Ss Brewtech | Ss Brew Pump | 1.5" Tri-Clamp | 11 GPM
IP55 Water Resistant Rating: Ready to handle the messiest brew days and easy cleanup. Magnetic Drive: Ensures smooth, efficient, and sanitary wort transfer. 360° Pro DIN Fitting: Allows for secure, sanitary, and easy connection with customizable outlet placement. 1.5" TC Center Inlet Head: Engineered for advanced brewing setups including mash recirculation and transfer. Inspired by countless brew days in our garages and basements, as well as our experience in professional breweries, Ss Brew Pump is our take on a classic piece of brewing gear that is key to so many homebrew setups around the world. Featuring an IP55 Water Resistance Rating, an easy-to-use DIN Head, Magnetic Drive, and 1.5” TC Center Inlet Head, Ss Brew Pump is engineered to tackle even the messiest of brew days! IP55 | Water Resistant Just like the high-quality pumps found throughout craft breweries, the Ss Brew Pump is IP55 certified and ready to handle the messiest of brew days. From the Ground Up Designing our own pump is something we have been eyeing for a while. Pumps are critical to any form of advanced brewing. From mash recirculation to transferring wort to cleanup, a quality pump is a key part of every brewday. Years of working in professional craft brewing environments, where water-resistant pumps are the norm, made the foundation of our brew pump an easy decision. It had to be IP55 rated to handle the unavoidable messes that happen and the cleanups that follow them. Once we unlocked the design for waterproofing, we turned to a laundry list of specs and features we wanted. That led to the creation of the Ss Brew Pump; one of our favorite products and now a staple in all of our team’s homebrew setups. Magnetic Drive It’s no secret that magnetic drive pumps are perfect for brewing applications. Instead of using a direct drive system where sealing off the wort from the drive shaft and motor is a major concern, Ss Brew Pump uses a high-end magnetic drive that allows for smooth, efficient, and sanitary operation. 360° Pro DIN Fitting Commonly found on Pro Brewing Tanks, DIN fittings allow for a secure and sanitary connection that is also super easy to use. Unlike a TC connection, the DIN Head on Ss Brew Pump allows for a secure connection that applies even pressure on every bit of the silicone seal and is easier to remove and reinstall without having to fumble with a large clamp. The DIN Head can also be rotated and secured in a full 360 degrees so that you can place the Pump’s outlet exactly where you need it for your brewing setup. Note: Ss Brew Pump is currently not compatible with Legacy versions of Brew Cube | Pump Mount Plate Kit, Brew Cube | Valve Tree Manifold, and Portable Valve Tree. Ss Brew Pump uses a larger mounting plate and the bolt holes to secure it are in a different pattern than the Chugger pumps these products were originally designed for. We are working to update these products and plan to have them available soon. What's Included: Ss Brew Pump 50-120 DIN Pin Wrench Specifications: 11 gallons per minute flow rate 18 ft Max Head IP55 Water Resistant Sanitary DIN Fitting Stainless Head with 1.5" TC Center Inlet 120 VAC 60hz 0.7 A Assembled dimensions: 5.5” x 4.5” x 9.75” Package dimensions: 7.25” x 7.25” x 12” - 11.75 lbs

X-Dry Series Tri-Clamp Chugger Pump (Inline) - Stainless Steel
The X-Dry Series Chugger Pumps offer the same quality and value, but now with "Run Dry Protection" to help avoid damage caused by cavitation. The Chugger lineup of pumps represents a great value for an even better price. These pumps are workhorses in the brewery. Featuring a robust flow rate of 7 gpm, and a magnetic drive designed to handle back-pressure, these pumps are a great addition to any brewing setup! The Stainless Steel Chugger showcases their molded Stainless Steel Pump Head. This stainless pump is a steal for the price, and we've been more than happy with the quality! Use this to ease transfers between kettles, cool wort via a counterflow chiller, or recirculate icewater for quicker chilling! The Chugger pump model has 1.5" tri-clamp inlet and outlet, allowing easy integration with your T.C. kettles or fermenter! We recommend setting these pumps up with a butterfly valve on the outflow side, this way you can throttle down the outgoing flow rate, allowing for more efficient sparges or cooling! The pump head can also be rotated 360° (in 90° intervals) allowing for even more customization! Features: Run Dry Carbon Bearing Stainless Steel Inline Pump Head Food Grade up to 250° F 1.5" tri-clamp inlet and outlet High Flow rate of 7 gpm Max Head 18.6 ft 115v 55" cord and plug attached 50/60 Hz, 1.4 amp 1/20 HP, 3500 RPM Note: When using silicone tubing, we recommend using a slighlty larger barb than the I.D. of the tubing. This is because silicone tubing tends to have greater pliability than most tubing. For example, when using 1/2" silicone tubing, we recommend our 5/8" barb (H620), to help ensure a better seal!

Super Sucker Transfer Pump w/ Racking Cane Kit
The Super Sucker transfer pump is the quickest, most hassle-free solution to your wine between vessels. Rack from primary fermenter to secondary or from secondary fermenter to bottling bucket or bottle filler reservoir, and do it without the excess oxygen exposure that results from hand-pumping a siphon or blowing into a carboy hood. Simply run transfer tubing from a racking cane to the pump and then to your receiving vessel, flip the switch, and let the Super Sucker do the work while you kick back and enjoy a cold beverage. With the Super Sucker you don't need gravity or CO2 pressure to move liquid around. Thanks to the pump's considerable max lift height, you can leave your heavy, full fermenter on the ground and place the receiving vessel side-by-side or even above the fermenter on a countertop. The Racking Cane Kit includes stainless steel racking cane, two 5 ft. lengths of vinyl transfer tubing, and two butterfly hose clamps for pump connections. Super Sucker Features: Self-Priming 10 mm Barbed Inlet/Outlet On/Off Switch Max Flow: 1.12 Gal/min Suction: 5 in. Max Lift: 150 in. (12.5 ft.) MB® Sanitary Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump | 100 GPM | 2" T.C.
MB 2" – Versatile Boutique Workhorse: The ideal "all-rounder" for small-lot producers, offering a balance between rapid liquid transfer and the ability to move "juicy" crushed must without the bulk of a larger unit. Resilient Self-Priming Design: Built to run dry without damage, these pumps are perfect for variable flows and won't fail if your hopper or tank runs empty during a transfer. High-Vacuum Suction Power: Specifically designed to "pull" liquid and crushed grapes with a high liquid-to-solid ratio to transfer your product without the pump stalling or air-locking. Gentle, Low-Shear Transfer: Minimizes vibration and "slugging" through a pneumatic operation that protects the integrity of your juice or wine while extending the lifespan of the internal diaphragms. MB Series Sanitary Diaphragm Pumps Sleek Design. Industrial Strength. Our MB Series Air-Operated Double Diaphragm (AODD) pumps combine a high-polish, sanitary aesthetic with rugged reliability. Featuring a unique stainless steel wrap-around cover that protects the air valve mechanism, these pumps offer a clean, streamlined look that fits perfectly in any modern production facility. Constructed from 304 Stainless Steel with high-performance Super Teflon and Polyether diaphragms, these pumps are engineered for longevity and ease of cleaning. Whether you are moving delicate liquids or solids-laden must, the MB Series delivers consistent, shear-sensitive flow. Optional Pulsation Dampener System: Upgrade your pump with our optional Air-Charged Dampener. Diaphragm pumps naturally create a "pulsing" flow; our dampener smooths this out into a steady stream, which is essential for filtration processes. By removing the surge, you protect your filter media from pressure spikes, ensuring a cleaner finish and longer filter life. Specialized Winery Applications Moving Must & Solids: For moving fermented must or pomace, the MB 3" is the gold standard due to its 6.4mm solids handling and high volume. While the MB 2" can work for musts where more liquid is present (up to 4.8mm particles) such as higher liquid content crushed grapes as well as doing pump-overs mid ferment. If you're buying the pump with the intent to use it for must, the 3" model significantly reduces the risk of clogging and provides the necessary torque to move heavy skins and seeds without stalling. The MB 1.5" is recommended for wine, juice, or light lees only. Choosing Between 2-inch and 3-inch Choosing the right pump size for your winery—specifically between a 2-inch and a 3-inch unit—usually comes down to how much solids you’re moving and how much you value your sleep during harvest. The 2-Inch Unit: Precision for Liquids The 2-inch pump is your go-to for liquid-heavy transfers and boutique-scale operations. While it can handle crushed grapes, it requires a high liquid-to-solid ratio to stay happy. If your must is "dry" or contains whole berries, a 2-inch pump will often struggle, leading to "slugging"—a rhythmic vibration that wears down your diaphragms prematurely. It’s the perfect choice if 90% of your day involves moving wine or juice rather than thick skins. The 3-Inch Unit: The Must-Have Workhorse When it’s time to move fermented must to the press, the 3-inch model is the industry standard for a reason. It isn’t just about flow rate; it’s about clearance. With a 6.4 mm particle pass, it handles seeds, stems, and skins without breaking a sweat. Its larger diaphragm surface area creates a stronger vacuum, allowing it to "pull" thick, viscous material that would cause a smaller pump to stall or air-lock. Which One Do You Need? Choose the 1.5-Inch if: Your operations are strictly focused on finished wine, juice, or light lees. With a maximum particle pass of 3.2 mm, this size is designed for high-efficiency liquid transfer where solids are minimal or non-existent. It is the most compact and economical choice for general cellar work that doesn’t involve heavy skins or stems. Choose the 2-inch if: You are a small-lot producer primarily moving juice and wine, or if your must is consistently well-crushed and juicy. Choose the 3-Inch if: You are moving heavy fermented reds to the press. It’s far less likely to clog, saving you hours of labor and preventing the dreaded "bridging" at the intake. Regardless of size, diaphragm pumps still need a little lubrication. Keep a "juice reserve" handy to splash into your hopper; it helps the skins slide through the system and keeps your harvest moving smoothly. Pro-Tip: If you are moving must that is particularly "dry," ensure your suction hose is as short and straight as possible. Every foot of hose and every bend adds friction that a diaphragm pump struggles to overcome when there isn't enough liquid to act as a lubricant. Versatility Beyond the Vineyard While designed with the winery in mind, the MB Series is a workhorse across multiple industries. Their self-priming, seal-less design makes them ideal for: Food & Beverage: Transferring juices, oils, sauces, and dairy products. Cosmetics & Pharma: Handling lotions, creams, and high-purity fluids. Chemical Processing: Moving shear-sensitive or abrasive chemicals. General Industrial: Sump evacuation, drum emptying, and viscous fluid transfer. Note: All MB Series pumps are air-powered and require a standard air compressor for operation. Each unit features integrated one-way check valves to ensure consistent priming and prevent backflow. Blichmann RipTide™ Brewing Pump | Stainless Steel Head | 7 GPM | 1.5" T.C. Inlet/Outlet | 230V, 50 Hz
Imagine a brewing pump that eliminates cavitation, is easy to clean, has a built in valve, and is quiet. Introducing The RipTide pump from Blichmann, the first pump designed specifically for homebrewing. We love this brew pump. Like a brewer wired on coffee, let us rattle off some of our favorite features. First, the pull style relief valve that allows air to exit the pump head so the impeller won't cavitate is a genius addition. Our next favorite feature is the bad-ass, built-in flow control valve so you don't have to add additional ball-valves. While we dont manually clean our pumps very often we like the idea that we can easily do that with the clover clamp style connection. That might be particularly important if you are transferring cool wort where extra sanitation might make a difference. Equally cool is the noise, or lack thereof, when operating. It just wears on you to hear your pump grinding away all day. The RipTide pump isn't silent, but it is much quieter. And to top it all off we like the mounting base and the extra long 3 m cord. 3 m gets the plug connection a few meters away from where we are brewing and less likely to be exposed to water - a simple upgrade that is really nice. Oh, and we almost forgot the power switch which is always a nice feature on something electric! All in all this is a no brainer upgrade for the difference in cost. Features: Strong rare earth magnets and a curved blade impeller provide 22 L/M and up to 6.5M of pressure head! Tri-Clamp head disassembles easily for cleaning 1.5" tri-clamp inlet and outlet Motor is enclosed in a splash proof and super quiet case Rotatable stainless steel head Integrated air release vent allows you to easily prime the pump everytime without those frustrating air bubbles and cavitation Linear flow valve provided for excellent flow control Power switch on base 3 m long power cord with 230V plug Intended for European market users. This unit operates at 50 Hz frequency.

MB® Sanitary Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump | 150 GPM | 3" T.C.
MB 3" – Heavy Must Specialist: The industry standard for fermented must, featuring a generous 6.4 mm particle pass that allows seeds, stems, and skins to move freely without the risk of clogging or labor-intensive downtime. Resilient Self-Priming Design: Built to run dry without damage, these pumps are perfect for variable flows and won't fail if your hopper or tank runs empty during a transfer. High-Vacuum Suction Power: Specifically designed to "pull" thick, viscous materials and "dry" solids, providing the necessary lift to move heavy must without the pump stalling or air-locking. BrewBuilt® IceMaster Max 4 | Glycol Chiller | 4 Built In Temp Controllers & Pumps | 2600btu | 110V | 8 Gal. Tank Capacity
Built-in pumps and digital controllers Control multiple fermentation temperatures independently Fill with 20% glycol solution for optimal chilling performance Cold crash with good insulation Perfect complement to BrewBuilt X-Series Conicals The IceMaster Max 4 is designed to cool fermentations in small vessels or barrels. It can be used with any vessel/fermenter/tank/barrel that has a glycol jacket or submersed cooling snake/coil/rod. This chiller features 4 built-in submersible pumps with independent digital temperature controllers, allowing you to control the temperature of 4 separate fermentation or storage vessels at once. Each digital controller includes a thermal probe that should be inserted into a thermal well in your vessel or can be taped to the outside of the vessel if you don't have a thermal well. The digital controller then measures the temperature of your tank and turns the submersible pump on or off to cool the liquid in your vessel to the desired set temperature. Compatibility The Max 4 can be used with any fermenter that has a built-in cooling jacket or a submersed cooling coil. It works well as the cooling source for the following: Speidel - Speidel tanks with optional cooling jackets. Barrels - If you use our barrel snake. This can be particularly attractive for a white wine ferment in a barrel. Capacity It is always difficult to determine exactly how many tanks can be chilled at one time as it depends on what is happening in each tank, how the tank is insulated, and what the ambient temperature is. Cold stabilizing always requires the most energy and requires well insulated tanks. We are currently experimenting with capacities but can provide this rough guide to get you started. 1 - 60 Gallon Tank or Barrel 2 - 15-30 Gallon Tanks 4 - 5 to 15 Gallon Tanks Set Up In order to hook up the IceMaster to your fermenter or tank's cooling system, you will need 2 lengths of tubing. All tubing connections should be secured with hose clamps. Length 1: Barb of 1st bulkhead (IN) to cooling system outlet Length 2: Barb of 2nd bulkhead (OUT) to cooling system inlet Specifications: 4 built-in submersible pumps with independent digital controllers Pump controllers read in °F/°C Temperature controller reads in °C Labeled IN and OUT stainless bulkheads with 3/8" OD barbs Tank Capacity: 30L/8 Gal. Water Capacity Compressor: 3/8 HP Cooling Capacity: 780 Watt/2600btu/0.26 ton Refrigerant: R134a Voltage: 110V (3.6 amps) Dimensions: 16.1" x 16.1" x 26" Wheels included CE Certified Max Head: 21.3 ft (6.5 m) Warning: Do not set the reservoir temperature controller lower than 28°F (-2ºC). Running the unit below this temperature may negatively affect the unit's efficiency and has the potential to freeze beer which may impact the finished beer's flavor.

EnoItalia Elliptical Rotor Pump | Gamma 180 | Crush Pad Pump | 25,000 lbs/h | 3 in. T.C. | 220V
Heavy-duty, elliptical rotor, roll-in crush pad pump Ideal pump for moving must or whole berries with little to no liquid Stainless steel pump body with 3" tri-clamp connections Hinged stainless door for inspection and cleaning Made in Italy by EnoItalia Gamma pumps are heavy duty, elliptical rotor, stainless steel pumps designed to move must from your destemmer to your fermentation tanks or bins. They are often referred to as Roll-in Crush Pad Pumps because they are on wheels and slide directly under your destemmer crusher. While rubber impeller pumps can be made to work for this purpose impeller pumps are not as good in situations where there is very little liquid. Examples would be when you are trying to process whole berries or processing very small berry cabernet sauvignon. Gamma pumps are also softer on the fruit than an impeller pump. Elliptical Crush pad pumps are professional solutions. The Gamma 80 works with either our Jolly40 or Jolly60 while the Gamma180 works with the Jolly100. Features: Stainless steel pump body Stainless Receiving hopper with screw 5.5 HP/4kW Motor Requires 3 phase, 220v, 60 Hz Power Up to 25,000 lbs/12,000kg pumped per hour Max Pressure: 21.7 PSI (1.5 BAR) Shaft speed: 47/58 rpm 3 in Tri Clamp connection fitting Up to 15 ft / 4.5 m discharge height Up to 90 ft / 27.4 m discharge distance Hinged stainless door for inspection, cleaning Automatic refillable lubricator Please Note: This unit REQUIRES 220V Three Phase power and will not function on anything else. KegLand MKII Magnetic Drive Pump | Inline Pump Head | Stainless Steel | 5 GPM | 25 Watt
Magnetic drive enables you to slow down the flow without damaging the pump—just add a ball valve to the outlet! T.C. connection allows the pump head to be oriented at any angle in a full 360-degrees Pull ring PRV at the pump outlet makes it easy to purge air and prime the pump before each use Inline flow path for smooth integration into your brewery while keeping your tubing lines tidy Stainless steel head with 1/2" threaded ports to attach your preferred fittings—tri-clamp, quick disconnect, camlock, and More! The best-selling MKII Magnetic Drive Pump now available with a major upgrade! This unit comes standard with an inline stainless steel pump head that installs on the pump body with a 3" tri-clamp. Compared to the standard "center inlet" pump head, the "inline" flow path can make it much easier to integrate into your brewery and keep your brewing hoses tidy. At the outlet of the pump, there is a very handy pull ring PRV that allows you to bleed liquor or wort from the pump head to release trapped air and prime the pump. And with the 3" T.C. connection, not only do you have a full 360-degrees to orient the pump head any which way, cleaning the pump after use could not be easier—just pop off the tri-clamp, wash out the pump head, and clamp back on. The MKII is a perfect pump for your system and comes highly recommended for brewers stepping up to all-grain brewing. Rather than schlepping heavy kettles filled with hot liquor or wort around your brewery, or awkwardly stacking them into a 3-tier gravity setup, allow this handy pump to move liquid from vessel to vessel while everything remains in place. The magnetic drive allows you to slow down the flow without damaging the pump. This can be done by attaching a ball valve to the outlet side of the pump, and then you simply open or close the valve to control the flow rate. The pump itself is not self-priming, but priming is super easy thanks to the pull ring PRV which will help ensure the pump head is full of liquid and trapped air is released before powering it on. Tri-Clamp Pump Head The T.C. pump head can be removed quickly and easily using the 3" tri-clamp. This means no drivers or power drills are needed to back out the six Phillips head screws that mount the pump head on the standard version of the MKII. Whip the head off in a flash to clear out spent grain, hop material, or clear a blockage. Attaching the pump head with a tri-clamp also allows the head to be rotated at any angle in a full 360-degrees. This makes it easy to configure the plumbing to your unique brewery setup. Inline Design An "inline" pump head simply means the input and output are on a straight horizontal line with one another which can make it easier to integrate into your brewery setup. If you're using a 3-vessel horizontal system, the inline pump head will make it easier to keep your hoses neat and tidy compared to pumps heads with a center inlet. PRV Purge Valve The corny keg style PRV will make priming the pump a breeze. Simply let bleed the pump head to purge air out before turning the pump on and you'll avoid any cavitation issues. The PRV also acts as a safety so you do not over pressurize your pump head or brewery system. 304 Stainless Steel The entire pump head is made from 304 grade stainless steel so it's highly resistant to chemicals, heat, and physical abuse. The 1/2" BSP threaded ports can be used to attach barbs, quick disconnects, camlocks, tri-clamp adapters, or any other 1/2" fittings you prefer. Features: 110V / 60hz Max Head: 11.15 ft. (3.4 m) Max Flow: 5 Gal/min (19L/min) Max Temperature: 248°F (120°C) 360° rotatable stainless steel pump head 1/2" BSP ports Water resistant casing (not waterproof) KegLand Part Number: KL27236 If you're brewing on a budget and want the most affordable pump possible, check out the standard model MKII pump. This has been our best-selling pump for years and you can always upgrade it down the road with the standard stainless center inlet head or inline stainless tri-clamp head.

Wort Aerator | Air Pump Kit | Aeration System w/ Filter & Diffusion Stone
Want to aerate your wort or yeast starter but don't want to go down the pure oxygen bottle path or stir plate? This inexpensive method is perfect for you. Our air filter ensures that you're not going to be pumping bacteria directly into your wort or yeast starter. To clean your stainless stone, we recommend to boil it in boiling water and keep it in a zip lock bag until your next use. It can clog easily with the oil in your fingers, so gloves are advised when handling the stone and air filter. Please note: You will need to use boiling water to soften the 4mm x 8mm EVABarrier hose, as well as some needle nose pliers to widen the hosing. Clamps are not required. You will also be required to cut a short piece to bridge the connection for the two-way air filter. This can be anywhere in the length before it meets liquid (do not submerge) as long as it is before the stone. Includes: CE Air Pump 15 micron sintered stainless stone with barb 0.2 micron autoclavable air filter Approximately 5 ft. of EVABarrier tubing (4mm ID x 8mm OD) KegLand Part Number: KL03926
