Well you can keep your keg at 50-60 psi but depending on the size of your line (length and diameter) the pressure at the tap is always less. There are online resources to help calculate the pressure at the tap given some measurements from your setup but in general you won’t be serving very close to 50 psi at all likely much less or else the carbonated water would spray everywhere when you go to pour a glass! This is a pretty sturdy product and should be able to handle what you’re after

I have never dispensed a carbonated beverage at pressures anywhere near 50-60 PSI but I have hooked up a Pluto Gun to a garden hose to blast mud off of my truck. My water pressure is 54 PSI and it worked great. If you dispense carbonated beverages at this pressure please make a youtube video.

The are just for assembly the handle pulls out an internal plunger you can control flow based on how you squeeze the handle.

See link above for details. This is something I do each keg change or 3 months which ever comes first. You can add an inline quick disconnector just below the handle to make this easier.

Unscrew the nut on the back side remove the handle then unscrew the nylon nut holding the components in. It all disassembles very easily just note the order in which you took it apart. Then soak it in some PBW OxyClean or something similar. Rinse it clean and reassemble. Sounds like you have some sugar build up where it seals off on the front end; no big deal.

I only use mine for carbonated water and I’ve gone through three of these in about 2 years. Once they start leaking they are shot and I couldn’t find a way to repair it so I buy a new one. They are great until they aren’t.

I have 2 of them and have had them for a couple of years. I usually just push cleaner/sanitizer through them when I'm cleaning the keg. I haven't had any issues with them.

Everything they don't describe as steel is plastic. I have two of them. I consider them an upgrade to a picnic tap. They are very handy for pressure fermented beers when you cold crash and want to have a taste before you connect to the kegerator faucet. Sometimes we drain a fermzilla with these and never get around to putting it on tap. When I purchased these there was no rebuild kit available so I didn't invest in the stainless model. I have plastic ball lock disconnects and plastic tubing anyway so no big deal for me.

The rod and spring are stainless the rest is plastic or rubber o rings for sealing. I’ve used them for over 3 years and no problems.

The beer definitely comes in contact with the "plastic"; only the barb piston and spring are stainless. The barrel or nozzle end is all plastic. That being said it's not actually "plastic" it's Nylon. Nylon is BPA free and honestly the beer is only contacting it for a second while it flows through. I have both this version and the 100% Stainless Steel one. The nylon one is lighter and warmer in hand; the stainless one is MUCH heavier and very cold in hand since it stays in the fridge. They're both great and I can't really recommend one over the other because I like them both.

There is a stainless tube inside the plastic "barrel". Not that I've taken mine apart to see the inner workings but it appears to not come on contact with the plastic housing. This thing is amazing. Mine lives on my Fermzilla and it has never leaked.

Yes there is contact with plastic but it has not made a difference with beer flavor.

The beer does come into contact with the plastic. You can disassemble for cleaning.

The tubing is 3/16" ID for both the beer gun and ball lock connector.

Yes you can use the D1717A EVA barrier tubing but you still should use a hose clamp and D1717A tubing is a little on the stiff side compared to PVC beer lines. It is also more restrictive than 3/16 so take that into account when you figure out how long you need to cut it.

That looks to be the correct tubing (with appropriate adapter). I hoped to use it but I think I received a down rev. version on the pluto gun that had barbs and not a smooth Duotight fitting so I ended up using 10ft of ultra barrier Silver tubing TUB400.
