Nice stir stick just wish the head was a little wider/larger other than that wires great!

I thought I needed it for LME kits (due to its flat surface unlike my spoon that came with my kit). However since buying this I have only purchased DME or All-grain. Not the paddle's fault. Study with a little flex.

I use this paddle for doughing into a 10-gallon Igloo cooler. I also use it for stirring boiling wort or whirlpooling chilled wort in a 15-gallon kettle. Works perfectly for both and is easy to clean and sanitize.

I was leery of this paddle for a long time but I finally decided to buy one and I was very surprised as to the quality. It is way better than the long handled white plastic wine spoon I was using. I will buy another one if it is ever necessary.
