Wort Aerator | Air Pump Kit | Aeration System w/ Filter & Diffusion Stone
Want to aerate your wort or yeast starter but don't want to go down the pure oxygen bottle path or stir plate? This inexpensive method is perfect for you. Our air filter ensures that you're not going to be pumping bacteria directly into your wort or yeast starter. To clean your stainless stone, we recommend to boil it in boiling water and keep it in a zip lock bag until your next use. It can clog easily with the oil in your fingers, so gloves are advised when handling the stone and air filter. Please note: You will need to use boiling water to soften the 4mm x 8mm EVABarrier hose, as well as some needle nose pliers to widen the hosing. Clamps are not required. You will also be required to cut a short piece to bridge the connection for the two-way air filter. This can be anywhere in the length before it meets liquid (do not submerge) as long as it is before the stone. Includes: CE Air Pump 15 micron sintered stainless stone with barb 0.2 micron autoclavable air filter Approximately 5 ft. of EVABarrier tubing (4mm ID x 8mm OD) KegLand Part Number: KL03926

Wort Chiller Recirculation Package - 10 Gallon
Our preferred method to cool, and invented by long time customer Jamil Zainasheff. How it works: Wort travels from the kettle to a pump and back into the kettle via a short copper arm that aims the hot wort into the wall of cooling coils. This creates a flow of hot wort across the coils of your wort chiller and throughout your kettle. The movement of wort creates a fast heat exchange, and uses far less water than a traditional wort chiller. Recirculating the wort in the same vessel allows you to continue chilling until your wort gets to the proper pitching temperature before transferring to your fermenter. Add a thermometer into your boil kettle to get consistent results every time! Start recirculation before the end of the boil so everything the wort moves through will be sanitized. Most of the chilling happens on the outside of the coil allowing for a much simpler cleanup. Comes with instructions, 2 zip ties, one hose clamp and copper re-circulation tube 1/2". This system does require the use of a pump, like our H315HF High-Temp pump. A wort chiller will need to be purchased separately. This option works on our WC30, WC45, WC50, and WC55 only. 1/2"OD, 3/8"ID 25 1/2" Double Bent 1/2" Copper Piece For Recirculation Chilling Bent Perpendicular 90 Degrees at 5" and 5"

Wort Chiller Recirculation Package - 5 Gallon
Many home brewing aficionados prefer to cool their wort using a Wort Chiller 5 Gallon Recirculation Package, and we couldn’t agree more. A long time customer and friend, Jamil Zainasheff, invented this innovative system in order to create a fast heat exchange that uses far less water than a traditional wort chiller. The wort travels from the kettle to a pump and back into the kettle through a short, copper arm that disperses the hot wort into a wall of cooling coils, cooling the wort effectively and efficiently. Because this cooling system recirculates the wort in the same vessel, you can continue to chill it until it reaches the proper temperature before transferring it into the fermenter. Simply add a thermometer to the boil kettle and you’ll be sure to get consistent results every time you use this recirculation arm. Also available in a 10 gallon size. A chiller will need to be purchased separately. This option works on our WC20, WC20A WC23, and WC23A, only. 1/2"OD, 3/8"ID 23.5" Double Bent 1/2" Copper Piece For Recirculation Chilling Bent Perpendicular 90 Degrees at 5" and 5"

Wort Chiller | Immersion Chiller | 25' x 3/8" Copper Tubing | Vinyl Tubing Included for Inlet/Outlet | Female Garden Hose Adapter
This innovative immersion wort chiller design moves the coils to the top of the wort, giving you a fast and efficient cooldown. Since heat rises, it makes sense that the hottest wort is at the top of the kettle. By putting the cooling coils of this Immersion Wort Chiller at the top instead of the bottom, you get the cool water at the top of the wort, giving you the fastest heat exchange possible. This will cool down your wort quickly. There is no need to stir with this chiller as the cool wort sinks to the bottom of the kettle, thereby pushing the warm wort from the bottom up to the top, creating its own current. This gentle transfer of heat still easily allows your trub and spent hops to settle to the bottom of your kettle. The connection feeds on our chillers are bent down at an angle so that if there is any dripping at the copper/vinyl connection point it drips out of the kettle and not back into your beer. Also works perfect with a kettle that features a notched lid. Stats: 25 feet of 3/8 inch copper tubing 8 feet of vinyl tubing at both the in and the out Female garden hose fitting is included for easy adaptation to a garden hose. 10" diameter, 8" to the top coil, 15" to the bend to go over the lip of the kettle.

Wort Heat Exchanger - Copper Counterflow Chiller
This copper counter flow chiller is probably one of the fastest ways to chill wort. This unit is similar in efficiency to the Chillout plate chiller, with the added benefit that it is easier to clean. Whereas a plate chiller has small crevasses to trap hop material, the counterflow chiller can be more effectively flushed out after use. These units are 9" in diameter and about 7" high. The input and output are approximately 3/8" outside diameter (9.5 mm). These can be used with gravity, although a pump is recommended. Fittings not included. Kegland Part Number: KL02035

Wort Whipper Super Compact Magnetic Stir Plate
If you're new to brewing you'll soon learn that healthy yeast makes better beer. The best place to start with making healthy yeast is to build up their numbers. This compact stir plate works with Erlenmeyer flasks up to 5000mL in size. Depending on the volume of your yeast starter, you can use the adjustment knob to dial in the speed of the stir bar. We recommend using just enough power to keep yeast in suspension, a full vortex isn't really necessary. Stir bar included. KegLand Part Number: KL05555
