We developed this product to relieve pressure when we transferred or filtered beer from one keg to another. This connects to the keg you are filtering into and has adjustable relief valve for letting pressure off as the keg fills up. Notes: The very end of the pressure relief valve can be adjusted by unscrewing to adjust the pressure. If tight, and not adjustable by hand, it needs to be loosened with pliers. Wrap a towel around the end piece of the pressure relief valve (about the last 1/4 in) and loosen with pliers. Then finger tighten or loosen to desired pressure.

AEB Arabinol Arome | Gum Arabic For Aroma Protection & Subtle Sweetness | 25 kg
Special formulation of gum arabic that enhances and protects wine aromas Smooths tannins and builds mid‑palate texture, ideal for both red and white wines Stabilizes color pigments and suppresses bitterness in high‑polyphenolic wines Lliquid format ensures fast dispersion and precise dosing every time Concentrated gum arabic solution rich in arabinose‑rich polysaccharides Arabinol Arome delivers a refined sensory boost through highly soluble gum arabic, shifting wine texture toward a softer, more rounded mouthfeel while enhancing aromatic intensity. AEB Arabinol Dolce | Liquid Gum Arabic | Adds Perceived Sweetness To Any Beverage | 20 kg
Adds sweetness to wine or other beverages without adding fermentable sugar Also enhances mouthfeel richness, volume and preserves aromatics Smooths harsh tannins in red wines, reducing astringency and angular structure Liquid solution ensures fast dispersion and precise dosing Diminishes harsh alcohol perception in young wines, simulating aged characteristics Arabinol Dolce is a liquid gum arabic product specifically formulated to elevate the sensory profile of finished wines. By amplifying the perception of sweetness without residual sugar, it brings balance and mouthfeel to dry wines and reduces the need for sweetening. In red wines, it refines tannin structure, smoothing out harsh edges and improving mid-palate integration. In whites, it extends aromatic persistence and enhances complexity, while in fortified or liqueur-style wines it softens alcohol harshness and accelerates maturation-like roundness. Its highly soluble formulation disperses instantly, making it ideal for final polishing before bottling. Protocol Measure the correct dose of Arabinol Dolce, then dilute in ten times its weight with clean, chlorine-free water or wine. Add slowly into the wine tank or barrel during final polishing or pre-bottling operations, ensuring thorough mixing. Allow 1–2 days for full sensory integration before final filtration or bottling. No further clarification or filtration should follow to preserve colloidal effects. Dosage 0.20–1.50g/l or 0.76–5.68 g/gal. AEB Ball Lock Keg | Corny Keg | 2.5 gal.
High quality Italian made ball-lock, cornelius style kegs with rubber top and bottom made by AEB in Italy. The rubber tops are cool because they provide two handles and are easier to stack. AEB Catalasi | Anti-Oxidizing Clarifier | 20 kg
Prevents undesirable color changes in white, rosé, and red wines Reduces high phenolic content to diminish color in varietals like Pinot Grigio Enhances and cleans up original aromas while reducing oxidized components Contains Ascorbic Acid and SO2 for optimized antioxidant and microbial control Thanks to its high content in K-Caseinate, Catalasi can be used to successfully eliminate or prevent darkening of white wines, the occurrence of “brick” hues in rosé, and yellow hues in red wines. Also, it will substantially diminish the color in Pinot Grigio and other white varietals characterized by high phenolics. Catalasi will highlight the original aromas and color, reducing the level of polyphenols and polymerized, oxidized components. Added to fermentation it will promote the development of a ore clean and complex bouquet. It contains 4% Ascorbic, a strong antioxidant that can quickly reduce oxygen. This reaction is known to produce a strong oxidant, H2O2, and because of that, winemakers are afraid to use it. However, the oxidative species produced by the reaction between oxygen and ascorbic acid will react quickly with SO2. For this reason, the SO2 present in Catalasi, other than controlling the microbial environment, will optimize the efficiency of this product as an antioxidant. Composition Activated bentonite, potassium caseinate, potassium metabisulfite, swine soluble gelatin, ascorbic acid. Dosage From 15 to 100 g/hL. For every 10 g/hL of Catalasi addition, there is an increase of 6,24 mg/L of SO2 in the wine. Use Dissolve the dose of Catalasi in about 5 parts of cold water, wait 15 minutes and mix. Wait at least 20 minutes before use and add quickly to mass with maximum turbulence.
