        Quality Spice.

It adds a nice flavor to a wide variety of beers. I suggest crushing it in a coffee mill to a fine powder.

        PEPPERY

Great adjunct in some of my Belgian Style beers to add just enough peppery taste without overpowering the malt!

        I love this spice

Not as aggressive as black pepper but this gives a great peppery spice to Belgians and Saisons. I made a Delirium Tremens clone with Ginger Coriander and Paradise seed that was out of this world.
