Most of the extract brews we make are American beers and the ultralight LME gives me great results every time. Always fresh!

I use this in all my lagers and some ales. Gives that old time authentic flavor. Get some.

A good light extract for when you light color or other grains to show up.

When I was brewing extract this worked well. I had one batch that wouldn't ferment out and one of the possible problems might have been the extract fermentability but I couldn't know for sure. That being said I brewed some beers that tasted excellent with this stuff.

this is the best and easiest malt extract for those that make bulk sterile jars of wort for quick and easy yeast starters.

This malt extract has been very useful in my partial mash home brews. The 4lb bag is a great size and the flavor goes well with your standard ales. I've used it in pale ales ambers and IPAs with great success. The soft packaging is also very user friendly.

im always looking to create a great tasting beer and that means only using the best products. so to have a fresh malt extract base is always a must and i have yet to get a bad batch ( unlike some discount brewing stores)

Morebeer's LME has always been fresh and makes great beer every time I want to go extract to save some time on brew day (or to boost my gravity on big beers). One star deduction for the packaging- the bag it is packaged in can be tricky to get every last bit out. I have found that pulling the bag out of the fridge at the start of brewday and placing it near the kettle to heat up gets the extract flowing and makes it much easier to get the most out of the bag.

I've had great success with MoreBeer's LME. Seems to be high quality. They have a great selection of sizes too.

I used this as my base for many batches (with lots of steeped or mini-mashed grains) before switching to all-grain. Light on colour light on flavour (please don't try to use it for a SMASH and expect much). I prefer these bags to the jugs as you can squeeze the air out of a partially-used bag for storage and avoid excess oxidation (less packaging for the landfills too!).

Works in any brew use steeping grains for full effect. Quick extract batches get the job done!

I don't brew outside much in the winter so it's usually extract on the stove for a couple of months. This is a nice very light extract that provides a good base for stovetop beers and doesn't impart too much flavor of its own -- I can trust my steeping grains to do most of the work. It's also an excellent price compared to my local shop.
