So far so good. This bad boy is the bees knees we used it to transfer a mixed ferm that spent 19 months in the barrel straight to the keg. The ability to remove all the soft parts is monumental in keeping peace of mind between mixed ferm and regular batches.

great tool for low cost compared to other brands

I love this machine! However we had to do a lot of disassembly and cleaning of the machined threads to get it to work. They were completely frozen and galling up the works when we first tried to use the thing. They should have made a bit more space to slide the collar up for good access to the threads for cleaning. The nitrogen tube is too close to the collar. Also the silicone bung was dirty and had some marks on it like it has been used before. All that said it really has a nice quality look and feel. We were able to flush out the threaded areas with lots of cleaner and water and soap and now everything screws together nicely.

Simple and effective. Works as well or better than one we purchased for more $ from a different company.

The transfer tool works great. I made the mistake of adjusting the depth without unscrewing the nut and moving the o ring independently which destroyed the o ring. Replaced the o ring and it worked flawlessly. I would recommend including a back up o ring with the unit. I will definitely recommend this to others.

Awesome tool does exactly what they say it would do and is easy to use and clean. Highly recommend this for barrel transfer and anything else similar casks etc.

I liked the tool and it does the job. The gasket tended to work up in between the nut and the spin nut due to the gap being a little too large but overall the tool worked fine.

Just got this to the brewery and it appears to be a used item. There are barrel contact marks scuffs on the bung stopper and there is a bunch of black tar-like buildup on the set screw and threaded plate on the bottom the the racking cane. I can only assume this is schmutz from the bottom of someone else's barrel. We had to have this delivered to our US mailing address and import it into Canada so attempting to return this would be a logistical nightmare which would probably approach the cost of purchase. I guess we'll have to treat this as a worst case scenario and assume that it came into contact with wild yeast / bacteria. That being said the construction and quality seem very good. We have not actually put it into service yet but if the stopper grips and seals well it looks like it will do the intended job.

Very useful tool for filling and emptying barrels. Decent build construction and breaks down well for cleaning.

Recommend this product. Worked with no issues and look forward to using a lot more.

Arrived to the brewey FAST! Excellent build quality (as you would expect from these guys) and perfect operation. I tried this out on MoreBeer's reputation alone and it didn't disappoint.

I'm glad I got this but we get barrels from a variety of sources and some of them have openings that are smaller than the compression bung which makes this a lot less useful to us than I was hoping it would be.

I highly recommend this device for "pumping" wine from your barrels. It is simple to use minimizes oxygen exposure and is easy to clean up.
