ProRestart Uvaferm 43 Encapsulated Wine Yeast - (83 g) & 1 mesh bag
ProRestart and ProDessert contain yeast cells encapsulated within Alginate (natural polysaccharide extracted from seaweed) that are also acclimatized to alcohol and other harsh conditions. Unlike regular dry yeast, our encapsulated yeast are pre-conditioned to harsh conditions such as high sugars or high alcohol. They are a great choice for finishing stuck fermentations or fermenting dessert wines. To use, the beads are placed in a nylon bag and suspended in the ferment. The vast majority of the yeast stay trapped within the alginate beads. When they have completed their task, the bags are removed from the wine with few residual yeast cells from the culture being left behind. Though there may still be indigenous yeast present, use of the encapsulated yeast significantly reduces the amount of SO2, sorbate or tank chilling that are necessary to arrest fermentation. Sanitizable weights, such as stainless fittings or marbles, are placed in the bag to keep the bag submersed throughout the fermenation process. 83 Grams will treat 100L or 30 gallons of stuck wine. Works quickly due to preconditioning and direct addition into a stuck or sluggish fermentation. This is much, much easier than traditional restart methods. Decreases spoilage risks due to its rapid fermentative activity and helps avoid excessive SO2 additions. Decreases risks related to color loss from oxidation. Preserves the flavor of the wine due to rapid sugar consumption without volatile acidity increase or other spoilage problems. Use 83g per 30 gallons. Culture can be transferred to next barrel after first barrel is finished. Comes with nylon mesh bag and full set of instructions.

7 gal | Brew Bucket Classic | Ss Brewtech
Upgrade your home winery with an innovative, Stainless Steel, Brew Bucket™ Fermenter! You will enjoy many of the benefits of a stainless conical fermenter but at a fraction of the cost and you are going to love how easy it is to use! Made by Ss Brewing Technologies from polished 304 Stainless Steel, the Brew Bucket™ is not only functional it is downright beautiful. At MoreWine! we know winemaking equipment and we truly believe this is a piece of equipment you are going to enjoy using every season. While originally designed for Home Beermaking, the Brew Bucket has proven itself as a great addition to the home winery. Stainless Steel construction means easy cleaning and long lasting durability, while a tightly clamped gasketed lid means no oxygen permeation and premature spoilage of your wine. This is a great unit for small fermentations, test batches, and kit wines. The entire lid lifts off, making additions or stirring of must hassle-free. Cleaning is equally easy, as the stainless steel construction will resist tartaric buildup, and the wide opening allows for scrubbing if necessary. We inspected and used the Brew Bucket™ and one of the most unique features that stood out is that the Brew Bucket can be stacked during fermentation, even with an airlock attached. We also like the conical bottom that allows trub to settle out in a concentrated space that minimizes the surface area of the trub that is in contact with your beer. The included Patent Pending Rotating Racking Valve is also a brilliantly simple design allowing you to rotate the racking arm inside the Brew Bucket down during fermentation to minimize trub, and later up to get clear beer when racking! Etched Volume Markers on the inside were super handy when filling. The build quality is really amazing for the price. Welds are clean. The lid is strong and the spring loaded lid hatches are solid. The lid includes a removable, molded silicone gasket that ensures an airtight seal. We love an airtight seal so that we can be sure to see the airlock working. The welded on stainless handles make the BrewBucket super easy to move. Overall: Very functional, easy-to-use, will last a lifetime, and looks amazing. Lets make some wine! FerMonster 3 Gallon Ported Carboy With Spigot
Carboys are great, but they have some issues: They require funnels to get liquid in, and cleaning brushes to clean up after. They hold a decent volume, but all are a bit undersized for fermentation, and have no inherent measuring system. Glass Carboys are breakable, while plastic carboys scratch with the first brush cleaning. The Fermonster leaves all these problems behind. These Fermonster Plastic Carboy Fermenters are made from heavy PET plastic, the same used in 2 L soda bottles, which is nearly impermeable to oxygen penetration. The huge 4" opening makes filling a breeze, and cleanup is as easy as wiping down the inside. Glass carboys are fragile, and this is nothing like that. The hefty plastic construction will hold up to brew day abuse. These ported versions come with our plastic spigot (FE347), allowing for easy racking and sampling! These fermentors are completely air-tight; the bodies constructed of heavy, oxygen impervious P.E.T. plastic, and the lids sealed tight with an O-Ring. Additional O-Rings and Lids both with and without holes are available for purchase, see our You Might Also Need items below. Features: 4" inner diameter wide mouth carboy - easy to clean! Food grade PET plastic construction is nearly impermeable to oxygen penetration No hard to clean dimples or ribs Punted bottom O-Ring and Lid with one hole is included (Fits #10 Stopper) Additional O-Rings and Lids available Weight: 1.5 lbs Temperature Limit: 140° F Height: 14.6 inches Diameter: 9 inches Completely taste and odor free Perfect for Beer, Wine, Cider, Mead, Kombucha or any other fermented beverage! Thick walls for better oxygen barrier. Please note: the pictured #10 Stopper (FE470VS) and three piece airlock (FE370) are not included.

Microagglomerated corks are a great option for wineries looking for an easy to use TCA Free cork All natural cork is compressed using a food grade binding agent Easy application, elastic memory and an optimal seal 24mm X 44mm, #9 x 1.75" | Fits standard cork finish (neck) bottles Recommended aging time: Up to 3 years Molinas Cork has been sustainabily harvesting from the cork forests of Sardinia for over 100 years Bark is aged an additional year prior to harvest, leading to less porous, higher quality cork These microagglomerated corks are a simple and high quality option for sealing your wine. Through a proprietary process there is a removal of all TCA, which is responsible for "cork taint". Agglomerated corks are made from small cork pieces held together with a food grade binder. These corks are recommended for wines aged up to 3 years. The 22 mm diameter eases the corking process if using a hand corker. 24mm X 44mm, #9 x 1.75". Fits standard cork finish (neck) bottles. Italy produces more wine than any country in the world and Molinas is the largest Italian cork supplier with over 1 billion corks produced annually. Molinas Cork was started over 100 years ago by Pietro Molinas on the Italian island of Sardinia. Besides its beautiful beaches and designation as one of the world's five Blue Zones, Sardinia is known for its large, government protected Cork tree forests. Today, the 4th generation of the Molinas family sustainably harvests cork from these protected trees. Compared to most cork available in the market, the bark is allowed to mature an additional year. This leads to a less porous, higher quality cork, and has less impact on the forest. Throughout the entire process from tree to finished cork, quality control is strictly monitored. MoreFlavor! is proud to represent Molinas Cork in the USA. Bottle Sealing Wax - Burgundy Beads
Bottle Sealing Wax is a sealing wax for any type of wine, liquor or bottled liquid. In all applications, Bottle Sealing Wax provides a tough, moisture resistant coating, which preserves freshness, flavor and fragrance. Bottle Sealing Wax adheres on both natural and synthetic corks. It provides tamper evident protection for your product. Bottle Sealing Wax can be applied by capping the top of the recessed cork or by dipping the corked bottle into the wax. Wax beads are easier to measure and melt than wax blocks. Sold in 1 pound bags and 50 pound boxes. 1 pound will cover approximately 30 bottles, depending on usage. DIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: The wax should be melted in a double boiled or crock pot. Maintain wax temperature at 180°F to 190°F. The ideal temperature may vary, depending on ambient temperature and humidity as well as the temperature of the bottle and cork. Invert the bottle and carefully lower the cork end into the melted wax to the desired depth. Leave the top immersed for 10 to 15 seconds. Carefully lift bottle straight up and allow the excess wax to run off the inverted bottle top. When excess wax slows or stops, turn bottle upright and allow to cool.

Black Oxygen Absorbing Bottle Caps
These Oxygen Absorbing beer bottle caps have a special liner that absorbs oxygen in the bottle's head space. This helps reduce the oxidation that happens during the bottling process, keeps your home brewed beer tasting fresher, and can extend it's shelf life. Important to note: It is recommended that you only sanitize as many caps as you'll require at the time of bottling. The oxygen-absorbing agent is activated when the cap gets wet. If wetted caps are saved for later use, they'll still function as a normal cap, but the oxygen absorbing agent may be depleted.

Beer and Wine Plate Filter Kit
Most breweries and wineries use a large plate filter system to achieve clear product. Now you can do the same at home with two corny kegs. Our Beer and Wine Plate Filter Kit has a larger surface area, which means more yeast and particulate extraction than our cartridge filter, and comes with our plate filter, two disposable filter pads, tubing, flare fittings, and two flare beverage ball locks. Each filtering session requires two pads at a time, and each pad must be the same micron to work. The beer or wine is pushed out of the keg and into the housing at 5 PSI, where it passes on either side of the filter housing, then gets forced from the center through the pads, where it is then pushed out into your clean keg. The rough sides of both filters should be facing each other on the inside of the filter, so the smooth sides face outward. Each filter pad set is good for approximately 5 gallons of beer when the beer has been filtered by the previous size pads or you are starting with the rough filters. These pads are not designed to be back flushed and reused and should be used in one session.

Chilean Sauvignon Blanc Wine Making Kit - VineCo Original Series
From the French word sauvage, meaning “wild”, we get the name of this green-skinned grape. Aptly named, as vines of Sauvignon Blanc would grow ferociously if they were never inhibited by the business end of a pair of pruning shears. The flavors of the wine are just as unruly, ranging from acutely grassy to joyfully tropical. Grapes grown in cooler climates tend to produce more acidic wines with flavors of grass and green bell peppers with limited tropical or floral notes. Warmer climates can intensify the tropical fruit character as long as the grower is careful to not let the grapes over ripen on the vine. Sauvignon Blanc experiences little to no enhancement from ageing in the bottle and is almost always consumed young. Although known for its wide range of flavors, Sauvignon Blanc is widely known for having green flavors that are enjoyed by some and a complete turn off for others. Chile Sauvignon Blanc, however, has far less of these flavors and is more dominated by a citrusy character. More akin to the New Zealand style but slightly more understated, Sauv Blanc from Chile is distinguished by flavors of stone fruit, passion fruit, and lime. Our Chile Sauvignon Blanc is wonderfully herbaceous with overtones of stone fruit and tropical fruit. A dry sauv blanc with a light-medium body, absent of oak character, and an alcohol content of 12.5% by volume. The VineCo Original Sauvignon Blanc has one rule: consume young. With no benefits to aging, you should start enjoying this wine as soon as it’s ready. How you enjoy this wine is entirely up to you—it pairs so well with such a wide range of flavors that you can enjoy it with every course of the meal from appetizers to dessert. This versatility may explain why Sauvignon Blanc is one of the most popular options among the very short list of wines that pair well with sushi. Sauvignon Blanc, Chile Herbaceous, stone fruit, and tropical fruit Sweetness: Dry Oak: None Body: Light-Medium ABV: 12.5% Kit Volume: 8 L Approximate Yield: 23 L Ready to bottle in 4 weeks Bottle Labels sold separately

Italian Toscana Wine Making Kit - VineCo Signature Series™
Italian Toscana Blend will whisk you away to Italy in one sip; pack your passport for this vacation in a glass Order in pizza Napoletana and sit back with a generous pour of this incredible blend Flavors of blackberry, black currant, vanilla, and spice Full-bodied and dry, 14% ABV Whip up a batch in 30 mins or less! Yields 6 gallons (2 cases) of finished wine in 6-8 weeks Premium kit includes grape skins for an authentic wine making experience Bottle labels included for a professional finish What other locale would be more appropriate as the preeminent Italian wine region than that which birthed the Renaissance? Tuscany boasts a varied landscape of rolling hills and low mountains that create a myriad of mesoclimates for unique growing conditions as you travel from vineyard to vineyard. Although sangiovese is the most widely grown grape in this region, you’d be surprised at how much the characteristics fluctuate from one to another. Some of Italy’s most celebrated red wines come from Tuscany. Wine has strong ties to art and religion in this part of the world, and for local residents, it’s part of everyday life and near-unwaveringly present at the lunch and dinner table. Our Toscana features dark fruit flavors and aromas of blackberry and black currant, with hints of vanilla and spice, accentuated by velvety tannins and a round finish. This full bodied red has a distinct oak character and is exceedingly dry with an alcohol content of 14% by volume. The Signature Series™ Toscana is one of the most satisfying kits to make thanks to the inclusion of grape skins. You’ll mirror the professional vintner process of “punching the cap”, which makes your winemaking adventure even more hands on. VineCo’s jammy skin packs are much more expressive than dried grape skins, imparting more character from the grapes and boosting tannin structure in the finished wine. High quality oak cubes are used in the final aging process of the Toscana kit. One of the reasons oak has always been used to age wine is the slow release of delicious, complex compounds that complement the wines flavor. Oak cubes have more depth of flavor than chips or powder and slowly release compounds like furfural (sweet, caramel like), lignins (vanillin, spice, smoke), and lactones (classic oak flavor). The VineCo Signature Toscana is best enjoyed as a vacation in a glass. Ride a cruiser bike down to your local eatery and grab some tomato-based pasta or Neapolitan style pizza for takeout, then pedal back home to enjoy alongside a tall pour of this voluptuous Italian red. Toscana, Italy Blackberry, black currant, hints of vanilla and spice, velvety tannins Sweetness: Dry Oak: Heavy Body: Full ABV: 14% Kit Volume: 14 L Approximate Yield: 23 L Ready to bottle in 6-8 weeks Grape skins included Bottle labels included

Taprite Dual Gauge CO2 Regulator | High Performance Primary Regulator | 0-50 PSI Working Pressure | CGA320 Inlet | One Way Shutoff Valve | 5/16" Barb Outlet
The Taprite is our favorite dual-gauge regulator on the market. We've used them all and this unit represents the best quality at a great price. Key features are the easy hand adjusted pressure adjustment dial, barbed outlet, one way on/off valve, and built in tank connection gasket. Best of all is the consistent pressure regulation. With many regulators the pressure can 'creep' up over time. This unit is a rock. This is the T742HP model where the HP stands for high performance. Won't freeze up when multiple taps are running at once. The built-in gasket where the regulator connects to the CO2 tank, eliminates the constant replacement of fiber washers every time you change out your tank. The one way valve keeps beer from flowing back into the regulator when a keg happens to have more pressure than your regulator is pushing. Hand dial is easily turned to adjust pressure without the need for a screw driver. Optional available gauge cage is the best on the market. Low Pressure gauge reads from 0 to 60 psi. Built by Taprite, an American company. General Regulator Information A regulator controls the flow of CO2 gas that is under pressure. To ensure proper operation, please make sure that when in use your CO2 tank and regulator remain in an upright position. Do not physically modify the regulator in any way. Regulators work best at room temperature. If you use your regulator in the cold it will take up to 4 hours for the adjustment to register. For example: If you are at 10 PSI and you change the pressure to 12 PSI the regulator will move to 14 or 15 PSI over the next 4 hours. Once you have found the correct pressure the regulator will work perfectly fine but it will take some trial and error to get it adjusted. More Tips & Tricks: Are you out of CO2? When the needle reads half way in the red you are about 10% full. You should be able to push another 2-3gallons of beer when your at this amount of remaining gas. What is an ideal serving pressure? For most beers a pressure set at 10-12PSI is the sweet spot. Your beer has to be stored cold from 34-40F for this pressure to work properly. Is your beer serving a lot of foam? Don't panic this is not hard to fix. Your beer line must be 5-8 feet in length for this to work. Turn the black check valve to the close position (as pictured). Release the pressure from your keg's relief valve. Lower the pressure to 6-8psi by turning the flat head screw on the front of the regulator counter clock wise. Open the black check valve releasing CO2 to your keg. Try serving your beer. Is my beer over carbonated? Any beer that is stored under pressure above 12psi will become overcarbonated. If you're trying to speed up the process to carbonate your beer by raising your pressure anywhere from 15-20psi make sure you don't leave your beer at this pressure for more than 2-3 days. If you did this you will need to release all the pressure from the keg before serving and set your serving pressure at 4-6psi depending the carbonation of your beer. After a week you will have to raise your pressure back to the optimum 10-12psi serving pressure.

California Moscato Wine Making Kit - VineCo Original Series™
Any conversation regarding Moscato must first begin with Muscat, widely regarded as the oldest domesticated wine grape in human history. Muscat itself is not a single variety, but rather an extensive group of ancient grapes that have been growing all over the Mediterranean for millenia. Within the collective, you have some grapes that are genetically related and others that are not, but one distinct feature shared by every variety under the Muscat umbrella is the unmistakable, fruity aromatics. From there, Muscat can vary greatly in size, shape, and appearance, and are used to produce wines that run the gamut from sweet to dry or still to sparkling. Today, Muscat grapes can be found in virtually every corner of the world’s grape growing regions. Moscato, which is Italian for Muscat Blanc, is generally made to be sweet, light-bodied, and lower in alcohol. Our Californian Moscato packs a powerful fruit-forwardness with grapey flavors and notes of apple and citrus. A light-medium bodied example that is medium sweet with no oak presence. The most easy-drinking option with a laidback alcohol level of 8.7% by volume. The VineCo Original Moscato is easily enjoyed during brunch or dessert, and—if you enjoy the sweeter things in life—perhaps everywhere in between. Whether you’re lying back on a picnic blanket with a blue sky above you and a cheeseboard beside you, or you’re snuggled up on the couch with one eye on the television and the other on a souffle bowl of cobbler, an uncorked bottle of Moscato will never be out of place. California Merlot Wine Making Kit - VineCo Signature Series™
Californian Merlot is a welcome pour whether it's at the dinner table or the picnic table Pair with a basket full of charcuterie fare or burgers hot off the grill Flavors of fruit, baking spices, floral, and chocolate Full-bodied and dry, 14% ABV Whip up a batch in 30 mins or less! Yields 6 gallons (2 cases) of finished wine in 6-8 weeks Premium kit includes grape skins for an authentic wine making experience Bottle labels included for a professional finish Merlot is extraordinary in its flexibility, able to be paired with many different grapes to create magnificent blends, but easily stands on its own in varietal wines. Sometimes mistaken for Cabernet Sauvignon in blind tastings, the two grapes are both descendents of Cabernet Franc and can display similar flavors and textures, although Merlot is known for being softer and less tannic. Aromas and flavors include blackberry, cassis, baked cherries, dark chocolate and mocha, among others. Merlot ranks as the second most-widely grown grape in the world, but reigns supreme in the Médoc district of Bordeaux. California-grown Merlot grapes produce what is known as “Warm-Climate Merlot”, which is the category that Merlot grown in Australia and Argentina also fall under. These grapes tend to be heavier on the fruit notes and lighter in body. Due to the lower tannin levels and softer finish, some vitners employ a longer oak-aging process to give the wine more structure. Our California Merlot is a full-bodied red with big fruit flavors with hints of rich baking spices and purple floral notes. On the higher end in regards to alcohol content at 14%, this wine has a dry chocolate finish with a moderate oak character. The Signature Series™ Merlot is one of the most satisfying kits to make thanks to the inclusion of grape skins. You’ll mirror the professional vintner process of “punching the cap”, which makes your winemaking adventure even more hands on. VineCo’s jammy skin packs are much more expressive than dried grape skins, imparting more character from the grapes and boosting tannin structure in the finished wine. High quality American oak cubes are used in the final aging process of the California Merlot kit. American oak in particular is known to deliver aromatic sweetness, vanillin, and classic oak flavor. The VineCo Signature Merlot is not to be sequestered to the dinner table. This is a wine you want to pack up and take with you on a picnic. Enjoy with the sun overhead, a light breeze at your back, and a charcuterie board within arm’s reach. At supper time, you may find Merlot to be the perfect compliment to grilled beef burgers or a freshly chopped Caesar salad. White Oxygen Absorbing Bottle Caps

The Temperature Tamer
The Temperature Tamer hangs from the side of a bin or tank and has a built-in temperature controller that monitors the temperature and controls a solenoid valve, allowing coolant or heated water to enter a snake, plate or jacket to maintain your ideal temperature. Theoretically you could be maintaining the temperature of a red wine ferment at 77F in one tank while you cold stabilized a white wine at 30F in the next. The built-in Ranco controller allows for heating or cooling, has a temperature range of -30 to 220F, and will maintain the temperature in a ferment or tank within one degree of your set point. The controller opens and closes the built in electronic solenoid valve to start or stop the flow of coolant. The included thermal sensor can be placed into a thermowell mounted onto a tank or a floating thermowell used with a Macrobin. The unit comes equipped with 1/2" barb outlets for the glycol system, however you can remove those and attach anything you'd like to the 1/2" FPT behind them. We generally like to use Quick Disconnects in these systems, please contact us if you need assistance setting this up properly. An example set-up for cooling macro bins: Using one of our glycol systems run an outgoing and incoming loop of 1/2" line that is always recirculating cold glycol. Wherever you have a bin that needs cooling, tee your Temperature Tamer input into the line coming from your chiller, connect a hose from the Tamer's outlet to the inlet side of your cooling plate, and tee a hose from the cooling plate's outlet into the return line going back to the chiller.

Erlenmeyer Flask (2000 ml)
The perfect container for rehydrating yeast or mixing up additions. Erlenmeyer flasks allow you to swirl your yeast or acid, tannins, nutrients, etc. into solution. The clear glass allows you to see when the solution is fully mixed. In the lab world, these are known as "Student Grade" Made from Borosilicate glass, it can be rapidly heated or cooled without the risk of cracking. Recommended Process for Use of Flask: Double Boiler Method It is important for your safety to heat water in the flask with a heat source that distributes heat evenly. Our manufacturer has confirmed that direct heat to the glass can break down its integrity and break if the heat source doesn't distribute evenly. Morebeer! recommends using the "double boiler method." This process involves using a boiling water bath on the outside of the flask to heat up the water inside the flask. All you need is a kettle 3 gallons or larger. This process is much safer and efficient. If the flask should break or boil over, your kettle will be there to collect the contents, thus keeping your stove clean and keeping you away from potential harm. California Zinfandel Wine Making Kit - VineCo Signature Series™
Californian Zinfandel will never be found out of place; enjoy its tasteful flexibility that can adapt to any scenario Whether with a cheese board or a thick cut of ribeye, this wine is the perfect companion Flavors of strawberry jam, ripe berries, allspice, and mocha Full-bodied and dry, 14% ABV Whip up a batch in 30 mins or less! Yields 6 gallons (2 cases) of finished wine in 6-8 weeks Premium kit includes grape skins for an authentic wine making experience Bottle labels included for a professional finish There may be no grape in the world that goes by as many different names. Tribidrag in the Dalmatia region of Croatia. Primitivo in the heel of Italy’s boot, Apulia. Or simply, Zinfandel, as it is known in California where you will find most of the world’s plantings. And as befitting for a grape with so many known aliases, Zinfandel is something of a shapeshifter, employed to make wines ranging from hearty, rustic red wines to light, sweet rosés and countless variations in between. Known as one of the “founder varieties”, it can be traced as far back as 6000 BCE where it was first domesticated in the Caucasus region between the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea. Today, it is the second most widely grown grape in California, where Zinfandel vines can be found that are well over a hundred years old and still thriving. These grapes produce a soft textured, dry red wine that is packed with flavors and aromas of jammy fruit and berry. Our California Zinfandel is smooth and full bodied with a light oak character. Aromatic with flavors of strawberry jam and ripe berries, with notes of allspice and mocha on the finish. A dry red wine with a robust alcohol content of 14% by volume. The Signature Series™ Zinfandel is one of the most satisfying kits to make thanks to the inclusion of grape skins. You’ll mirror the professional vintner process of “punching the cap”, which makes your winemaking adventure even more hands on. VineCo’s jammy skin packs are much more expressive than dried grape skins, imparting more character from the grapes and boosting tannin structure in the finished wine. High quality American oak cubes are used in the production of the California Zinfandel kit. American oak in particular is known to deliver aromatic sweetness, vanillin, and the classic oak flavor that can be found in many California Zins. The VineCo Signature Zinfandel is as much of a chameleon as the grape itself, appropriately poured alongside a variety of dishes and suitable for countless social situations. It may be the first bottle you open with an appetizer of assorted rich cheeses. Or it may be just the thing to compliment a rack of lamb or char broiled ribeye. Nobody puts Zinfandel in a corner.
