showroom for a brown ale I am working on. Put a small amount in 5 gal and this stuff is potent and excellent quality! I've used other hazelnut flavorings and this is far superior. Going to be an impressive brew.
