    Grainfather G30³ | All Grain Brewing System | G30 V3 | Bluetooth Connected | 220V

PLEASE NOTE: The supplier of this product has temporarily halted shipments to addresses within the state of California. If you are a CA resident, please note your order will not be fulfilled and will ultimately be canceled. We hope to have this issue resolved with the supplier as soon as possible.   Compact and simple to use, with a small footprint for brewing indoors the Grainfather G30³ provides a home brewery system that with superior design, innovative features and the latest technology, allows you to brew professional quality craft beer at home. The Grainfather, is your all in one brewing system, to make beer from grain. The sleek look, user friendly, intuitive design, and innovative features, make this your perfect brewing companion for both experienced and beginner all grain brewers. It is made from high quality 304 grade stainless steel with a 8 Gal capacity, designed to make up to 6 Gal of beer from one brew. New Features: 1.) Auto Reset Switch Lifting and reaching underneath the boiler to reset your electric homebrewing system is now a thing of the past! The new auto reset switch avoids needing a physical, manual switch to reset the system; ensuring homebrewers can quickly and easily resume their brew day if an unexpected reset is required. 2.) Grain Basket Assembly The newly redesigned Perforated Edge Grain Basket on the G30³ features side wall perforations to improve wort flow and to prevent a stuck mash. In addition to the redesigned grain basket, the new Rolled Edge Mash Plate filters the wort efficiently without warping. The new rolled edges mean that there is no need for silicone seals, making the plates much easier to install, remove, and clean. The new grain basket and mash plate design means that there is no need for overflow pipework or a top plate, allowing for a hassle-free brew day. Same Great Features: Benefits of Electric Heating The Grainfather is electrically powered and designed to be used indoors. No need for burners, or hot plates, just plug in and go! It is fitted with a controlled heating element so that the correct power can be used depending on what stage of the brewing process you are at. A gentler heat is used at certain stages for accurate temperature control and to minimize the risk of scorching and after the mash it can also ramp up the heat quickly for when more vigorous heating is required. Heating from mash to boil takes as little as 20 minutes. Wireless Control for Heat, Power, and Pumping Use the Grainfather G30³ Control Box in conjunction with the Connect App and Grainfather Brewing Community for the ultimate brewing experience. Create your recipes on the Grainfather Brewing Community and then sync these recipes with the Connect app. The control box has Bluetooth connection to your mobile device so it can be controlled remotely. This allows you to multitask or simply relax while brewing and then be alerted when to return to your next step.  Features: PID algorithm works in conjunction with a TRIAC for more stable heating and so you can control power output Programmable step mashing Delayed heating - fill your Grainfather with water the night before and wake up to your water at strike temperature ready for brewing straight away Change between Celsius and Fahrenheit easily Waterproof graphic display Use in manual mode or with app Grainfather App: Ability to import recipes (Beer XML files) - NOTE: iOS9 and higher Set your own boil temperature (for different altitudes) Change between Celsius and Fahrenheit easily Grainfather calculators provided in app Create recipes on the Grainfather Brewing Community and then sync these with the Connect App to brew Powerful Magnetic Drive Pump A 6 Watt, 1,800 RPM magnetic powered pump has been fitted to recirculate the wort through the grain bed for maximum brewing efficiencies. This can also be used during the cooling stage to pump hot wort through the optional Counter Flow Wort Chiller. The pump also makes the cleaning process quick and easy by pumping the cleaning detergent through all the pipe work. The magnetic drive pump has been selected after rigorous testing of multiple pump styles to ensure it meets the tough demands required of continuous brewing. The pump is concealed by a stainless pump cover, which is easy to pop open, giving you direct access. A pump filter is fitted inside the Grainfather to prevent hops and stray grain from entering the pump or pipework, keeping the wort clear while also preventing any blockages.  Specifications: 304 Grade stainless steel body 220 - 240V 8 Gal Capacity Expandable grain basket to suit grain bills up to 20 lb A robust magnetic drive pump (6 watt, 1800 RPM) Tempered glass lid for maximum durability, heating efficiencies and visibility during your brew day

  • Brewtools - FCS Fermentation Starter Kit for Unitank

Brewtools | Fluid Control System | FCS Starter Kit for Unitank

Advanced Modular Control System: Designed for homebrewers and microbreweries, the Brewtools FCS brings industrial-level precision with features like temperature, pressure, and gravity monitoring for ultimate brewing control.   Comprehensive Starter Kit: Includes essential components such as FCS Display and I/O Modules, temperature and pressure sensors, and all necessary cables and adapters to start customizing your fluid control setup.   Automated Fermentation Profiles: Automate cooling, heating, and pressure management with software-driven profiles, simplifying complex processes while ensuring consistency in your brews.   Expandable & Customizable: Add solenoids, pumps, airlocks, and adapters to fit your specific brewing needs, compatible with both Brewtools and non-Brewtools tanks.   Constant Monitoring & Alerts: Early warning notifications for equipment issues like solenoid valves or heating elements ensure smooth operation and protect your brewing investment. An upgraded version of the FCS Starter Kit w/ Density Sensor is also available. FCS is a modular control system designed, developed and manufactured by Brewtools in Norway. The vision behind the system is to take industrial technology and make that available for microbreweries and homebrewers. Using the latest electronic component technology and clever software engineering, Brewtools is able to make features that used to be very expensive and complicated available for everyone. The system can measure temperature, pressure, density/gravity*, level* and power consumption and based on that — control cooling, heating, pressure/CO2 in, pressure/CO2 out, agitation*, automatic hop additions* under pressure and more! Fermentation profiles will automate the whole process and give you ultimate control of your fermentation process. (*Not available at first launch.) The system will also constantly monitor the process and notify you if something isn't right. For example, the system will measure the current draw of solenoid valves and heating elements, and will notify you if these components aren't working as they should. Please Note: The software is currently in a state of early adopter beta, and should not be used for critical production. Brewtools will continue to develop software and new sensors/actuators based on customer feedback and requests. If you cannot find a sensor or actuator that fits your setup, please reach out to us and let us know. Note that we do not take responsibility for any lost/destroyed beer or raw materials.   Brewtools FCS Starter Kit The Brewtools FCS Starter Kit includes all the essential parts to get you started setting up your own custom-designed Fluid Control System. FCS Display Module and FCS I/O Module with power supply 1 temperature sensor (TC 1.5" 160mm) 1 pressure sensor with gas out solenoid All cables and adapters needed (3m length) The kit does not include a valve/pump for cooling as these are tank dependent, and you may already have a solenoid for your existing glycol loop. For non-Brewtools tanks, you also may need an adapter and/or tee to connect the spunding valve/pressure sensor assembly. Accessories To complete your FCS kit setup, some accessories are needed. A solenoid for cooling (Ø4.5mm - 34mm or 1.5") with 2-pin LP12 cable and DIN43650 Type A adapter or a submersible pump (comes with cable). A ball clamp and a connecting rod. An airlock for the pressure out solenoid valve is recommended. For smaller tanks we recommend our polycarbonate airlock. For larger tanks (300l+) you should use a TC34mm to 12mm barb and a 10x16mm silicone tube or equivalent. Tri-Clamps and gaskets. Based on your tank and setup, you may need some extra tri-clamps or gaskets. For MiniUni+, you need to replace the Mini Spunding valve with an M24 to Tri Clamp adapter and a 90 degree TC34mm elbow to fit your spunding assembly (if you want to use our TC air lock. No need for elbow if you use tubing as airlock). Rembember clamps/gaskets. If you don't have a Brewtools Unitank, we recommend getting TC 1.5" to 34mm adapter for the spunding setup. You will also need a 34mm Tri-Clamp and 34mm gasket. Tees and crosses are also available in multiple sizes to give you more ports. Starter Kit Included Parts: FCS Display Module, 5" FCS I/O Module 2x RTD, 5x CAN, 4x Relay Power Supply, 24V 40W, LP12 2-pin Pressure Sensor, CAN BUS 24V, M12 Solenoid valve, TC34mm + M12, DC24V Ø2.0 Temp Sensor, PT1000, TC 1.5", 160mm Cable, LP12 6-pin, 3m Cable, LP12 5-pin, 3m Cable, LP12 3-pin, 3m Cable, LP12 2-pin, 3m Adapter, LP12 2-pin to DIN 43650 Type B Recommended Separate Parts: Solenoid valve for cooling with adapters/cables or submersible pump Ball Mount connector and pipe clamp etc. Airlock (Top mounted or barb with silicone tube) Adapters and fittings to fit your tank Brewtools Product Number: 7713567

  • Brewzilla - Gen 4 - Sight Glass Kit - Sight Glass Tube, Connection Kit, Graduation Sticker - PLACEHOLDER Brewzilla - Gen 4 - Sight Glass Kit - Sight Glass Tube, Connection Kit, Graduation Sticker - PLACEHOLDER

BrewZilla PPSU Sight Glass Upgrade Kit

Upgrade Gen 3 and Gen 4 BrewZillas with a clear sight glass to monitor volume levels throughout your brewing process Replaces the solid metal recirculation pipe so you can check volume levels even while the malt pipe is draining The PPSU sight glass now comes standard on Gen 4.1 BrewZillas *Requires measuring, cutting, and assembly* This upgrade kit is suitable for BrewZilla Gen 3 and Gen 4 breweries. This will enable you to see the liquid level through the incredibly strong and crack resistant PPSU sight glass. This can be quite handy when you're sparging to a known level as the malt pipe would normally be sitting on top of the halo ring making it difficult to see the liquid level from the indentation markings inside the BrewZilla. Assembly Required: You will also need plumbers tape or food grade Loctite for the female camlock x female 1/2" fitting that comes on the BrewZilla's recirculation arm. The BrewZilla's camlock fitting is reused in the assembly of the sight glass, do not dispose of it prematurely. Please note: This kit includes a one size fits all sight glass for multiple models and sizes. You will need to cut down the 39" PPSU tube to fit your specific model of BrewZilla depending on the length of the recirculation arm. We recommend purchasing the Pipe Cutter to cut the tube cleanly. See the video below showing you how to measure and install this on a BrewZilla. Includes: Brewzilla Sight Glass PPSU Tube - 39.3" (100cm) Sight Glass Connection Kit (Ball valve & Elbow) Sight Glass Graduation Sticker for 35L, 65L or 100L

  • Abstrax® Quantum Series | Hop Extract | Galaxy®

Derived from T-90 Galaxy® pellet hops to perfectly replicate the aroma profile while omitting undesirable compounds found in hop vegetal matter Flavor/Aroma: Tropical, Berry, Citrus The perfect hop: Using 100% hop-derived terpenes, Abstrax builds exact profiles to match the flavor and aroma of an exemplary lot of Galaxy® hops Consistent results every time. Eliminates the variance of using hops that may differ by age, crop year, storage conditions, growing region, processing method or farm Replace pellet hops: 5mL is equal to roughly 5.5 oz of pellet hops, while 1 oz of Quantum is equal to 2 lbs of pellet hops Galaxy® Quantum Brite The high-potency aromatics of this Australian hop are versatile, lush, and oh-so tropical. From IPAs and pale ales to saisons and fruit beers, Galaxy® delivers big flavors of musky passionfruit and citrusy key lime. Optimized Hop Extracts Compared to other hop-extracts, the Quantum Series tastes better, performs better, and is easier to use. It works with everything from Pils to Porters with no special handling required. Easily flowable at cool, ambient, and warm temperatures. Gone are the days of warming up your extract or scrubbing the sticky gunk out of your equipment. Compared to hops and pellets, the Quantum Series offers a 100% utilization rate and can be used at any stage of the brewing process. It cuts down on shipping and storage costs by an order of magnitude, not to mention the labor savings from not having to lug boxes around. Quantum Tastes Better The Quantum Series is an evolutionary leap forward in aroma and brewing technology. When you get down to it, nobody wants to use an extract product that makes their beer taste worse off. Extracts have taken a bad rap because they can often add more problems than they solve and, frankly, they don’t always taste the greatest. Abstrax gets it. That’s why, above all else, flavor and aroma come first with Quantum. Dosage Consider 1mL of Quantum Brite the flavor/aroma equivalent of 1 oz of T-90 pellet hops. Add after fermentation is complete, ideally at the coldest and latest point in your process, in your fermenter, keg, or bottling bucket. Or even add a drop or two to spike your finished beer in the glass. Features: 100% efficient flavor/aroma transfer Consistent from batch to batch No yield loss from absorption Quantum will not affect IBU test results and cannot cause lightstruck off-flavors Zero Undesirable Plant Compounds No Lipids No Chlorophyll Recommended storage: 40-90°F. Do not freeze. Galaxy® is a registered trademark owned by Hop Products Australia.

Derived from T-90 Nelson Sauvin™ pellet hops to perfectly replicate the aroma profile while omitting undesirable compounds found in hop vegetal matter Flavor/Aroma: Citrus, Tropical, Fruity The perfect hop: Using 100% hop-derived terpenes, Abstrax builds exact profiles to match the flavor and aroma of an exemplary lot of Nelson Sauvin™ hops Consistent results every time. Eliminates the variance of using hops that may differ by age, crop year, storage conditions, growing region, processing method or farm Replace pellet hops: 5mL is equal to roughly 5.5 oz of pellet hops, while 1 oz of Quantum is equal to 2 lbs of pellet hops Nelson Sauvin™ Quantum Brite Named for the Sauvignon Blanc grape, this triploid hop from New Zealand is sophisticated and tropical. Fruity and wine-like, Nelson Sauvin™ adds dimension to any brew with succulent notes of lychee, passionfruit, and citrus. Nelson Sauvin™ is a registered trademark owned by New Zealand Hops.
