Deluxe Counter Pressure Bottle Filler
We think our Counter Pressure Filler is the best on the market and the Deluxe Counter Pressure Filler takes a proven design to the next level by adding a pressure gauge for monitoring bottle pressure and flared connections for easy cleaning. The gauge allows you to know the pressure in your bottle, an incredibly handy feature. The flared connections allow for easy cleaning as you can connect on or disconnect your lines in a matter of seconds. Traditionally these lines can be difficult to sanitize because they were permanently connected with hose clamps. Flush and fill from the bottom of the bottle with an all-stainless filler! Our new design on counter pressure filling features a special valve on top that allows CO2 or beer to flow down the same stainless tube, directly to the bottom of the bottle. The result is a more effective purging of oxygen and fresher tasting beer. The valve has three positions, off, beer and CO2. The unit is inserted into the bottle in the off position. The valve is then turned to CO2 to flush the bottle and then to beer for filling. The adjustable pressure relief on the side of the unit allows you control the speed of fill by adjusting the pressure in the bottle. The valve is positioned in such a way that it is easy to use with one hand, while the other holds the bottle. This model is designed for 12oz bottles but can easily be extended to accommodate larger bottles, such as 22oz, with a small piece of 1/4" tubing. Still has all the great features of our Original: All Stainless Construction (except for a brass backing on the pressure gauge) A true Counter Pressure Filler (for less foaming) Easy to use Stainless 3-way ball valve on top Adjustable Stainless pressure release on side Flushes bottle from the bottom not the top Beer barb is 1/4". Gas barb is 5/16".

Silver Oxygen Absorbing Bottle Caps
These Oxygen Absorbing beer bottle caps have a special liner that absorbs oxygen in the bottle's head space. This helps reduce the oxidation that happens during the bottling process, keeps your home brewed beer tasting fresher, and can extend it's shelf life. Important to note: It is recommended that you only sanitize as many caps as you'll require at the time of bottling. The oxygen-absorbing agent is activated when the cap gets wet. If wetted caps are saved for later use, they'll still function as a normal cap, but the oxygen absorbing agent may be depleted.

Chilean Malbec Wine Making Kit - VineCo Original Series™
Malbec traces its origins, like so many others, to the Bordeaux region of France, where it descended from two enigmatic French grapes—Magdeleine Noire des Charentes and Prunelard. It is one of the five red grapes that can be blended to produce red Bordeaux, but in modern times it’s percentage in the blend has significantly decreased and sometimes commonly omitted entirely. This is due to the vine’s sensitivity to frost, which is not ideal in Bordeaux’s maritime climate. In its native region, Malbec plantings have been steadily declining for some time now. Varietal Malbec is celebrated for its soft mouthfeel, rich plum and earthy flavors, and alluring inky, dark color. Seeing the success of Malbec in neighboring Argentina long ago inspired the winemakers in Chile to plant their own vines. Cuttings were brought over from France in the early 1900s and first planted in Chile’s central valley. Initially, the Malbec produced in Chile was considered to be poor quality, as bulk production was the focus rather than a refined process technique. Over the last several decades, however, Chilean Malbec has come into its own, and is now considered an exquisite alternative to the more dominant Argentine varietal. Rather than the concentrated, fleshy character seen from Argentina, Chilean Malbec tends to be lighter and fresher, with higher acidity and floral expression. Our Chile Malbec is characterized by dark fruit flavors of blackberry and black cherry supported by a moderate oak presence. A dry red wine sporting a medium-full body and conspicuous alcohol level of 13% by volume. The Malbec wine kit includes medium toast American oak chips. Medium toast oak is the most popular toast level used in red wines as it imparts a complex balance of vanillin and spice. The VineCo Estate Malbec should be the first thing you grab when the flames on the grill go out. This full-bodied wine is the perfect companion for lean red meat, pork, or dark meat poultry. When you cut into that juicy filet, what better reward for a medium-rare job done well than a not-so-medium pour of Malbec? When you bring the glass up for a sip, the deep inky appearance may fool you into thinking your sunglasses are still on. Sitting back to admire the dark abyss held within your stemware may reveal your future. Hint: it’s probably another glass (or another bottle) of heavenly Malbec. Malbec, Chile Blackberry, black cherry, and oak Sweetness: Dry Oak: Medium Body: Medium-Full ABV: 13% Kit Volume: 8 L Approximate Yield: 23 L Ready to bottle in 4 weeks Bottle Labels sold separately

Bottle Sealing Wax - Black Beads
Bottle Sealing Wax is a sealing wax for any type of wine, liquor or bottled liquid. In all applications, Bottle Sealing Wax provides a tough, moisture resistant coating, which preserves freshness, flavor and fragrance. Bottle Sealing Wax adheres on both natural and synthetic corks. It provides tamper evident protection for your product. Bottle Sealing Wax can be applied by capping the top of the recessed cork or by dipping the corked bottle into the wax. Wax beads are easier to measure and melt than wax blocks. Sold in 1 pound bags and 50 pound boxes. 1 pound will cover approximately 30 bottles, depending on usage. DIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: The wax should be melted in a double boiled or crock pot. Maintain wax temperature at 180°F to 190°F. The ideal temperature may vary, depending on ambient temperature and humidity as well as the temperature of the bottle and cork. Invert the bottle and carefully lower the cork end into the melted wax to the desired depth. Leave the top immersed for 10 to 15 seconds. Carefully lift bottle straight up and allow the excess wax to run off the inverted bottle top. When excess wax slows or stops, turn bottle upright and allow to cool.

LinkTech High Temp Plastic Female Quick Disconnect (QD) | 1/2" Barb W/ Shutoff Valve
The LinkTech 60PS Series is a lineup of premium plastic Quick Disconnects. These High Quality QDs are made from medical grade polypropylene, a high-strength plastic that is temperature tolerant 160° (Max!), and can handle pressure ranging from a vacuum to 60 psi. All of the 60PS Series will interconnect, and these units will also work seamlessly (and leaklessly!) with CPC Quick Disconnects of the same internal 3/8” flow path. O-rings are a EPDM Rubber, and internal valve springs are constructed from 316 Stainless steel. This is a Female Socket, which can connect to any H501 Series Male Plug. It has a 1/2" Hose Barb on the other end for attaching any 1/2" ID tubing. This QD is equipped with a shutoff valve. When not connected to another QD, this will not allow any flow. While not quite as bulletproof as our Stainless Steel Quick Disconnects, this lineup does offer a few advantages. These can be set up with Shutoffs, which will prevent flow when disconnected, and can be incredibly useful on Pump or Glycol systems. The pricing of these products is more economical, yet the plastic is still medical grade. All in all, these are a premium lineup of quick disconnects with great features and lots of options. Features: LinkTech brand 60PS Series Equipped with Shutoff Valve Connections: Female Socket Quick Disconnect 1/2" Barb Medical Grade Materials: Body: High-Strength Polypropylene Spring: 316 Stainless Steel O-Ring: EPDM Operating Pressure: Vacuum to 60 PSI Temperature Tolerance: -40 to 280°F (-40 to 138°C) 3/8" Flow Path Interchangeable with CPC - Colder HFC35 Series

Inert Gas System for Variable Volume Tanks
Protect your wine from oxidation! If you store wine in a variable volume tank in an environment that is not perfectly temperature controlled and the temperature drops, the wine in the tank will contract. As the wine contracts it creates a vacuum and pulls air into the tank. Even in a temperature controlled environment sampling will pull in small amounts of air. The traditional airlocks used in variable volume lids allow air to enter. If air does not enter the tank through the airlock (say if you had a solid stopper in place of the airlock), the internal vacuum pulls on the entire lid, which often causes a gasket failure. The solution is to replace your airlock with our MoreWine Inert Gas Bleeder. What's Included Our system comes with a tank lid connection, and diaphragm bleeder regulator. Not included is the stainless variable volume tank, high-pressure gas tank, regulator, or tubing to connect to a high-pressure regulator. How to Use As you can see in the picture, the traditional white airlock (on Italian Tanks) or the black screw plastic screw fitting (on our Speidel tanks) is replaced with our white tank connection fitting. The Diaphragm Bleeder Regulator allows for inert gas to be pulled through a one way valve on demand without putting actual pressure on the tank. If the temperature increase and the wine expands the excess pressure also vents out of this Bleeder Regulator. If you plan to use Variable Volume tanks for long term storage we strongly recommend these systems as a safety guard against oxidation. Tips: The correct pressure to set the tank regulator to for use with the WE399 is 2-5 psi. The bleeder valve that is part of this kit has an auto blow off at 10 psi, so having the regulator any higher than that will cause the bleeder valve to vent to the atmosphere and thus drain your gas tank. Note: The inlet is noted with a molded text "CO2" next to the barb fitting.

CellarScience® BUBBLY Dry Wine Yeast | Premium Wine Yeast
Really strong and fast fermentations Best strain to ferment out in touch conditions One of the most popular, classic Champagne strains Low nutrient requrements The classic Champagne yeast. With a fast fermentation rate, high alcohol tolerance, and low nutritional requirment it is one of the easiest yeasts to ferment. Allows varietal character to shine through while accentuating stone fruit and citrus. Able to ferment under higher pressures. Does not ferment Malic acid so natrually produces fresh wines with crisp acidity. This makes it a classic choice for fruit wines, meads and ciders. Top choice for doing secondary fermenation in the bottle for natural carbonation. One of the most popular yeast strains in the world. Can handle lower fermentation temperatures. Start Time: Fast Alcohol tolerance: 15% Nitrogen Demand: low Yan Requirement @ 23 Brix: 220 ppm Production of volatile acidity: Low Production of SO2: Low Ease to Ferment with MLF: Good Yeast type: Bayanus Killer Factor: Neutral Optimal Fermentation Temp: 45–90°F Proper yeast hydration helps ensure a healthy fermentation. For every gram of yeast, mix .25 g of FermStart yeast nutrient with 25 ml of sterilized tap water between 104–106°F/40–41°C. When water reaches 104°F/40°C, sprinkle yeast into water and stir gently. Allow the slurry to stand undisturbed for 15 minutes and then stir again. For every gram of yeast used add 25 ml of clean must to the yeast slurry and let stand 15–20 minutes. If necessary, use additional must to adjust yeast slurry to within 18°F of must temp before pitching. For a complete nutrient schedule sufficient for most fermentations, add 1.5 g of FermFed DAP Free per gallon of must at the first sign of fermentation and 1 g of FermFed per gallon of must after 1/3 sugar depletion. Bottle Capper - Emily
This capper is made by Ferrari of Italy and is the classic, smooth operating, easy to use hand capper. It is made from self-lubricating Nylon and is suprisingly strong. The unique patented design has a gear driven head that makes capping a breeze since less overall force is required. Many brewers like this model for several reasons. It is lighter than normal metal cappers. It has wider handles making it easier to operate. A built in spring allows the capping mechanism to automatically retract when capping is completed. The built in magnet allows the cap to be positioned in the capping head and then applied to the bottle rather applying the cap on top of the bottle first. Overall less forced is required. This is made in Italy and not in China like some other red models sold on the market. We tested the Chinese models and be aware they break more often. Set up to cap Standard Beer Bottles (26 mm), it can also cap wider Champagne or Belgian Bottles (29 mm) by reversing the metal jaws.

The New EasyDens by Anton Paar
The EasyDens from Anton Paar was developed as a digital gravity/alcohol tester for small commercial breweries, but this product is just as useful in the winemaking process—from measuring and tracking the sugar content of grapes in the field to measuring alcohol levels at the end of fermentation. With only a small sample being needed, the EasyDens eliminates the need to fill up a hydrometer jar or using a refractometer and spread sheet to determine your test results. A tiny 2 ml sample is all that you need for an accurate Brix reading. Alcohol % can also be tracked at any point during fermentation. The unit hooks up to your smartphone via Bluetooth and stores various fermentation "profiles" enabling you to track fermentation progress, alcohol levels, and help know when it's time to bottle your wine! Brix Measurements Range: -10 °Brix to 80 °Brix Accuracy: 0.3 °Brix Resolution: 0.1 °Brix In order to get accurate measurements, please note your sample will need to have the solids filtered out and degassed prior to taking measurements. CellarScience® CellarTan F | Fermentation Tannin Blend | Stabilizes Color | Softens Tannin Profile
Add to Red Wine Fermentation on the skin Binds with anthocyanins and stabilizes color Improves mouthfeel and body Mix of both ellagic and proanthocyanidin tannins CellarTan F is designed to be added to red wine fermentations where it binds color, improves body and mouthfeel, and softens the overall tannin profile. Used during the early stages of fermentation when anthocyanins are being released from the grape skin in the presence of alcohol and need to be stabilized for long term color retention. CellarTan F is a combination of ellagic tannins and proanthocyanidin tannins. Ellagic tannins are hydrolysable oak tannins that break down in wine. They react with grape skin derived phenolics to form flavono-ellagitannins which are hybrid compounds that play a key role in color stability while also softening the mouthfeel of your wine. Ellagic tannins also have potent antioxidant properties that reduce the need for SO2. Proanthocyanidin tannins, or condensed tannins, also contribute to color stability, taste, and mouthfeel. Through polymerization, anthocyanins cap the end of tannin chains to form stable color throughout the life of your wine. They also increase the body and structure of wine. Use: Dissolve 0.2 to 2 g per gallon (0.05 to 0.5 g per liter) in juice or water. Add to must at least 30 min after any SO2 addition and mix well. If you are unsure where to start within the suggested range, we recommend a dosage of 1 g per gallon (0.25 per liter) and adjust as desired on future fermentations.

Lallemand | LalBrew® Voss Kveik Ale Yeast | Dry Beer Yeast
Kveik is a Norwegian word meaning yeast. In the Norwegian farmhouse tradition, kveik was preserved by drying and passed from generation to generation. Kveik is the original, traditional dried yeast! The LalBrew Voss strain was obtained from Sigmund Gjernes (Voss, Norway), who has maintained this culture using traditional methods since the 1980s and generously shared it with the wider brewing community. LalBrew Voss supports a wide range of fermentation temperatures between 25-40°C (77-104°F) with a very high optimal range of 35-40°C (95-104°F). Very fast fermentations are achieved within the optimal temperature range with full attenuation typically achieved within 2-3 days. The flavor profile is consistent across the entire temperature range: neutral with subtle fruity notes of orange and citrus. Flocculation is very high producing clear beers without filtration or use of process aids. Beer Styles: Norwegian farmhouse ales, neutral ales Aroma: Relatively neutral at high temps, slight orange and citrus notes Attenutation: Medium to High Fermentation Range: 77-104°F (Optimal: 95-104°F) Flocculation: Very High Alcohol Tolerance: 12% ABV

Corks - 1 3/4 Inch Grade 1 (1000ct)
Superior cork quality for those needing a little extra confidence for longer ageing! A standard length and diameter single punch cork in a high quality grading at a reasonable price. Corks are typically graded on a scale of 1-10, 1 being the best score, based on the degree of porousness that the actual punch of cork exhibits. Cork trees that show a higher population of worms or fungi tend to yield cork crops which are more porous. As a result, this bag of corks is of generally higher quality and has less variation between the highest and lowest quality cork in the package. These corks are harvested and punched in Portugal, like the majority of the rest of the corks available today. They are processed, sorted, prepped and packaged here in Northern California.

CoolBot Pro Walk-In Cooler Controller | WiFi Enabled | DIY Indoor Cooler | Fermentation Locker | Keg Storage | Wine Cellar
The CoolBot Pro brings you all the great features of the standard CoolBot with added WiFi connectivity, allowing you to monitor and control your cold room from your smartphone through the free mobile app. The CoolBot Pro enables a standard air conditioner to cool a room or space down to 34°F. Easily installs with no tools or electrical knowledge required. The CoolBot Pro comes paired with the Jumper WiFi relay module, which installs on the outside of your cold room. Once the jumper is connected to your wireless network, you can use the free mobile app to control your CoolBot from virtually anywhere with a WiFi connection. Monitor your cold room remotely, adjust temperatures on the fly, or program the app to send you notifications if something is amiss. Whether you're on the go during a busy work week or taking some well-earned R&R, CoolBot Pro has your back! Standard A/C units available from any hardware or appliance store have lots of power, but they are electronically restricted to not go below 60°F. This is because they would freeze up. Commercial refrigeration for walk-in coolers combat freeze with increased surface area on the fins and fans. Instead the CoolBot technology uses multiple sensors, a heating element and programmed micro-controller to control your air conditioner in such a way that the unit can go below 60°F and not freeze up. The CoolBot cannot give you 100% of the BTUs listed on your air conditioner, nor is suitable for large brewery or winery walk-ins. But it is perfect for wine cellars, beer storage, fermentation, and many other applications. Easy to install within 30 minutes with no tools or electrical knowledge required. While we can't tell you exactly what size space you can cool because of ambient temperatures and insulation factors, we recommend you google CoolBot. They have sold over 50,000 of these so there are lots of reviews and actual installs out there. We offer free shipping on this unit, ship fast from both coasts, and have great customer service. This type of system is also very efficient. Most commercial systems are power hogs with large fans that are always running. Residential A/C units are made for efficiency. The CoolBot Pro will also shut down the compressor for a short time when the unit is running at its highest level of inefficiency, as it nears freeze up. Features: Trusted CoolBot technology now with WiFi connectivity and mobile app Allows a standard window air conditioner to cool a room to 34°F Interactive refrigeration for Brewing, Winemaking, Restaurants, Agricultural Purposes & More Mobile app: remote temperature reading and adjustments, receive critical alerts, data storage and reporting Cool Bot Pro and Jumper WiFi relay module included Free mobile app features require WiFi connection Made in the USA Controller Dimensions: 6.5" x 3.4" x 1.1" Jumper Dimensions: 4" x 3.6" x 1.1" Please note: the instruction manual references a paid subscription for the mobile app. The mobile app is now offered for free, with no subscription required.
