Airlock - 3 Piece
For both carboys and buckets. In our opinion 3 piece airlocks are superior to the triple ripple type in that they can be taken apart and cleaned. However we do sell the triple ripple type (FE371) in case you are use to that type and would like to stay with it. Please Note: Stopper Not Included.

Airlock - S-Shaped
An old traditional style of airlock that is still preferred by wine makers during an ML fermentation and for longer term aging. A 3 piece style airlock (FE370) is preferred for active primary fermentation of sugar because they can be easily cleaned when they get dirty. The S-Shaped is better for long term aging because the water in the airlock has less surface area and will not evaporate as quickly. They are preferred for ML fermentation because they will show positive pressure, an indication that your ML fermentation (which are very slow and hard to detect) is working. Universal Stopper With Hole
This stopper will fit a 2.8,3,5,6, or 6.5 gallon glass carboy (please note: Will Not Fit a Better Bottle Or Plastic Carboys). Will also fit our 500ml Erlenmyer flask. Cleaning Ball for Tubing (1/2 in. - 2.5 in. ID)
Cleaning balls are super handy for scrubbing the inside of your transfer tubing. Simply insert into the end of the suction-side tubing connected to your pump and turn the pump on. Be careful not to draw the ball in to the pump head. For the outlet side of the pump, disconnect the tubing from the pump, insert the ball, reattach and turn on the pump. for best results repeat several times on each side. If stains persist, fill your lines with a warm PBW solution and let sit for about an hour before scrubbing again. Available in sizes for 1/2", 1", 1.5" and 2.5" inner diameter tubing.
