The Vintage Shop | Super Transfer Pump | Variable Speed Diaphragm Pump | 0-3 GPM | Self-Priming | Quick Disconnect Pre-Filter | Tubing Included
When siphoning is impractical or too time consuming, the home winemaker needs a pump. We helped pioneer the use of diaphragm pumps as an economical, gentle method to move small volumes of wine. This new take on an old favorite includes speed control. Now you can dial in the flow from 0 to 3 gallons per minute. Gentle, economical, flexible, and wow are all adjectives we would use to describe the performance. When this pump was first introduced to us, we loved the idea, but had concerns that the speed control would compromise the longevity of the motor. We build much larger pumps (our ChunkyPumps for commercial wineries) and normally you need a $700 frequency drive to control motor speed. However, we kept in touch with the manufacturer and after three years in which he has not had any issues, and after our own testing, we are now sold that this pump performs as promised. The manufacturer offer a 1 year warranty. A diaphragm pump works by moving wine through one pulsating diaphragm into the next. In this design, as opposed to a centrifugal pump which has a small head spinning at high speeds, the shear value is small meaning the wine is not as "beat up". A diaphragm pump is self-priming, meaning that it will "pump air" creating suction that will pull liquid out of your container and into the pump head. This makes the pump very easy to use for the home winemaker. This pump comes with 1/2" barbed ports for easy connectivity. Comes with 4' tubing on both sides. 110 Volts, 0.5 Amp, 60 Hz. Includes a built-in pre filter to help prevent solid materials from entering the pump head and potentially damaging the diaphragms, which would prevent the pump from being able to move liquid. The clear plastic top of the pre filter unscrews for cleaning.

Super Sucker Transfer Pump
The Super Sucker transfer pump is the quickest, most hassle-free solution to transfer your wine between vessels. Rack from primary fermenter to secondary or from secondary fermenter to bottling bucket or bottle filler reservoir, and do it without the excess oxygen exposure that results from hand-pumping a siphon or blowing into a carboy hood. Simply run transfer tubing from a racking cane to the pump and then to your receiving vessel, flip the switch, and let the Super Sucker do the work while you kick back and enjoy a cold beverage. With the Super Sucker you don't need gravity or CO2 pressure to move liquid around. Thanks to the pump's considerable max lift height, you can leave your heavy, full fermenter on the ground and place the receiving vessel side-by-side or even above the fermenter on a countertop. The 10 mm barbed inlet and outlet are perfect for use with 3/8" ID tubing. We recommend using our Racking Cane Siphon Kit plus 5 ft. of 3/8" vinyl tubing. Secure pump connections with butterfly hose clamps for easy set up and break down. Features: Self-Priming 10 mm Barbed Inlet/Outlet On/Off Switch Max Flow: 1.12 Gal/min Suction: 5 in. Max Lift: 150 in. (12.5 ft.) Maximum Temperature: 140°F Pressure: 90 psi Voltage: 12V DC (3.5A)

Blichmann RipTide™ Brewing Pump | Stainless Steel Head | 7 GPM | 1/2" NPT Inlet/Outlet | 110V
Stop lifting buckets, kettles, and fermenters or relying on gravity for transfers! Brew pumps unlock a world of brewing processes otherwise unavailable—create a return loop for whirlpooling in kettle during post boil hop additions Stainless steel pump head comes standard—the ideal choice for attaching quick disconnects, camlocks, and other stainless fittings Built-in flow control valve allows for direct flow adjustment on the pump head and eliminates the need to add an additional ball valve Corny keg style pull ring PRV makes it easy to bleed the pump head of air bubbles and prime the pump Tri-clamp pump head can be rotated to your preferred orientation and disassembles quickly for cleaning between uses Imagine a brewing pump that eliminates cavitation, is easy to clean, has a built in valve, and is quiet. Introducing The RipTide pump from Blichmann Engineering, the first pump designed specifically for homebrewing. We love this brew pump. Like a brewer wired on coffee, let us rattle off some of our favorite features. First, the pull style relief valve that allows air to exit the pump head so the impeller won't cavitate is a genius addition. Our next favorite feature is the bad-ass, built-in flow control valve so you don't have to add additional ball-valves. While we dont manually clean our pumps very often we like the idea that we can easily do that with the clover clamp style connection. That might be particularly important if you are transferring cool wort where extra sanitation might make a difference. Equally cool is the noise, or lack thereof, when operating. It just wears on you to hear your pump grinding away all day. The RipTide pump isn't silent, but it is much quieter. And to top it all off we like the mounting base and the extra long 9' cord. 9' gets the plug connection a few feet away from where we are brewing and less likely to be exposed to water - a simple upgrade that is really nice. Oh, and we almost forgot the power switch which is always a nice feature on something electric! All in all this is a no brainer upgrade for the difference in cost. Features: Strong rare earth magnets and a curved blade impeller provide 7 GPM and up to 21 ft of lift Tri-Clamp head disassembles easily for cleaning 1/2" NPT inlet and outlet Motor is enclosed in a splash proof and super quiet case Rotatable stainless steel head Integrated air release vent allows you to easily prime the pump everytime without those frustrating air bubbles and cavitation Linear flow valve provided for excellent flow control Power switch on base 10 ft. long power cord with 120V plug

KegLand MKII Magnetic Drive Pump | Tri-Clamp Inline Pump Head | Stainless Steel | 5 GPM | 25 Watt
Magnetic drive enables you to slow down the flow without damaging the pump—just add a ball valve to the outlet! T.C. connection allows the pump head to be oriented at any angle in a full 360-degrees Pull ring PRV at the pump outlet makes it easy to purge air and prime the pump before each use Inline flow path for smooth integration into your brewery while keeping your tubing lines tidy Stainless steel head with 1.5" T.C. ports to attach your preferred tri-clamp fittings The best-selling MKII Magnetic Drive Pump now available with a major upgrade! This unit comes standard with an inline stainless steel pump head that installs on the pump body with a 3" tri-clamp. Compared to the standard "center inlet" pump head, the "inline" flow path can make it much easier to integrate into your brewery and keep your brewing hoses tidy. At the outlet of the pump, there is a very handy pull ring PRV that allows you to bleed liquor or wort from the pump head to release trapped air and prime the pump. And with the 3" T.C. connection, not only do you have a full 360-degrees to orient the pump head any which way, cleaning the pump after use could not be easier—just pop off the tri-clamp, wash out the pump head, and clamp back on. The MKII is a perfect pump for your system and comes highly recommended for brewers stepping up to all-grain brewing. Rather than schlepping heavy kettles filled with hot liquor or wort around your brewery, or awkwardly stacking them into a 3-tier gravity setup, allow this handy pump to move liquid from vessel to vessel while everything remains in place. The magnetic drive allows you to slow down the flow without damaging the pump. This can be done by attaching a ball valve to the outlet side of the pump, and then you simply open or close the valve to control the flow rate. The pump itself is not self-priming, but priming is super easy thanks to the pull ring PRV which will help ensure the pump head is full of liquid and trapped air is released before powering it on. Tri-Clamp Pump Head The T.C. pump head can be removed quickly and easily using the 3" tri-clamp. This means no drivers or power drills are needed to back out the six Phillips head screws that mount the pump head on the standard version of the MKII. Whip the head off in a flash to clear out spent grain, hop material, or clear a blockage. Attaching the pump head with a tri-clamp also allows the head to be rotated at any angle in a full 360-degrees. This makes it easy to configure the plumbing to your unique brewery setup. Inline Design An "inline" pump head simply means the input and output are on a straight horizontal line with one another which can make it easier to integrate into your brewery setup. If you're using a 3-vessel horizontal system, the inline pump head will make it easier to keep your hoses neat and tidy compared to pumps heads with a center inlet. PRV Purge Valve The corny keg style PRV will make priming the pump a breeze. Simply let bleed the pump head to purge air out before turning the pump on and you'll avoid any cavitation issues. The PRV also acts as a safety so you do not over pressurize your pump head or brewery system. 304 Stainless Steel The entire pump head is made from 304 grade stainless steel so it's highly resistant to chemicals, heat, and physical abuse. The 1/2" BSP threaded ports can be used to attach barbs, quick disconnects, camlocks, tri-clamp adapters, or any other 1/2" fittings you prefer. Features: 110V / 60hz Max Head: 11.15 ft. (3.4 m) Max Flow: 5 Gal/min (19L/min) Max Temperature: 248°F (120°C) 360° rotatable stainless steel pump head 1.5" T.C. ports Water resistant casing (not waterproof) KegLand Part Number: KL27526 If you're brewing on a budget and want the most affordable pump possible, check out the standard model MKII pump. This has been our best-selling pump for years and you can always upgrade it down the road with the standard stainless center inlet head or inline stainless tri-clamp head.

X-Dry Series Chugger Pump (Inline) - Stainless Steel
The X-Dry Series Chugger Pumps offer the same quality and value, but now with "Run Dry Protection" to help avoid damage caused by cavitation. The Chugger lineup of pumps represents a great value for an even better price. These pumps are workhorses in the brewery. Featuring a robust flow rate of 7 gpm, and a magnetic drive designed to handle back-pressure, these pumps are a great addition to any brewing setup! The Stainless Steel Chugger showcases their molded Stainless Steel Pump Head. This stainless pump is a steal for the price, and we've been more than happy with the quality! Use this to ease transfers between kettles, cool wort via a counterflow chiller, or recirculate icewater for quicker chilling! This Chugger pump model has 1/2" MPT inlet and outlet, allowing easy configuration for any application! We recommend setting these pumps up with a Ball valve on the outflow side, this way you can throttle down the outgoing flow rate, allowing for more efficient sparges or cooling! The pump head can also be rotated 360° (in 90° intervals) allowing for even more customization! Features: Run Dry Carbon Bearing Stainless Steel Inline Pump Head Food Grade up to 250° F 1/2" mpt inlet and outlet High Flow rate of 7 gpm Max Head 18.6 ft 115v 55" cord and plug attached 50/60 Hz, 1.4 amp 1/20 HP, 3500 RPM Note: When using silicone tubing, we recommend using a slighlty larger barb than the I.D. of the tubing. This is because silicone tubing tends to have greater pliability than most tubing. For example, when using 1/2" silicone tubing, we recommend a 5/8" barb to help ensure a better seal!

March Pump - With High Temp Stainless Steel Housing
A Stainless Steel pump housing is food-grade and nearly indestructable. Exact same internal pump as our H315 but with a stainless steel housing. Stainless steel is the material of choice for professional breweries because it is a durable, food-grade metal that can withstand caustic chemicals and can also be effectively sanitized. 3/4" mpt on center inlet. 1/2" mpt outlet. The magnetic drive acts as a clutch allowing the user to put back-pressure on the pump to slow down flow. With a ball valve on the outflow, you can slow flow all the way to nothing. Since it is a magnetic drive, it is not self priming, you must put the pump under the level of the liquid source. We wanted the pump to be brewer friendly so we had March install a bracket so that it can be mounted. We also had a 6' power cord with plug wired in for easy use. This is a tough little pump with a 1/25 hp, continuous-duty 1.4 Amp motor which can be run non-stop for extended periods. This pump has a maximum flow of 7.2 GPM with a maximum head of 12 feet. For an example of typical usage: with a head of 6' it will pump 3.25 GPM and with an 8' head it will pump 2.5 GPM. Motor requires 115v 50/60HZ power requirements.

Blichmann RipTide™ Brewing Pump | Stainless Steel Head | 7 GPM | 1.5" T.C. Inlet/Outlet | 110V
The RipTide™ (Tri-Clamp model only) has been taken to the next level with a design modification to be the ultimate work horse. Now it eliminates the easy-to-loose thrust washer and showcases a PRV vent barb that will allow for mess free priming. This version will improve the overall brewing experience and operation. Again, this change is currently only on the TC RipTide™. Gone are the days of making do with a general purpose pump such as the March 815 and all the variant imported copies. These pumps are cumbersome to disassemble, difficult to prime to get the wort moving, require the addition of a valve, a switch, and a proper base to hold the pump upright. They also use noisy open motors that must be shielded from liquids. All undesireable attributes for a homebrewing pump! The team of homebrewers at Blichmann Engineering and our friends at March Manufacturing have created the RipTide™ to solve all of these problems! High performance curved blade impeller and strong rare earth magnets deliver 7 GPM and up to 21ft of head pressure! Carbon Fiber Dry Run Protection increases the life of your impeller and resists damage during accidental dry runs Tri-clamp head connection fully disassembles in seconds for easy cleaning 1.5" tri-clamp inlet and outlet connections Totally enclosed motor is splash proof and super quiet (50 dB) Integral linear flow valve for superior flow control - don't spend more money for a separate valve and fittings. Integral air vent valve and partially enclosed impeller design allows you to prime the pump in seconds - no more frustrating air locked pumps! Stainless steel head rotates 360 degrees to fit in virtually any installation Large stable base with protective rubber feet keeps the pump from tipping Convenient power switch on the base Includes a 10ft long cord with plug (120V) Base acts as a cord wrap for convenient storage Assembled in USA from USA and imported components

EnoItalia Flexible Impeller Pump | Euro 60 | Must Pump | Self-Priming | Remote Control | Stainless Control Box & Trolley Cart | 100 GPM | 3 in. T.C. | 230V
Self-priming must pump with variable flow control from 0 to 100 gallons per minute Flexible rubber impeller gently pushes must and wine Stainless steel pump head with 3" tri-clamp connections Remote control operation with 30 ft. long cord Stainless steel control box Stainless steel rolling cart Made in Italy by EnoItalia This unit features a stainless steel control box not pictured in the primary image. Updated images coming soon. The Euro 60 Flexible Impeller pump is a 3" T.C. self-priming pump with a Stainless Steel head, controlled via a frequency inverter that allows for flow control from 0 - 100 gal / minute. These units can be controlled via the remote control on a 30' cord, or from the control panel mounted on the pump itself. Pumps are reversible, self-priming up to 15', and can be used with wine, juice, or must. The wheeled pump cart allows for easy movement and maneuverability around the winery or crushpad, and stainless steel construction insures that it'll survive through hectic wine seasons! Completely food grade components have no impact on the quality of the wine, and a low shear value due to the larger TC fittings. This pump is a true all around winery pump because it can be used with must and wine. If you have a commercial crush pad with a larger destemmer crusher like a Jolly40 or above, and you process small berries, you will want to consider the Gamma 80 as it works better with dry fruit (lots of skin and not as much flesh). However the Euro60 works well with most musts and then can be your work horse to move must and wine in the winery, making it a great value you can use year around. Although the Euro 60 is self-priming, the pump should never be run dry. Features: Stainless steel head with flexible rubber impeller Gear reduction for increased low speed torque Stainless steel cart Remote control Flow rate from 0 to 100 gpm Flow is reversible Max Pressure: 33 PSI (2.3 BAR) 3" Tri-Clover inlet and outlet 4KW/5.3HP motor Will work with 208v or 230v Single Phase Power 14 amp draw Recommended temperature range: 40 - 150°F (5 - 65°C) Made by Enoitalia of Europe Please note: the unit will arrive with a bare power cord. Self-Priming Shurflo Diaphragm Pump
The ultimate pump for home winemaking use. Self-priming (will push air) so that it can draw out of a tank. Gentle diaphram action so as to not "beat up" the wine. Made of food-grade, NSF approved, materials polypropylene and santoprene, so no metallic interaction with wine. Pumps 3 gallons per minute. Flow can be restricted with an inline valve positioned on the outflow side. Self-regulating motor is designed to temporarily shut down, and then turn back on, when restriction pressure exceeds pump capacity. Has a heat limitation of 125 degrees Fahrenheit so cannot be used in brewing applications. Pump is equipped with 1/2" Male NPT posts on the inlet and outlet. Does not include the plastic barb fittings you will need to purchase separately. Please see the "You Might Also Need" section below for our recommendations regarding which fittings to attach to the pump. Please Note: The diaphragms in this pump are very sensitive to sediment and particulates and can be damaged if any solids are taken into the pump head. We recommend using an Inline Pre-Filter (FIL26) if you think there's a risk of sucking up solids with your inlet hose (pumping during pressing, for instance). March 815-PL High Temperature Brewing Pump - High Flow
The History of March and Homebrew Many years ago we worked with March Pumps to release what is now the standard pump in the homebrewing community, their model 809 (our H315) with a polysulfone head and 6' cord with plug. Thousands and thousands of these pumps have been sold to homebrewers. The New Design Now, with a slight design modification, the new model nearly eliminates past cavitation issues (where the impeller spins in an air pocket and no liquid moves). We've been testing/using the pump with our BrewSculptures for several years now and are extremely happy with the results, so much so that we are completely replacing the H315 with the high flow model. Still Works the Same The new model comes with all the great features of the original - magnetic drive, handles flow restriction, okay for boiling temperatures, 6' cord with plug, food-grade materials in contact with the liquid, 1/2" ports, etc. - but now features a different slightly higher flow rate with less issues of cavitation. The magnetic drive in a March pump acts as a clutch allowing the user to put back pressure on the pump to slow down flow. Since it is magnetic drive, it is not self-priming, you must put the pump below the level of the liquid source. This pump cannot be run dry. Features List Addtional Notes To restrict flow place a ball valve on the out flow of this pump. This is the pump we install and use on all of our BrewSculpture brewing systems We stock polysulfone replacement heads, H317, in case the threads are damaged. If you are looking for a pump for a larger home brewery or small nano brewery you can also look at our H325 Nano Brewery pump from March. Included bracket for mounting 6' power cord with plug wired in for easy use 115V - 50/60Hz Maximum flow of just over 7 gpm (at zero head) Maximum head of 18 feet (at zero flow) 1/2" mpt fittings on both inlet and outlet. Materials in contact with solution: Polysulfone, 316 stainless steel, silicone rubber, Ryton and Teflon 1/25 hp, continuous-duty, thermal overload protected, single phase 1.4 Amp motor Motor is fan cooled Will handle internal pressures to 50 psi. Max temp rating: 250F Face unscrews and rotates at 90 degree intervals to adjust to your application. Note: When using silicone tubing, we recommending using a slighlty larger barb than the I.D. of the tubing. This is because silicone tubing tends to have greater pliability than most tubing. For example, when using 1/2" silicone tubing, we recommend our 5/8" barb (H620), to help ensure a better seal!

The pump can be controlled from the panel itself, or remotely via the wired controller, giving this workhorse even more flexibility. We worked for a year to develop this particular pump with Enoitalia of Italy. The value and price are really amazing. So much that we stopped making our own line of Chunky Pumps at the end of 2016. Enoitalia has been making pumps for decades and while they are excellent at destemmer crushers and other equipment, pumps are their core specialty. We will support the pump in the USA with common spare parts but we also have the backing and support of Enoitalia if anything was to go wrong. BrewZilla | High Temperature Magnetic Drive Pump | 25 Watt | Replacement Pump for 65L & 100L | Gen 4 | 220V
This pump does not have a plug. It comes with the appropriate connectors to wire it to the BrewZilla's circuit board. For a brewery pump with similar performance, please see the MKII Pump. This pump now comes standard on the 65L BrewZilla, but if you have an older Gen 4 model with the original 6W pump, you can upgrade to this more powerful unit. The Green Demon This pump comes standard with the 100L BrewZilla Gen 4 and the upgraded 65L BrewZilla Gen 4.1. To upgrade older 65L BrewZilla Gen 4 models with the smaller pump, you will need to perform some light electrical terminal rewiring. This pump comes fitted with blade and circle connectors to swap out the standard 6W pump. You will need to re-use the grommet fitting so be gentle when taking it off the 6W pump. Standard Configuration – No additional fittings/hoses required This configuration is a direct swap out of the 6w pump to the 25w pump. Utilizing the tee splitter and the original hosing that comes with the 65L Gen 4 BrewZilla. It does help a little bit if you use the outlet elbow piece on the inlet, and vice versa as the 25w pump is slightly taller than the 6w stock standard pump. Alternative Configuration – Oli's Hail Mary For this method you will need about 6.5" of 1/2" ID hosing, preferably braided silicone. You cannot use normal silicone hosing for this. This method does not use the tee piece or ball valve. It solely relies on the bigger 25W pump to do all of the transferring and recirculating needs. Please see product photos for configuration types. Specifications: Voltage: 220-240V at 50-60hz Max Head: 11.1 ft Max Flow: 5 gal Wiring: Fork and Ring Connectors fitted with insulation sheath Fittings: 1/2" (13 mm) barbs NOTE: Like almost all centrifugal pumps, do not run this pump dry.
