Imperial Yeast | A38 Juice Ale | Beer Yeast | Double Pitch | 200 Billion Cells
Juicy. Fruity. Juice is the go-to strain for hazy, juicy New England style IPAs. The ester profile of Juice brings out the aromas and flavors of the new school hops and creates a beer that is greater than the sum of its parts. Resulting in a beer that is at once round in mouthfeel but retains a nice sharp citrus edge. Keep an eye on this strain, it likes to move to the top of fermentation and will climb out the fermenter if too full. This strain has demonstrated the need for higher wort dissolved oxygen (DO) levels than most ale strains. Target 20-25 ppm DO or set the oxygen regulator flow to 50% higher than normal. Attenuation: 72-76% Flocculation: Medium Alcohol Tolerance: 10% ABV Optimum Fermentation Temp: 64-74°F Cell Count: 200 Billion Similar Strains: WLP095 Please Note: For best results we Always recommend ordering an Ice Pack with your liquid yeast. Ice Packs can be found below in the "You might Also Need" section. Please Note: When choosing an ice pack option beware that the liquid yeast will not arrive cold even when shipped together. Ice packs and insulated mailing options are designed to keep the yeast colder for longer during shipment, but they will not ensure that your yeast arrives cold. We will not replace liquid yeast that arrives warm. During warmer months we strongly recommend you choose dry yeast.

Perlick Beer Faucet 650SS With Flow Control
Due to high demand, this item is currently out of stock. Be the first to receive your items by placing a pre-order today. We will automatically ship this item to you when we receive more in mid October. The innovative forward sealing Perlick beer faucet now featuring flow control. Flow control can help reduce foaming issues no matter what beer line size or length you're using. Constructed of 304 stainless steel! More on Perlick's Forward Sealing Design The #1 feature of Perlick faucets are their forward sealing design. Why is that so important? In an ordinary, rear-sealing faucet, the entire faucet must drain out of beer. There is actually a pin hole in the back of an ordinary faucet that allows beer to drain out. Because beer drains from the entire faucet the faucet remains sticky and is prone to contamination from the left over residue. The Perlick faucet, with its forward sealing design, only has beer drain from the short 1" nozzle section. This allows it to always operate smoothly (even when it was not cleaned between uses) and greatly reduces contamination.

Rigid Plastic Joiner for Duotight Fittings | 8 mm
Creates perfectly straight, rigid joins with push-in fittings Simplifies connecting small accessories compared to using EVABarrier tubing 44mm length provides ample grip and easy disassembly, even after full insertion into two Duotight 8mm fittings This rigid joiner is made from strong polypropylene. It's useful to make rigid joins with push-in fittings that are dead straight. Although it's possible to make joins using short pieces of 8mm OD EVABarrier tubing, when mounting parts to a gas board or wall it will often make things much neater if you use these instead. The 44mm length is long enough so even after pushing right into two Duotight 8mm fittings on both ends, you should still have an exposed length of about 3mm so you can still easily take the fittings apart later. 8mm OD x 44mm L (5/16" x 1.7"). Available in singles or 10-packs. KegLand Part Number: KL18012

WilliamsWarn BrewBottler Counter Pressure Bottle Filler
The next generation WilliamsWarn® BrewBottler. This counter-pressure bottler allows you to bottle from a WilliamsWarn BrewMaster™, BrewKeg™ or Cornelius keg without losing any carbonation. The Bottler can accommodate bottles up to approximately 330mm (13 inches) in height and 150mm (5.9 inches) in diameter. This allows a variety of bottle types to be used, including bottle sizes up to 3L (101 fl.oz.) growlers. Once the two hoses (gas and beverage) are connected via the simple push-lock fittings on top of the valve, you just open the gas side for a few seconds to pressurize the bottle and remove air, close that and then open the beverage side to allow beverage to enter. The beverage fills against a back-pressure and so doesn't foam and doesn't lose any carbonation. Pressure release and therefore fill flow rate are controlled by how open the variable pressure valve is set. Check out the Instructional Video. A 500ml bottle (1 US pint) can be filled in 40 seconds and a BrewKeg10 can be emptied in about 14 minutes (filled into 20 bottles), to then be cleaned ready for the next brew. The bottles are ready to consume out of immediately, as the beer is already carbonated. Take them to a party to impress your buddies.
